Jose was amazing! He responded super fast as soon as I called and made a stressful situation so much easier. He had a very kind, calm demeanor and was incredibly thoughtful throughout the whole process. I really appreciated how reassuring and professional he was. Great help, we had accident at night, all other towing services are expensive, only this store’s price is fair and reasonable. Very experienced and knowledgeable. I thank their professionalism for getting us and our car out of the mess on the road. Honestly, our family is very much grateful, if it’s not for them, our car would be stuck at the spot of the accident on the road in the middle of the night.

Not only did he have the best price but he also found me a better mechanic and also sells batteries if you need them. Over all the service was remarkable it felt like he was happy that he could help me. He was very friendly and professional. I ended up having to get my car towed to two different shops and he would text me photos to confirm with me that my car was transported safely. Also, he went out of his way to talk to the mechanics to make sure my car that had all the parts to fix my car was locked and also ask if it could be stored inside the garage if possible.
