  Purchased an item at one NAPA location and attempted to return it at this location within the stated return window. The item was unused and in original packaging. The store refused the return, citing inventory and franchise ownership differences, despite no indication on the receipt that cross-store returns were restricted. Additionally, I was uncomfortable with how staff spoke about customers who called seeking assistance. In an area with many auto parts options, I would recommend clarifying return policies before purchasing here.

  Over priced as hell. Every item is old and high balled to the max. A tire patch was gonna cost me 30 bucks and they cost like 5 at autozone . Totally do not recommend they should lease the property to a better business
