They have signs posted on my property as the towing service. I called for a tow on an unauthorized vehicle on my property and the guy came up with every excuse in the book not to come out. He first says “oh we just don’t do that, you need a contract”. I said “we do have a contract together for the property. You guys posted the signs on the property yourselves.” He said again “ohhh we just don’t do that”. Do what, guy? Work? Every sign will be taken off all my properties and I’ll just get a towing company who has common sense.
I took my buddy to get his car back and so the extent of my observation was brief and limited. Only thing I did notice was my buddy went in pissed and came back mellow. Their yard was clean and everyone was busy.
They are just doing there job but get a ride to other yard. Now if you are towed by the over Zellist city worker , first stop is the PD office. Get that car out as fast as possible. I do not like the city parking enforcement as they do to much sometimes with no consideration. The people of Inglewood got a stadium with new found parking inforcment and bill to park on its streets. What did the people gain?
Everything that's on here is truth and not exaggerated by any means. Worst most garbage business. Just bad, bad people, bad business. Do whatever you have to avoid any interactions with this mess.
Very poor service. It’s incredible that the police have such bad service. They didn’t allow me to see my car and expect the money right away. On top of that after you pay the big fat guy at the office sends you with a recipe to a lot with the gate locked. They are not polite or help you with anything. Very horrible service.
Went to get my stuff out the car the was had to go all the way to van nuys to get my stuff when I finally get to the car my shoes and some other items was missing can and the just hang up in my face
Came to get my car I gave him 230$ and was gonna pay the rest on my card. He pocketed 30$ And said it was only 200$ I told him that was wrong and he got all defensive and said he was keeping my car for an extra day. I called the cops they weren’t help. Then to top it off the fat manager lady was on the phone with me n was rude for no reason. They are thieves here !
I went to pick up my items & realized my blue MCM wallet was stolen out of my car, along with my ALDO snake skin purse. This company has attempted to use my cards in my wallet, which I was alerted by the banks. There was cash in my wallet as well, my DL & passport card. I am extremely disappointed due to the fact that all of this took place while I was in the hospital recovering from a traumatic accident. I would not recommend this place! DO NOT GO HERE. READ ALL OF THE REVIEWS & YOU WILL THANK ME. I pray they shut this company down because I’ve never been through anything like this. Karma is real & this is NOT ok. I want more people to be aware! personal items that were in my car are missing. I am in such shock because I spoke with a woman over the phone that works here & she told me my items were “SAFE”. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. If this has happened to you, PLEASE REPORT!
If you ever need a tow in Inglewood, stay far away from these guys. Had my car towed by them in an accident and when I saw the car again some items were missing! I called them about the issue and of course they would flat out lie to me over the phone. Never again with these guys!
The worst experience, very rude, disrespected my dad because he was unable to speak English well, overcharging and ridiculously unhelpful. Will definitely report them.
What can you say about these guys? Part of the Inglewood parking Mafia..... raking the local residents over the coals with their stupid fees, and high storage rates.... the only good thing about the place was I was able to get my car back. meanwhile, I have a repo man standing over my shoulder trying to jump in front of me in line when I'm the first person there... what are you going to do?
This company towed my vehicle with only the front bumper half gone and the driver side headlight assembly off, but ended up with the rearview mirror torn off, both side windows broken out all over the seats and the hood taco'd upwards like it had been in a head on accident. They absolutely cannot be trusted!!
