Highly disappointed I have AAA which issued a tow by Hope Towing and this was the company they dispatched to me after my accident/needed a tow. When the driver arrived, he did not put my car in neutral before towing it, instead dragging it up the truck. My boyfriend and I both expressed concern because of the loud, damaging sounds it made, especially since I had just been in an accident which his reply was that it would not make a difference and continued.
Before the tow, my wheel was still connected to its axle — but after, it was not. The driver brushed it off, claiming that since my airbags had gone off, my car was “already salvaged” and that any further damage “didn’t matter,” which is appalling. He caused significant additional damage and then denied responsibility. Ironically, when dropping my car off, he did put it in neutral, proving he knew it should have been done in the first place.
I had a lot of issues the past few times I called roadside assistance. The most recent time I called for a tow they kept me stranded for 7 HOURS before they finally came to help me and when I met the driver he tells me that the guy who was assigned to me just didn’t FEEL LIKE driving to the area where I live because he thought it was too far! I was only 10 miles from my house! So I was stranded in a parking lot from about 6PM to 1AM…
Wow!! I had broken down and my trusted Volvo when it caught on fire I was so despondent and felt so sad AAA came quickly but with a positive attitude help me to see that it was all for the better and now I'm in a good car thank you so much AAA for your great attitude towards the situation that seemed like a negative turned out to be a positive outcome
AAA was wonderful. They always have been. I have only good experiences with AAA. They are fast and efficient and I have never met an employee that does not have a very pleasant attitude. I give them 5 stars. Your team represent your company at a very high regard...... Thank you AAA!!!!
