This team did a great job fixing my car. They were quick, very communicative, and made my experience seamless.

I had a terrific experience with Jim & Jack’s Collision Center in Hermosa Beach! Albert was incredibly helpful right out of the gate; he provided a thorough estimate and took the time to explain the entire repair process from start to finish. My service advisor, Abel, kept me appraised throughout the repairs and actually completed the work ahead of the promised date. Upon inspecting the car, I noticed they even went beyond the scope of work with a few minor touch-ups, which was a pleasant surprise. Finally, the check-out process with Melina was seamless and the final cost was spot on with the initial estimate. It's rare to find this level of transparency and professionalism throughout an entire team which is appreciated. I highly recommend them!

From the moment I dropped it off until I got it back, the process was smooth, easy, and communication was excellently. I got my car back a week earlier than expected and they even washed, waxed and cleaned my car. It smells brand new! Thank you!!

Fixit replaced my bumper and found a few other things that needed to be replaced, I’m so glad they were thorough! They fixed my car before with excellent results and this time was the same. Big shoutout to Albert for keeping me updated! You guys are the best :)

I drive a Camaro and recently got my front bumper stuck on a parking curb and damaged it when I backed out. Albert did an inspection and was able to secure it so that I could take an upcoming trip 2 1/2 hours away safely. He did not charge me for the inspection or securing the bumper. Thank you, Albert, for going above and beyond to help me out! I’m very happy with the service and will definitely come back for future needs!

Second time I have used Fix It/Jim & Jacks. I picked up my car yesterday, and it looks flawless. I appreciate the attention to detail on the Tesla. The fit and finish are great. Small item for future work on their part: communication between you, me, and the insurance company. Let’s remember: I don’t work there, and I should not drive the communication…instead, you lead it and keep me informed…don’t make me do the work. In the end, the car is great.

My Toyota RAV4 SUV was side swiped up near Big Bear and Fix Auto took care of me! I took it into the Hermosa location and it was repaired at the El Segundo shop. Took a little longer than expected but received routine updates from Gabby on the progress. As others reviewers have noted it was returned to me in flawless condition that exceeded my expectations.

The staff at the Hermosa Beach shop for both pick up and drop off were excellent! Also Gabriel at The El Segundo shop kept me in the loop regularly with updates on my Jeep. She was fantastic!

They did a great job and got my car back to me in an appropriate amount of time. They also have a wonderful bathroom that I blasted in because of some stomach thing I was working through. I know they could hear me struggle in there but we’re very professional when I came out by not saying a thing. Good people. Would use again.

I went with Jim & Jacks since it was a Toyota approved auto body shop. My contact, Abel A. was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and continued to update me on the status of my vehicle. I am so appreciative of his customer service and helpfulness which made working with him super easy. For those of you that own a Tesla and need (ed) collision work on the car know how hard it is to find a collision repair shop that will complete the repairs on your car. Look no further, Fix Auto - Jim and Jacks will do the job right! Our local Tesla Service Center referred us to Fix Auto and so glad they did. Abel was our service advisor and explained the needed repair work very thoroughly. He provided me with an update on the status of the repair every week (yes, Tesla collision repairs take much longer than many other vehicles). They were able to complete the repairs a week earlier than expected and the repair work was top notch and backed by a lifetime warranty. Highly recommend taking your car here for any collision repairs!

I'm going to review both locations. This is where I dropped off my car and el segundo is where they did the work. Let me first start by saying Melina was absolutely amazing give that lady a raise! I've never had to deal with any accidents or body shops and this place came recommended by Toyota where I bought my car and my husband who said they would bring ambulances (back in the day) here to get work done. I was worried about the color match since my car is a galactic aqua but I got my car back yesterday and it was perfect! Like nothing ever happened! I'm so thankful to Albert and Melina here who l dealt with. I was so lost in this process and they made me feel good about it and not like the dummy I felt like not knowing what to do or how it all worked. Melina even called my insurance for me to make sure the deductible hadn't been paid yet. That's above and beyond to me! The value was great thanks to insurance I'll get my deductible back since I was rear ended. I will always come back to you guys! I just hope and pray I never have to lol

The repair was excellent. There was a small divot on the rear trunk that wasn’t there at drop off. At least the “in status report” didn’t reflect same. What got me was there were about 20 little [1/2 inch dia.] black spots on the top area of the car front to back. I said they weren’t there before and the guy said its bees dropping and on all the cars there. So i had to get some rubbing compound at home to get rid of them. Poor… very unprofessional.

They made it nice & easy in a very unpleasant situation . My Car came back beautiful! Paint matches perfect and car looked detailed. It is a challenge to get through to them on the phone, but once you’re assigned, a contact person text messaging is very simple . Very Happy

I am very satisfied with the professional work and friendly staff behind the counter , they are very punctual and friendly , they restored my TESLA back to new again , the driver door didn’t open well and fender was damaged from a neighbor backing out of their driveway .
