Best towing company around. I called a few places around the area and they were trying to charge me over $200 for a tow. One even said $400. Ordonez gave me a price of $140 which was way lower than other tow companies. They picked up my car not even 2 hours after I called them. They were quick, cheap, and nice. Santos was the driver that helped and he was great. He brought us the car and everything was clean. Overall would recommend.

He called me when he arrived to the location when he was on his way and even when he called. He took care of my car and made it safe to the location as well. Santos literally saved me from having a long Friday night. Even the AAA I pay for couldn't help me. I needed go-jacks to get my car onto my property because of a shifter cable issue once I was getting home and it gave out. Called him around 10:50pm and he showed up 30min later. Took care of my car is if it was his. It's a really low corvette and he went above and beyond in making sure nothing happened during the process. Took his time but got the job done quick. Great pricing for the service considering time and day as well. I strongly and highly recommend him. Great guy and great service!

We called for a pick up and they were here in 15 minutes flat. Also Santos went above and beyond the call of duty, to get my 2020 Dodge Durango up on the truck. Very Knowledgeable about where my emergency neutral was located. All in all a good experience with Santos we will call again if we need them.

This guy is simply the best. Called dozens of other tow companies in Downey to try and how my lowered Chevy Silverado from east Los here. They all ranked it. Saying it was too complicated this guy said " no problem, if it has wheels consider it done." Sure enough Tru to his word. Picked it up with no problem
