This towing company towed my car which was parked in a gated community with a HOA assigned parking pass. Didn’t leave any verification didn’t leave any number. This company is just greedy. They tow cars from communities and blame on HOAs.
Update: I have attached the impound request form provided-
The name printed on the form does not match the name they told us on the phone.
The form provided has no signature or complete phone number from anyone in the HOA. They claim it was requested by an “HOA board member,” yet the person who authorized the tow could not verify their identity and declined to sign the form they completed.
The vehicle description/condition section which was supposed to be filled out by the tow truck operator and authorization signature section which was supposed to be filled by HOA rep are somehow showing the SAME handwriting. So this raises the question, is the tow truck driver a HOA member as well? Did he authorize himself to tow trucks from the community?
According to their towing form, “Arrow Management” requested them to tow my car. Our community is not even managed by such company.
I woke up to my car missing. The customer support dude was an uncle in that moment. I was so stressed. So tragic. Im trying to get things going and life keeps happening. I find it crazy how easy it is to tow a car and whats messed up, is that the fees will eat up most average Americans
My car recently had a dead battery where I couldn’t access my vehicle to diagnose the battery. CBM Towing saved my day by opening my car for me for a reasonable price. Thanks CBM Towing! You guys are awesome.
My car was recently towed, and I discovered damage to the under tray, likely sustained during loading or unloading. When I contacted the towing company, they immediately denied responsibility without even asking for my vehicle information. Upon visiting their office, an employee simply reattached the damaged tray and refused to acknowledge any fault. I've also noticed concerning humming sounds that weren't present before the tow.
I strongly advise caution when dealing with this towing company. If you experience similar issues, I recommend:
1. Documenting all damage with photos and videos.
2. Obtaining a copy of the towing invoice.
3. Filing a BBB complaint or sue them in small claims court.
4. Consulting with a mechanic to assess the full extent of the damage.
Their office is NOT 24 hours even though that’s not listed anywhere on their website. If you try picking up your towed car anytime after 5pm, they will throw an “after hours fee” of an additional $135 onto your bill.
Edit: No, i was not told the office hours on the phone. Fix your website and put your office hours on there thanks. Didn’t say anything about HOA in my review and didn’t complain about that situation at all in this review because that is none of your concern or the public’s. Don’t care if you are “required” to charge an after-hours fee, still an insane price for something i wasn’t made aware of prior. PUT YOUR OFFICE HOURS ON YOUR WEBSITE
Definitely 5 stars. A professional in his field arrived, I will help move the car very quickly and professionally. If I need to move the car inside in the future, I will only contact them.

I live in a neighborhood next to McDonald""s in South El Monte, and my car was towed by CBM Towing at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday and was in front of my own garage. I think it""s wrong and unreasonable. I ask that you please show me the HOA""s towing contract with you. And only cash and transfer, which is a very difficult thing to understand because I think these money will not be taxed.

I was in need of a tow after my classic car stalled. It was already dark out, and I wasn't in the safest area with my vehicle.
AAA said the wait time would be 2+hrs and they could not accommodate 3 people. She (AAA) said one of us needed to take an Uber back home. I told her that I was in my classic car and my elderly parents were with me, and that was not a safe or wise decision. She said that was the only option she could offer me.
So, I called CBM Towing. I told them my situation. Within 20 min, my classic car was carefully loaded onto their flatbed truck, which accommodated all 3 of us! My parents and I were all assisted with entering the tow truck by Vincent (the driver) he was the best!! He was so courteous and professional. He towed us home safely and with a smile.

I was driving when all of a sudden my car turned off. I tried to turn it on with no luck. I was stranded. I was about to panic.. I called CBM and told them I was stranded and I felt scared where I was at. To please come rescue me! And they did.. The driver to the tow truck was so friendly.. The service and the speedy response helped me remain calm. I recommend them 100 percent. Thank you CBM

I unfortunately had car trouble twice in a week, but CBM was quick to answer my calls and gave me a reliable time when they would arrive and they did just that. Folks, I highly recommend their service and the pricing was more than fair.
If having negative stars was a thing, I'd give them that, just because I think 0 stars is being too generous for them. Everyone except the driver who towed the car to my house is an embarrassment to this company. Plain and simple. Do not request services from this company.
A few days ago I was driving back home on the 10 Fwy and I ran over a piece of wood and I got 2 flat tires and i call CBM to check their prices and ETA requesting a FLAT BED for my BENZ they give me 35 minutes to arrive and the driver showed up in 20 minutes not only that he was very polite, professional, was an amazing experience i ended TOTALLY SATISFIED.

They are very unprofessional. This company is associated with our manager, there were several cars parked on the red emergency line and he only attempted to take ours(it was on) my brother in law bribed him and he took the bribe of $100 what a cheapskate. They do this often. As well as the thinking he has the right to tell people they cannot park in a space they are paying for, this company needs to get it together. Choose what employees you hire wisely.
Driver Cross 3 lanes of fwy from the shoulder at 10-15 miles all traffic behind was coming at 60+ MPH this could have end badly just for not going to the next exit that is less than a mile away … Driver need training on safety… date 08/08/21
CBM helped us out in a pinch at a moments notice when we needed one of our trucks towed. They came quickly and got our truck towed back to our yard. Great equipment and crew! We will use them on all future jobs.

Had a very good tow experience with Bart. He handled my classic impala with care as if it was his. Highly recommend this company and dispatch is really good with getting your tow truck out to you as quick as possible.
Had to go pick up my stepdad's stolen truck from there. People were very nice about trying to help him get it started. We ended up having to wait for AAA for a tow back to our city. They gave him water and let him use the restroom. Checked on us often while we waited.

I got my car towed at 3am Sunday and when I called to go pick it up at 11am the guy was nice enough to drive to he location and give me my car even though they were closed since it was Sunday. Other towings won't do that they'll make you wait until Monday. But not in this case. I give them 5 stars for excellent services.
