Definitely these young people have to learn to treat their customers, taking into account that there are three, there is one of them who has an absurdly arrogant attitude, since all the time he asked questions about the answer he needed, it was as if he simply didn’t care about anything I was asking him. The place is organized, clean and pleasant and you can even probably get your answer here (which was NOT the case in my case), but believe me, you will NOT receive good attention, I am sure of that.

They sold us a transmission that lasted only a week and a half. And now they are saying there's no warranty. Stop stealing hard working people's money. $1,400 that lasted only a week. Will file a complaint to consumers affairs. THIEVES!!!

Most definitely the best used parts place around! The infamous VQ engine on my G35 gulped the oil faster than usual and blew on me. I called up this guys and they had me a new donor engine with relatively low miles for a very good price in no time. Their customer service is A1, especially Gerardo he was really helpful throughout the whole purchase and delivery process. Not only that but they were able to get me some other little trim pieces I was missing on my car. I’d definitely recommend anyone to come out and check them out!

After two years of working with them we were humiliated as customers, we bought a hybrid battery for Toyota Highlander for $700, the battery was completely dead and could not be revived, they refused to refund us or exchange for another good battery. Just imagine! We are a repair shop constantly ordering spare parts from them and they did this to us. We would not recommend other people to buy spare parts here, there is a very high risk that you will be deceived. Our experience with them is very sad.

VERY RUDE! I asked if they have transmission for my vehicle, the agent said yes, I asked if he has the vin , he said no, I asked can I take a look at the transmission, he SAID this is not LIQUIR STORE, you pay for it, then you can see it! REALLY! I said I am NOT buying and walked away. If that’s the attitude from the beginning, then you guess what’s gonna happen next if you have issue with the transmission! Please remember without customers, you cannot stay OPEN and run business!

Buyers be aware if you purchase anything from this company and is defective they won't refund you money they will laugh and say there nothing they can do. you will ask to speak some higher they won't. ****update they did refund the money after a week however not changing the rating base the customer service provided when the employee laugh and was name calling hanging up the phone. try to pretend to be someone else. the level of professionalism was the worse. need to retrain all your employees. how to provided customer service. and when issue arrive how escalate to the proper party. to handle this type of situations.

Had hard time finding a part for a hyundai veloster 2013 dct. Called them and was greeted by a gentleman who knew exactly what I was looking for. Made the drive town to them and YES it's the right part

I called here to inquire about scrapping my car. I saw an ad that said Koreans run this place, so I said I wanted to talk to a Korean. But the person who answered the phone didn't even ask why I was calling and started swearing at me in broken Korean, calling me a crazy person. I thought I dialed the wrong number... I hung up and called again, but the employee started swearing at me in broken Korean again. I still don't understand why such a crazy person is working here...

I would not come her again. after they gave me the wrong part they wouldn’t even return my money but only offered store credit on something that was 700 dollars so I asked for the original part I wanted and they said after all they didn’t have it don’t come here

After paying $100 for a part they then sent some link from a shipping company I had never heard of requesting I pay $110 insurance on part. After refusing to pay that they will not refund money. Very difficult to deal with and rude. Spend your money elsewhere

I purchased a engine from Korean Japanese auto partsJunk!they hung up on me when I complained.The engine was shipped from this yard so I believe there connected Nader owned the other business and now works there and is hiding so he can’t be served court papers.I so would not do business there 😎This engine was supposed to have 58,000 miles

We had been working with this company to purchase a used transmission. While setting up the purchase, we asked about warranty and shipping. We discussed the fact that previous purchasers have had issues with warranties and shipping, and we wanted to make sure that if the transmission didn't work that we would be able to return the item, have it replaced, or at the very least would be able to get the warranty in writing. While discussing this, the person on the phone said this is not worth their time, as a $600 transmission doesn't compare to the $12,000 or $15,000 parts that they sell. After the person got angry over the phone, we waited for them to take a break from telling us that this is unimportant for them, to learn more about the actual warranty. The person continued to be upset, and would not seem to have a reasonable discussion without speaking insults. Regrettably, we had to end the phone call. We understand that many businesses are accustomed to wholesale transactions or doing business without a warranty. In this case, the business advertises a warranty, so learning about the warranty seems reasonable. Engaging in unprofessional behavior without the benefit of receiving any type of quality product or warranty as advertise, even if the product is understandably used, leaves us more than enough reason for this review.

Horrible service asked for an engine and got the engine but it wasn’t working , asked for my warranty and just had me waiting they said they will get me a new engine , took the old engine back and when I got there they didn’t want to give me another motor and they were kicking me out without giving me another engine that works very bad service don’t recommend buying engine's from this place .
