10s across the board when it comes to customer service and efficiency. Jim and Abdul were so accommodating and took my car in quickly with no issue. I’m just beyond grateful. I had my brakes and rotors done in one day. Then because I had a donut they recommended a local tire shop (Alexs tires) and they were able to fix my tires that day at no cost. Gave me a deal for two new tires too. Thank you Reyes auto service for being so helpful and so kind and not charging me an arm and a leg. It’s so nice to have a mechanic you can trust.

Abdul and the staff knows what they are doing! They replaced a water pump on my 2014 explorer! If you look it up this is not a simple job! I called everywhere and most mechanics don't even want to touch my explorer! However the difference with Reyes Auto said with confidence "yes, we can don't"! By me calling around I was able to find out how much it was going to cost me! They quoted me at the lower end of the of the spectrum from what all the other mechanics were telling me! After it was done! The proof was in the work! My car is running beautifully! They changed my older parts while my engine was dismantled! Thank you Abdul and your team for doing amazing work! Needless to say all my mechanical car issues will go to Reyes Auto!!!
Very bad service and the owner of this place is very bad. The prices are very high. When you go to him for repairs, he says the prices are high, so you sell him your car at a very cheap price. I do not recommend going there.
Modern cars are not cars from 1990s, and they require a different approach. The guys at Rayes were the only ones who actually used proper diagnostic and adaptation equipment to check my malfunctioning a/c before just throwing parts at it. To me as a car guy that was a big green flag! No surprise the a/c is now blowing cold air better than ever.
Honestly my husband wasn’t happy with there work we left his truck to diagnose the car it took 5 days and when we came back he said he broke the car door handle and still charged me he could have at least said he broke it and he fixed it instead…. Not even a one star for me he’s a nice guy just not a honest guy.
I’m paralleled customer service and automotive knowledge make this European and import mechanic shop the number one place to bring your Mercedes-Benz BMW or Audi. Highly recommended with excellent service a pillar of the community outstanding and unbelievable professionalism. I took my truck to change the hose of the hydraulic system, I paid him and they did not change anything, they seem like people who want to help you but they are very dishonest. be careful check the service you ordered

Jim and Abdul are the best. They never overcharge. They are honest, reliable, friendly and quick. Ive had them work on my car multiple times . They even will make you coffee and give you a sandwich. As a woman, most shops try to take advantage of women with car troubles, but I feel comfortable here. They Always take my car-related stress away.

Unfortunately they didn't fix my van, after 3 attempt (2 weeks total ) 2k spent and multiple parts replaced the engine light still ON. We went from replacing a.few parts to a engine replacement. It seems like they were guessing the issue every time (they claimed having 15k worth scanners). Very weird situation, having the feeling of not telling me the truth, not to mention that they did not give the receipt with the work done on my van.
The shop was recommended from other mechanic I used.
I left my car with them after telling them what the AutoZone printout from the computer said and negotiating a price for those repairs. They said it would be done that day. When I hadn't heard from them a half hour before they closed I called them. Jim said it would be done soon and hung up on me. I called back because I wasn't sure if he meant by six (closing time) and he said it was ready now. I get there a twenty minutes later and my car's hood is up, Jim is standing over my car's engine with a mechanic in the driver's seat trying and failing to start the engine. I'm obviously upset that my car's not running but was polite and agreed to leave the car until the next afternoon. "I'll call you" Jim said after I said afternoon. Sure enough, it wasn't until 3:48 the next day that they called and said it was ready. They said it was running "much better". I paid. I noticed it was still running very ragged as soon as I left but thought, "well, the check engine light is off now so it's probably fine." It came on ten minutes later. Jim is refusing me a refund saying that he did the repairs I asked for. I never told him not to do his own diagnostic, which seems like a no brainier for a mechanic, I only showed him the printout and negotiated a price for new spark plugs like it said. (And ignition coils, which Jim showed me the old ones when I came to get my car the first time and said they were covered on oil but when I came to get it the second time they said they hadn't replaced them so that's a whole other thing).
To summarize: they kept my car a day longer than they said without notifying me, finally told me it was fixed with no other communication, it still has the same problem and I'm out hundreds of dollars
I'm a first time customer, i liked the services they rendered. They fixed my car right away after 2hrs my car was done. I get a discount from my bill. I am looking forward for my next visit.

I love this place. They used to be 2 minutes from my house and now they’re at this new location but I’m more than happy to drive and have my car checked by them. Excellent service, always very straightforward, they’re quick and always try to squeeze me in even when I don’t have an appointment. They’re awesome.
