This towing company is beyond shady. They patrol the Rick’s Burger lot late at night, towing multiple cars even though that restaurant closes around 3pm everyday. When my car was taken, the receipt didn’t even list who authorized the tow — zero accountability.
To make it worse, when my wife asked for the proper paperwork, they kept saying they couldn’t release it for 24 hours, which is complete nonsense. That’s not transparency, that’s a stall tactic.
This feels more like a scam than a legitimate towing service. Avoid them at all costs.
Esta compañía se llevó mi carro porque me estacione en un lugar equivocado. Cuando llamé, ellos me atendieron con respeto y con una gran rapidez; me dieron toda la información sobre cómo recuperar mi carro.
El proceso de recuperación costó $485, fue muy rápido y eficiente; todo tardó unos 15-20 minutos.
Sí en el futuro tengo la desdicha de que mi carro sea remolcado por una infracción, me gustaría que sea ésta compañía la encargada de hacer el trabajo.
Company is a joke they have to clowns in a tow truck on acts like he is a cop no respect and driver acts like I should be afraid when I got there to pick up my car the only thing that made me at least feel comfortable was the lady she was really nice other than that those 2 clowns shouldn’t be working there
Their whole business is based on preying on people in puente hills based on these reviews and having experienced it myself. They purposely hid the one and only “1 hour parking” sign in a busy area near Frank and Suns. They’re a sketchy predatory towing “business”.
The worst customer service also they charge u more than what it is on the sign I had to paid $485 to take out my car also they make us wait 1hr outside. Definitely if u want to get robbed this is the perfect place. Also they damaged my car
Predatory towing! They tow before the end of an hour and make you pay $450 to get your car back! Guy at the window openly admitted they have contracts with certain companies which means the companies at the lots you get towed from get a percentage from the cars they have towed!! Scammers!!
HERES THE DEAL! ITS RAINING,I CALLED FOR A TOW SERVICE ON A SUNDAY MORNING,BECUZ I NEED A TOW ...OK,SO THE GUY THAT ANSWERS3-30,2025@ 8:05 am, tells me all tow tricks are not working today!! Does he mean just for me ,or their really not doing emergency towing!? ....idk.....do I laugh or cry....There you go you decide!!
They can go and shut the place down they are so rude and useless. They just will scam you and tour your car for the dumbest reasons and asked you for 400$

So they put up signs over Jan’s towing without permission. Then towed a bunch of cars illegally. The guy from asap goes to the AA in the lot. Fact check me these ppl tow your car illegally make sure they are not playing you call the cops let them know.
I had a bad experience to they go to the Mobil homes to take care and ask for money they are breaking the law I know a good lawyer send me messege so I can give u the lawyers number if they breach the Peace that's one of the laws they break all the time and can get u really good money I'm sueing them myself because the driver wanted tk take my car with meinside and after try to fight me and chase me kike for 10 minutes down the street trying to hit me with the tow truck he put my life in danger
company deserves the worst. took our car even while still being there and chasing after the car. once we get to the location we get threatened to get off the property even after we got an appointment confirmation by the manager. guy talking to us had absolutely no idea what he was talking about and was just trying to say meaningless words to just scare us into giving him money. he kept assuring he was the “manager” and then kept saying he was going to report us to whatever landlord we were with but he didnt even take our address information at all. just trying to scare you into taking your money. place deserves to be run to the ground.
Worst experience ever. The “manager” had no idea what he was talking about and we chased after the car while getting towed; however, they still drove off. They have no idea what they are doing and the guy who was supposedly in “charge” didnt have any clue on what the laws are according to California law 22658(g)(1)(b) cvc they are supposed to stop the tow but they still drove off and said we were lying about chasing. But when we went to go pick up the car he literally told us “we didnt stop because we thought we were going to get jumped” which is absurd and also proves that he knew the owner was there. These guys are the worst never do any business with them. I really wish they shut down ASAP lol
These people are monsters, Towing an vichale that was already waiting on a tow just because they wanted to make a quick buck. No wonder they have a 1 star. Don't even bother calling because if you complain they will block from Communicating with them. I called to explain our situation because the hood of our car was open so when Towing came (which was AAA) could pick up asap. Instead this monsters came and took . We have been waiting for AAA for about 2 hrs. You can block me all you want but this will stay permanently . The truth will always be correct .
