I called them for towing service and the guy told me the waiting time will be 25 mins.
Well, 120 mins later, no show, never answer the message. Easy avoid.
Tait was awesome, he came out on short notice and gave the fairest price out of everyone I called—other companies were charging $300 more! Great guy, very friendly to ride with (we talked a lot about music) and he stayed a bit after he dropped me off to see if me and my friends needed help taking a look at my misfiring engine. He recommended some shops in the area and the one I went with (Ram Auto in Covina) has been amazing, too!
Tait is a awesome guy he came to help me right away when my battery died and I luckily somehow started it off a random person helping me jump before he got to me but he gave me a good deal for coming out still and I still appreciated him for trying and being there the price for the tow and the jump was very fair! Even gave me advice on what to do next . Def will be calling back when in need of a tow

I had an amazing experience with this tow company. The driver arrived quickly and not only handled the towing efficiently, but also offered helpful suggestions about my car’s engine. I ended up using his service to tow my car to the dealership, and he was incredibly prompt, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. He came prepared with a trailer that allowed for safe and careful transport of my vehicle. Overall very efficient and highly professional service.
My experience with 24/7 towing was amazing. He made sure I not only got to a Tesla charger but stayed an additional two hours to make sure that my vehicle would charge, in the freezing cold. This morning, A7 Towing Inc. attempted to tow my dad's car because it lacked a parking permit for the parking location. My parents weren’t home, so my lil brother called me at work. He explained the situation and then let me speak to Raymond. After talking to Raymond, I was very upset with the rental management as they have failed to inform my parents about the parking permit. Despite Raymond's efforts to provide me with time to address the issue, I was unable to resolve it. The rental management did not answer. But when I called Raymond back, he said he’d give us time to talk to the manager, and he would not follow through with the tow, especially because my brother was very kind and patient with him. Overall, thank you, Raymond! We did get it handled (see the attached permit picture), and unfortunately, my parents have been living in the area for over 25 years, and not once were they told or informed about such a permit!???? The manager indicated that it might have fallen in the cracks. But thank you to whoever reported this issue (possibly vecino #B). Ahora tenemos el permiso y por favor ten cuidado porque ICE ANDA BUSCANDO A GENTE MALA COMO TU!. Thank you, Raymond, for your understanding!

When you are stranded with your motorcycle (or car) on the side of the road, it is stressful trying to find towing service that will help you and wont rip you off. By chance, I met Tait of 24/7 Towing. I could tell he is a hard working independent business guy that is a straight-shooter. I asked him for a quote, and told him I would call back. When i called him a while later, he came over pretty quickly.
He was able to handle my motorcycle with no problem. [He has a special trailer that handles lowered vehicles.]
Now, Tait is my "goto" person for towing services.

I had a screw in my tire and had pulled over at a gas station in Santa Fe Springs to fix it myself. Tait saw I was having some trouble with the cheap tire plug kit the gas station had provided me with and graciously loaned me his screwdriver to get rid of the metal in my tire. When my other tool broke and failed to plug the hole, he came over and helped me patch and fill the tire out of the goodness of his heart. I got home safe that night because of him. Can’t thank you enough, bless!

My cousin and me had car issues we call few tow company he came but I was terrified by look of his black truck, so old and duty. I thought he had a flat bed but he got their wit trailer attached. Does he has all permits required by the city???? How can you make sure that my vehicle is safe? I wonder what kind of insurance he has if he has. Too many red flags.Too many concerns I cannot recommend this person.

After being denied tow 6 times from AAA affiliated towing companies, I found 24/7 towing on Google. Service was top notch, came fast loading my car up with great care dropped me off home fast zero damage and gave me a jump so I can roll my windows up
