I recently had the pleasure of using Eagle Rock Club Service through AAA, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. I broke down in a neighborhood where I didn't feel safe, and when I explained this to AAA, they promptly sent a driver to assist me. Juan arrived in about 5 minutes and immediately made me feel at ease by getting me into his clean and well-maintained truck. I was able to put my purse down without hesitation, which speaks volumes about the cleanliness of the vehicle. Throughout the 40-minute drive, Juan was not only a skilled professional but also a genuinely pleasant person to talk to. Our conversation made the time fly by, and I arrived at my destination feeling safe and well taken care of. Juan was careful, quick, and thorough with my car, ensuring it was loaded and secured properly. I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and kindness during what could have been a stressful situation. Eagle Rock Club Service should be proud to have such an exceptional driver on their team. Juan made my day a hole better!

Arturo from Eagle Rock Club service did an outstanding job when he came to start my car… he was SO mechanically astute, knowledgeable and was able to tell me what the problem was and knew the part name-serpentine something- and cautioned me about how to avoid being overcharged for the repair-only need one part of the serpentine part, not both. Saved me Lots of money!!!

Sent a driver out without tools who then gave a high schooler a bunch of unsolicited advice about driving on a leaking tire vs changing it. Then refused to change tire as they couldnt remove the plastic clips covering the spare. 4 hours later sent another driver who had tools and changed the tire. Avoid this cluster at all costs.

OK, this just happened. II ran out of gas!! My fault for not paying attention 🫤, But Eagle rock club service really helped me out! I could tell just by talking to them on the phone., they were a honest and straight shooting company. Other companies wanted to rip me off and charge over two hundred dollars to bring me gas ten minutes away, But these guys gave me a fair and honest price, saved my day. Thank You! This is the way businesses used to operate in this country,l ong ago, glad to see there's still some good guys out there.

You have a 50/50 chance of getting into a fight if you call this tow company. AAA contacted them for me, and the first guy that arrived, right out of the gate hated me, his job, and the entire world. I had the car in tow mode, with tow hook installed, and he goes “I can’t tow backwards”… why? After I explain to him that the car only has tow spots in the back, he agrees to tow it backwards. Then he proceeds to strap chains on my rims. So I ask him, “can you use the straps that you got there, as to not damage the rims?” The guy’s response, “what is your problem? I either do it like this, or lower the car” 😂 he the. proceeds to lower the car and leaves. So his approach is: screw you and your car, because I have leverage over you, I get to damage your car, and you can’t ask for modicum of customer service. To the company’s credit, the second guy they sent… great. He had no issues with towing backwards, or using fabric straps for tie-downs. The reason for the 1 star: what if the first guy happens to tow a car of a woman? (broken down, alone, on the side of the road) And he proceeds to abuse his leverage like he tried with me. Under no circumstance I’d be OK with this guy interacting with my wife or mother. He needs either a serious attitude readjustment, or to be fired.

Responded quickly after an accident and the driver was very nice despite having to wait. Seems like they take security seriously too. Within seconds someone will ask you for identification if you walk onto their yard.

ill rate this 1 star honestly the drver was not polite he was driving that day insaine in a rain but i got home thank god he was kinda freaking me out cause he was not concetrating on his driving and specialy this guy was towing my car on flat bedd overall no have a nice day this stupid tow trucks are not reliable and this is tripple A horrable bad company they use this towings for tgeir fun contract people do me a favore get a nice insurance and nice tow trucks when u want somebody to tow here is one bunch of them on lankershim and mission towing best

They were so quick in getting to help my daughter when she was locked out of her car. Her 2 dogs were in the car too so she panicked. When I called dispatch and explained the situation, he got on the radio right away while I was on the phone. I can hear the dispatcher calling the driver for his ETA. The driver was there in 5 minutes (5 MINUTES! WOW!). I was very very pleased. I would recommend them. Thank you Eagle Rock Club Service.

They came out yesterday to jump my battery and they were fast, friendly, professional, and honestly, just a super nice and knowledgeable guy. I would definitely use them again. I didn't catch his name, but whoever was working yesterday and jumped my car, you deserve kudos for being GREAT! The level of service was unusually efficient! A breath of fresh air!

Great service! The tow truck arrived faster than anticipated and the driver was friendly and professional. This is the 2nd time AAA has sent someone from this company to help me over the years and both experiences were wonderful. Highly recommend.

Juan was the gentleman who help me tow my car to America's tire. professional driver and knows and done the job right in a timely manner. That was a job that LA Tow didn't done well cause me to waste my time more than 2 hours, they initially come to tow my car but put some air and said it has slow leak and you can drive it to the tireshop nearby...I didn't wanna bargain... drove and suddenly dropped air and had to pull out with flat tire and call triple AAA again.

AAA Auto Club contractor for service calls. Not only that he showed up on time but was actually 10 minutes before expected time. I had an excellent experience with the technician that came out to help me with opening up my lock car with dead battery. He checked my battery condition, jumped start it and checked the alternator function. And explained what I needed to do to remedy future occurrence. Never had a fast and great service like this one before. Highly recommended.

Because of the Customer Service I received from these guys, 5 stars. AAA needs to get rid of the automated updater that told me 830 ETA then 947 then Battery Tech showed up at 928! Also the dispatcher from the shop called me to help with my mazda6 issue when changing batteries. I explained to the battery tech that I was having minor window issues and CEL came on. That was great customer service from the relay of info to the shop. Thanks Jose and Jason for calling me right away!

So great! The driver was so cheerful and efficient, it took all the stress of the situation away. Also, the dispatcher was super nice and checked in with me several times. We need more folks like the people at Eagle Rock towing.

re: Tow My exotic car broke down in Pasadena last week. Was advised to have the car towed to their lot overnight for them to deliver the vehicle to the shop the following morning on a Sunday - no less. Everything worked out. Car was delivered on time and without incident. Excellent service. Great advice.

They offered to call and text me with updates. I knew when they dispatched their truck to my location. It was a challenge to find my location but they called me on my cell and I was able to guide them to my location. Mark was professional, kind and helpful. He told us about our battery warranty and because of the info he gave us, we went to Autozone after the jump and had the battery replaced for free. Overall, great experience, thank you!

Received a tow from a AAA request. They got to me at the off-ramp of San Fernando Road off the Glendale Highway very quickly in less than 30 min. Driver was professional and got to my location which could have been quite difficult right away.

amazing service ! I woke up to a nail in my tire and they came out within half an hour of me calling triple a and changed the tire right away. I was barely late for work ! the man who helped me was incredibly nice and made sure I knew that the tire was patchable so that no one would swindle me into buying a whole new tire. efficient, kind, and personable. really nice folks all around :)

The dispatcher was honest with me about the ETA on tow truck arrival. Not like the other company that took me to the nearest gas station and dropped me off there.Driver was cool as hell and helped me push my car into the driveway.

Horrible customer service. This tow company has poor customer service. I called AAA an requested Eagle Rock to give me a courtesy call 15 minutes prior before changing my ETA time for the 3rd time. Waited over six hours and I had to call AAA to cancel because I couldn’t get a courtesy call. AAA needs to cancel this company from providing service for AAA members I’ve had my membership for over 13 years and I’ve never had this situation with AAA Eagle Rock towing is garbage. If it were possible to give them negative stars I would give them a negative one star.

I used Eagle Rock Club service for moving my disabled vehicle from the street to my backyard. Even though I initially thought the flat fee of $85 was a little steep, they definitely earned it. I live on a hill top and my driveway is steep. They were able to assist me and able to complete my request. Driver was professional, friendly, and helpful. The dispatcher was also friendly and reassuring. Thank you!
