Ordered a tire through Walmart waited four days and ended up with a text saying that they could not ship to my address and cancel my order. I found the phone number for the company to call direct and I’ve been calling for two days straight and nobody picks up the phone and it says the mailbox is full.
I ordered 4 tires from this place for my wife's car they only gave confirmation number received only 2 tires can't get a hold of anyone through phone or the wed site would really like my other 2 tires that I have payed for or a refund I'm going to give a few day's if no one contacts me then I will proceed with legal actions
This is a sham company. Will lead you into making cash transfer to make online purchase. Will then attempt to convince you that making another cash transfer will authorize a refund by attaching a code with this transaction. Another process to take more money from the purchaser. Will not answer calls, will not deliver product that you pay for.
Purchased a set of Goodyear Wranglers. Was supposed to get a Goodyear Visa Card for $75 along with the tires. Never received the card. I'm not accusing them of taking the Goodyear rebate for themselves, but the fact remains I am out $75 which was one of the reasons I went with this company.
Received all my tires two came one day late but that's not a big deal and the company communicator with me with tracking numbers and all so I really appreciate that! good job.
I ordered and paid 2 tires and only received 1. According to FedEx; Megaautopart only sent 1 of the 2 tires. I ordered 2 tires ( my car has staggered sizes) from a different company on the same day (June 25th) and I received from that company in 2 days on a Sunday. I have been waiting for the 2 tires from Mega to install on my car..
Now I have wait even longer or just buy from another company. Ridiculous!!! Megaauto Parts need to get it together. NEVER AGAIN! I want a refund asap?
I ordered 4 tires and only received 3. I only had one tracking number and can't reach seller. Mailbox is full and not responding to text. I read the bad reviews but thought I'd give them a chance. My bad!!!!
I ordered 4 tires. They shipped right away or so I thought. They were supposed to arrive yesterday. I received 1 and fed x doesn't know where the other 3 are. I called Mega Auto and get voicemail saying Can't leave message it's full. I tried texting and emailing and still nothing. Called ebay and they said to give them a week to contact me. This is BS. They need to delete old messages so they can get new complaints. Do yourselves a favor and don't order from this company.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! I purchased tire pressure sensors from these folks on Ebay. The sensors were advertised as pre-programmed. Took them to the tire shop and they're not. Dealer wants another $140 to program them. I tried contacting Mega Auto Parts several times. They like to hide as the know they are crooks. All emails failed and all phone calls go to a voicemail that's full.. Spend your money elsewhere.
Purchased tires on eBay here! One has a hole in sidewall upon receiving. My wife and children drive this car and old tires were shot. They refused to send another tire. 4 days after receiving told me they wanted to inspect tire before sending a new one. Now won’t even respond to me after I mouthed off to them. This tire never even went on the vehicle. And I sent pics of tire, hope and receipt for day of install the same day I messaged them while they were trying to patch it after realize if it was blowing air out side of tire. 2 patches failed it’s junk
This company has no customer service, Ive tried to contact them for an order placed on Walmart.com (they go under the name TireBros) they have awful reviews on Walmarts website. I paid $600 to them for tires and still no tires. Be aware of this place.
I bought new tires from this place and when I went to have them put on my truck it was discovered that one of the tires is warped and can't be balanced leaving my truck with a shake on the from right , I tried contacting these people but it is impossible they will not return your calls and their message machine is full, I have been trying for numerous weeks to get in touch with someone.

Bought truck tires and with under 20 thousand miles I had two tires split. They said the tires were warranties. So I called Nokia and they said I had to go through an Authorized dealer.. Megaautoparts told me they were, but will not help at all, will not respond to email, and left me with no other option other than warn people DONT! BUY FROM MEGAAUTOPARTS!!! THESE GUYS ARE TERRIBLE. Next stop is better buisness bureau and any other review site I can warn people to stay away from megaautoparts. I really hope no one else has to go through my expensive lesson.
I ordered tires from this place. The tires never showed up. I called and called, I left emails no one answer or replied back to me. I would give negative stars if I could. Horrible company. Never order anything from this place!
My name is Marguerite I placed order 326476 on 6/26/20 still says processing have called daily to check on it only to get a full voicemail every time therefore you can even leave a message. I have sent emails those have gone unanswered as well. I didn’t know what else to do I have since filed a complaint with bbb. An expedited response to this review would be greatly appreciate. On May 20,2020 I placed an order #326387 online for 2 bf goodrich tires, since that time all they have done is process the paypal payment.After not answering many telephone calls or responding to e -mails i have since filed a complaint with the BBB with no acknowledgement from mega .Needless to say this is not someone to do business with!!! PS I only gave them1 star in order to post this review !!!!!
Purchased tires on eBay and they are quick to mark them "shipped" with a tracking number but it has said label created for over a week now. Dont waste your time.
I purchased tires on eBay and I wanna change them for a different ones says that once I order it was not the right one for my vehicle but no answer or anything from customer service if I don’t have an answer I will show up to their door Then we’ll see what happens
Ordered 2 tires from this company and waited 2 weeks my item didn't show up and contacted them thru email but no response so I'm lost filed a claim for refund but still no response do not be fooled by cheap ads
To the owner of mega auto parts---If you can't adequately take care of your customers emails and phone calls--hire people who can !! Don't keep making excuses--FIX THE PROBLEM ! Low prices are not good when you cheat everyone and cause nothing but problems for your buyers. I wish I could give you one quarter of a star because--THAT IS WHAT YOU DESERVE.
I ordered 4 tires last week from mega Auto parts off of eBay and I received all 4 tires today and they were all the right size I am very pleased. They did not scam me like I read in some of the reviews. They can be trusted and I do recommend mega Auto parts. I paid a fair good price for all four new tires.
Ordered 4 tires from them. Only received 3 had to call FedEx myself to ask questions they said my 4th tire was reported lost that I needed to contact the seller and have them file a lost package claim. I have sent several emails and tried calling them several times with no response its been over a month now with no answers.
I ordered tires from them on eBay. On April 23 UPS says a label was created and that the tires should be delivered on the 29th. I watch the tracking information and it doesn't not show that ups picked up my order. I contacted mega through eBay and they claim that they had been picked up from the warehouse. I called ups on the 29th and they show no record of receiving it. I have tried calling mega dozens of times and no one ever picks up and their voicemail is full. Horrible service. Do not purchase from these scammers
OUT OF BUSINESS-DON'T ORDER. Placed an order online, website is buggy and crashed 3 times before we could even complete it. ZERO contact from them regarding receiving the order or any kind of status. Tried calling them a dozen times a day, it just rings and rings. Sometimes it goes to a message, but you can't leave a message because the inbox is full. Gonna surmise they are long out of business...
Hey, I don't know what's with the LOW-STARs on some of these customer reviews, but I had a fantastic purchase/shipping experience (to my door) with Mega Auto Parts. I bought some Vercelli Strada II 's for my 2008 SRT Charger and they're awesome tires! They fit perfectly (P245-45R-20's), ride smooth/low noise, and are nice and "thick" in the wheel wells. I've got over 10,000 miles on them already and they are holding up great. We've had some hard rains down here in Florida, and the Vercelli's just laugh and roll....totally secure wet traction. In the dry, they hook, chirp, and go! Save total cash $$$ over, "Name Brand" tires--and get a set for your ride.
Ordered online (2) 295/30/20 tires, shipped wrong size 245/45/17 tires. Had to drive 15 miles to Fedex store to ship them back for a replacement and guess what, after few calls to Newegg support and waiting for another 2 weeks they send me exact same wrong size 245/45/17 tires! Ha-ha such a good joke guys! It was very funny to send wrong size tires back and forth for month and a half. I cant understand how company who doing business like this survived in business at all!
I purchased some tires online and they have yet to be delivered to me. I keep emailing them asking where are my tires and they keep telling me to check my tracking number. The tracking number says delivered but I didn’t receive any. It’s been about a month now and I’m still dealing with the situation. It’s either I want my tires or just a refund. It’s that easy lol
Not thrilled. Didn't offer warranty for tires I purchased and now I see why. 4k miles and tire explodes and they won't do anything about it. Definitely not going to buy anything from this company again.
I have had purchased tires from this company a few months ago. Recently the tires sidewalls started failing with less then 1500 miles on them. I could not get ahold of the manufacturer of the tires so i had tried contacting megaautoparts. Well i have sent multiple emails and i have yet to have a reply. I had a friend email them on a question and they responded quickly. I do not advise purchasing from this vendor due to their terrible customer service.
