Jones dismantling was great, we run a nonprofit “Cars For Heroes”; we take donated cars, fix them and give them to those in need. We received a car that needed a transmission, we got that transmission from Jones. They helped us fix the car, get it on the road and give it to someone in need. Definitely will be returning.

Great selection of parts, great customer service, and seamless transaction. I recommend this facility for used OEM parts. I met Aram and he provided me with a great automatic transmission for my 2002 Honda Civic and he also provided me with a 90-day worry-free warranty. The workers even loaded the transmission inside my van and protected the transmission with a tire. They were very careful when loading inside my van. I couldn't be any happier.

I give Jones 5 stars ..they were polite and when they saw us come in, they stopped what they were doing to help us . As well as gave us a reasonable price for a computer for our car . I recommend them to everyone tired of paying too much for a car part !
Jones is fantastic . They not only pulled the part we needed but when we got there late, they were holding onto it. Had it right next to him . And we got it at a cheaper price then anywhere else. Very polite and nice too!

Needed in in her inner door panel for rear driver side. They made me buy the whole door and said it work beings that they knew I only needed the motor and track for the window got the door home and disassembled it only to find that the truck was broken. I called the guy. And his response was to argue and fight with me and say I was the one that broke it. This place is a waste of time in a waste of your money. Please do not go there.
Best customer service. I had to drive more than an hour to get there, but it absolutely worth it. They helped me get the exact car part I needed. I wish I could give 10 stars. The owner Aram was really professional. Thank you for your help and I’ll be back again. 100% recommended.

Very reasonable prices.... But as of September 18, 2022.... Their yard is empty.... No more cars available to pick a part for the time being... They are not closing down... They said they will be putting cars back into the yard .... No date as of yet.
Absolutely dissatisfied with this place. I had hoped those negative reviews were wrong, but they aren't. I called this place at 4, asking if they had any parts for my car. They said they did. No problems there I thought. So I followed up that question with hours. I asked specifically if they were open until 5, which is the time listed on the site, they said they were. I showed up at 4:30, after driving the 20 miles from town, just for them to tell me that they were closed. If they had said that they would be closing at 4:30, I would have been understanding. But to blatantly deceive potential customers, making them drive well out of the way, is just appalling. Avoid this place at all costs.
