Best customer care service. My car battery died and Matthew was super helpful. Got the battery charged for free, and then got everything tested for free (battery, starter and alternator). They are open until 10PM, that's even better.
Purchased a very unreliable Super Start Premium battery in October 2024 at this location. It was dead within 14 months. Came with a two year warranty, but the store conveniently didn’t input my phone number correctly so they don’t have a record of the sale. Luckily AAA was able to save the day and installed a new battery that came with a three year warranty. Much better to purchase from AAA since the warranty is tied to your account and you just have to call them to come to you and replace it for free if you ever need to. AAA driver also said the person who installed it at O’Reilly did a poor job because they cross-threaded the bolts.
Costumer service can definitely improve. Was there for like 5-7 minutes waiting for help. One guy comes out doesn't acknowledge me then answers the phone. Lady walks in looks around and noticies no one is around, she even walked to back (the employee area). No one acknowledges her either. Then three guys walk out from the back still not even a nod. (Sorry for interrupting what ever you were all doing in the back). Then 2 of them answer phones still no acknowledgment. By this time there are 3 more people in the store. Then Mike (thats what he said his name was little guy like 5'2" with a mustache) starts helping another person even though I said I was there first and completely ignored me even though I said it loud enough. So I decided to simply say hey, I was here first but i guess you don't care but thank you anyway. Mike responded no problem you are welcome. What a character. I always drive by the auto zone on gale and Turnbull to go to O'Reillys because I like O'Reillelys more. Last time that happens. Auto zone it is.
Went in today. 4 people just standing around I approached the desk to get help but just got ignored. This is the worst auto parts chain. Go to small independent instead
The employees here are well trained and I came in with a dead battery and had to replace it wasn't the best day for me but these guys made my day much better!! I will def be trying to come here when I need parts or anything got a 2 yr work the battery too
I entered the store, and two employees were helping a commercial account. The was standing in front of me. No greetings from any employee. I placed my battery on the counter. When they finished with the customer. I asked if I could have my battery charged and tested. He gave me a pickup slip and said, "Come back in two or three hours." I called to check if it was charged. He said I don't have a battery with your name nor your pickup slip numbers. I went to the store. He couldn't find my battery because the employee that gave me the pickup slip left it on the counter. It was never charged. Twenty minutes later, a different associate said I'll call you when it's charged." That never happened. The nonexistent of customer service is incredible. Congratulations to the corporate office. You have hired an outstanding team at this location.
Hi just wana say I had an amazing experience here at this location ! Carlos the manager was very professional ! My car was able to pass the liability and he was able to change my car battery , during the process he was nice enough to let me watch and learn myself how to do so ! Answered all my questions as well! Thank you Carlos for your services
I love O'Reilly you're so friendly I don't know what the hell they're talking about you ask me a question they can actually answer it this thing I don't know I'm not sure I don't know I'm not sure ,they actually know what they're talking about
Staff not as friendly as other locations This location makes you pay first before they transfer parts to their store. The other location I use on Whittier Blvd and Hacienda blvd orders first when it come in then you pay for it.
As a women I am always intimidated to walk in to a auto part store because I don’t know much about car parts or what part I needed. But the staff was very welcoming, answered all my questions and super informative. I will be shopping in this location more often .
My car needed a new battery, first I went to auto zone and was told right away they would not help me install it. They would sell it to me but not assist with the installation. I called O’Reillys and spoke to Tristan. He was very kind and asked me to take my car in so that the guy who specializes in infinities can take a look. I got there and Kevin was able to assist me. It took him less than ten minutes to sell me and change my battery. I really appreciate the swift service. Keven and Tristan were both great. Thank you both!
One new motorcycle battery for 2 weeks use and one new car battery for less than 12 months. Nice warranty policy but are you lucky to enjoy it? The Oreilly battery quality really low to sky!
There were two guys in the shop, I am ready to check out at checkout counter, one guy was talking to customer out side and another helping other customer, 5 minutes go by, I asked only two of you guy ? No reply. 10 minutes go by I still at counters ( maybe fews more minutes I think I can wait) one guy done with one of the customer, phone ring , the money is in front of him, but instead he answered the and I waited for an other 5-6 minutes, I am standing waiting to give them money for what I am going to buy, but nope!!! I just walk out..
This auto parts has the worse service..... I call them to get parts and check availability and i have to wait a minimum of 15 minutes or more on the phone. I'm just trying to get info on a battery I dropped off a week ago to get charged. I don't get a call back of any kind, to advise that it's no good or pick it up. I know they have my number because i wrote it on a reciept when i drop off the battery. So whats the porpose! here is a pic with stand by time and still waiting on the phone. Horrible! Like if there is only 1 employee working at this auto parts store. Then I drive to auto parts and there is only 1 employee attending 1 customer and 5 more waiting plus myself waitng in line to get called and i see other employees wondering off or looked lost or acting stupid ignoring customers. I don't know what's the deal with this store. I've lived in this neighborhood for 20 plus years and service has never changed..... someone needs to due random check ups. Hire people that want work!
Crazy but someone stole my master cylinder called all over even junkyards no one had one called O'Reilly's Xavier answer the phone said we had to generic ones come and see which one fits. Cindy put one on didn't work next one fit perfect. Love that they did not only sell me a part but put it on my car thank you very much
Horrible service! No one knows what they're doing. The manager has no idea how to help and is absolutely disrespectful and downright offensive. My recommendation is to go to a different O'Reilly's as I have never encountered such blatant lack of the necessary BASIC knowledge at any auto parts store.
Stopped by O’Reilly Auto Parts to replace a turn signal bulb and decided to replace the windshield wipers while I was there. I was fortunate enough to be helped by Cindy who gave me a warm and friendly greeting when I walked in. She was not only helpful in recommending the best wiper blades and turn signal bulbs, but she personally installed them and ensured that they were working properly. I greatly appreciate that she went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely happy when I drove off. Thanks Cindy. You’re the best!

First want to say this post doesn't reflect the employees because they all have been friendly and super helpful. My problem is i ordered a new item for my car and I recieved the NEW part damaged. Even the box is damaged and it looks like I've been sold a used or renewed part. Kinda takes away the trust for me.
Headed there yesterday to buy headlight bulbs for my car. Salvador was a great help and even offered to replace them for me. He did this and also dealt with a difficult customer who was clearly upset. The customer ended up thanking him, apologizing and purchasing products from the store. Great work Salvador!
Only thing that may need upgrading are the ropes that have been installed in front of the cashiers. They're basically boxes and rope instead of some nice stanchions with nice ropes. There is also no plexy glass installed in the cashiers for protection, so the ropes are necessary but could look better.
Came in for some spray after getting referred here by another O'Reilly's store. Staff here was friendly and knew exactly what paint we needed. Came in got exactly what we wanted with no troubles.
Store was well organized and well kept.
The line was long but the awsome staff moved us through quickly. They checked a error code for me and helped me to resolve the non-issue. The dealership would have wanted my first born as collateral just to look at it. I have always found O'Reilly to be much more helpful then other places a d that is why I will drive further to get to one of their stores.
There are some good honest people right here! I came in asking about leaving some type of silicone or something for a gasket and these guys could have easily got me for 8 bucks for instead they gave me the truth let me know I didn't need anything extra just use the gasket that I purchased and sent me on my way feeling like somebody looked out for me today I didn't catch your name but I took a picture of them my brother with the beard is all right along with everybody else in the shop one of the guys was even apologizing that I didn't get it by anything LOL I'm trying to save money not spend money I told him thank you
