  Jay was very accurate and assisted me with identifying other issues with my vehicle it’s a 1997 I appreciated his sincerity as I get shy with my old car lol he scanned my coupon glad I double checked at checkout and saved about 50$ thank you I’ll be returning for future repairs as I trust them here !!

  I got in a small wreck and didn’t know what to do. I towed my car to Pep Boys for the first time ever and dropped my key in the nighttime box. They fixed her right up in no time! And were fair about pricing. I’ll be going here for all my car needs, and you should too!

  Very efficient friendly service at this location. I have been here once before and it was the same. My oil change was completed In a timely matter. I asked about coupons and the front desk person found found one for me as I couldn't find one myself on the website.

  They were able to get me in 5 min after I called and finished my service in less than 45 min! Great customer service by Omar and the rest of the staff there! I don’t hope I come back soon because that means something is wrong with my car but I will come back to this Pep Boys location if I ever need anything. Thank you guys!

  I needed to replace two tires on my daily driver, so I purchased them online and set up an appointment for the following day. It took about two hours to get the new tires installed, so I waited at the shop. There's a donut shop across the street, so I got a donut and coffee. The staff were friendly and didn't try upsell me on the tires. Good service and good product.

  Went in for an oil change and was recommended a few very important repairs. I was given them in order of importance, given a price to repair each and felt zero pressure to have them done right away. I wound up having the front tires replaced (#1 on the list.) Car was ready as promised. Work was done well. Customer service was exceptional (Julian, thank you!)

Managers Karla and Omar provide friendly, professional customer service and always take the time to explain what's going on with my vehicle. Great alternative to the dealership.
