Jones is fantastic . They not only pulled the part we needed but when we got there late, they were holding onto it. Had it right next to him . And we got it at a cheaper price then anywhere else. Very polite and nice too!

I have bought an Engine for my 2017 Dodge Carvan. it was the best price i have asked around . It was great service and price . they delivered the engine to my my Mechanic shop at no extra cost . he is very friendly and knows what he is doing .

Needed in in her inner door panel for rear driver side. They made me buy the whole door and said it work beings that they knew I only needed the motor and track for the window got the door home and disassembled it only to find that the truck was broken. I called the guy. And his response was to argue and fight with me and say I was the one that broke it. This place is a waste of time in a waste of your money. Please do not go there.

I give Jones 5 stars ..they were polite and when they saw us come in, they stopped what they were doing to help us . As well as gave us a reasonable price for a computer for our car . I recommend them to everyone tired of paying too much for a car part !

Absolutely dissatisfied with this place. I had hoped those negative reviews were wrong, but they aren't. I called this place at 4, asking if they had any parts for my car. They said they did. No problems there I thought. So I followed up that question with hours. I asked specifically if they were open until 5, which is the time listed on the site, they said they were. I showed up at 4:30, after driving the 20 miles from town, just for them to tell me that they were closed. If they had said that they would be closing at 4:30, I would have been understanding. But to blatantly deceive potential customers, making them drive well out of the way, is just appalling. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very reasonable prices.... But as of September 18, 2022.... Their yard is empty.... No more cars available to pick a part for the time being... They are not closing down... They said they will be putting cars back into the yard .... No date as of yet.

What can I say, it's my go to place when I am building a new project ! The people there are great , price is amazing and the parts are abundant for whatever your needs are . Hidden gem in littlerock for sure !

If there is less than 1 star I would rate him , he is just a scammer I called him asking about the engine block i saw in carparts app and he said yes i have it then I drove 2 hours to find an engine core with destroyed block

I like that they permit you to pull your own parts but most of the vehicles are stripped down pretty good. I might go back in 6 months to see if their inventory is better.

Yes I was there for what seem like all day. But its ok go with a chick we make it fun. At least I do. The fleas only bugged me very little. Lol

I called and they said they had a Honda Fit just come in. Drove 30 minutes to check it out and when I got there they said they didn't have one. They lied to get me to drive there. I wouldn't trust this place for service or anything else.

THERE CLOSED EVERY MONDAY BUT OPEN TUESDAY THRU SUNDAY. A LOT OF VEHICLES BUT NOT ORGANIZED I CAME TO SEE A BMW AND YOU HAVE TO LOOK THROUGH THE WHOLE YARD TO FIND WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR. NONE OF THE CARS ARE IN A CERTAIN ORDER...SMDH IT TOOK ME HOURS IN THE HOT SUN LOOKING FOR BMW PARTS

This place was closed when I visited the place. Their signs outside says they're open and also on Google. I called the number on Google but no answer but called the number posted on their gate and a guy that seems like just woke up and answered to tell me they are closed that day and to return on the weekend.

This place should not be called a junkyard it literally has nothing hardly any cars. I walked around the property couldn't find anything it's a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I thought I needed another tire. I just needed a valve. I paid $15. I'm so happy the gentleman was honest and did not RIP me off.

Really great people to work with. Drove 16 hr round trip to pick up the part. Definitely worth the drive.

Place looks like a waste managment instead of a junkyard. No organization and they said they had the parts but when you get there not only give 2 dollars away but also waste time, gas and get a little sand on your shoes for free for nothing.

I called over the phone to ask for a Chevy Cruze 2013 rim and tire, the guy over the phone said he was sure they had something that would match it. I went in and they did not have it. Made me waste my time and gas for nothing.
