Cruz was awesome after my initial call from the side of the 605 fwy with one tire missing on a rainy day. He was there within 30 minutes and delivered me and my 3 wheeled car to a tire place that was open on a Sunday! He really took care of me through this experience. Waited 3 hours for a tow though the insurance only for it to be canceled. Called Cruz, came within 20 min. Super cool guy, was even able to get my car dropped off in my driveway, and I live in a deadend packed with cars. Highly recommend .

Cruz’s services are more than great!! I recommended everyone to call Cruz he is so friendly, great guy! Not only did he tow my car but he even drove me to two of his recommended mechanics to help me fix my car. The mechanics were closed but he then towed my car all the the way home. He was super helpful and very prompt. He helped me when I felt most vulnerable and made me feel safe. Since my dad couldn’t make it all the way out here to save me, it was nice to know he had by back. He took me to the nearest tire shop where he knew they would price me fairly for a replacement tire. I have insurance with Allstate after just leaving AAA. I was waiting fue roadside service for over 3 hours. I called around for tow services and everyone wanted to overcharge me while waiting in 90 degree weather. As I was going home Allstate was still sending text messages that they could find a tow service do to shortages.
