Had my 2022 Chev Silverado 5500 H.D , added custom work to it , and very pleased with craftsmanship, durability , and strong . Armando did a great job and reasonably priced. Added a large fuel tank , tool box side mount , shorten rear frame, fabricated rear bumper , added a winch , air tank , air Compressor, air line's and a front bumper air line outlet and a 12v outlet for jumper cables . Did all the electrical for fuel tank, winch, Compressor. Armando easy to talk too and old skl to the point and articulate on his modifications. As well carries towing equipment at reasonable prices . As well did some corrections on my tow truck to aligned, balance out frame with rear end to how it suppose to be . Very satisfied on all work done and am a repeated customer , recommended % !!

We came to George and His dad Don Armando and they just did magic with our equipment , we got it back quickly , less then expected and they had installed some new upgrades and made it even more safe than the original condition ..

Brought my truck to install a towing system in it, and they did not insulate the positive cable that goes from the battery to the hydraulic pump. The wire was installed inches away right next to the exhaust pipe. My truck started having starting problems. Fuses burned. Relays burned. The wire touched the exhaust pipe and made a hole in my exhaust. It cost me a lot to fix just because they decided it was simple to wire it next to the exhaust pipe. So, I had to rewire that cable somewhere else to prevent that from happening again. I thought a professional would be more careful if they have years doing this. They should never have done this.
I call this place to order the left side L arms for my roll back gave him the part number He found it then ask him to give me the right side as well got me on hold. And he change the price on the parts 75$ As I was with him on the phone what a bad experience
I bought a new 4x4 F-550 with a Dynamic 755 in another state. It was improperly mounted and I got it back to Utah where I live. I got a hold of closest Dynamic dealer and spoke to George. The dealer I purchased from agreed to pay for remount. (installation problem only)
George remounted and advised me to have him install wire protection box and super springs. He remounted it perfectly for a 4x4 (higher) and I paid for him to wire in a Lodar 14 position wireless remote. He was so nice to deal with, I had him install strobes, dolly mounts, trash can and broom/shovel.
The truck is an animal and has worked flawlessly. George made a happy situation out of a dire one.
Very very poor customer service took my truck in after beer and rear-ended and he could not even see a bent arm yet when I dropped it off said that there was so much damage do not recommend this guy at all
These guys are awesome! Bought my 2018 F650 from them and the process was a breeze. No funny business and no shadiness. Everyone was upfront about all the costs and finance. Even with me being in Arizona it was worth it to buy from these guys! Alex is an outstanding guy that went out of his way to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible! You guys have a customer for life!

Went in to check out a truck i asked for the price and it was a game of I can’t give you price ask the other guy and the other guy said the same thing. Really professional I agree with the other comments apparently they don’t need business.
Terrible experience here, called One day and was spected to get a call back with Prices from a sale person Victor, beg three times on same day, finally talked to Victor and told me that he'll return my phone call in 1hr., never receive his call back ever, I went to checkout a Tow-truck they had for sale on instead next day Due to not hear back from this Company, I then "got good deal that next day with Victor" even I left a deposit of 20% of total cost, couldn't be able to test drive it due to low battery and Victor want me to give him 3days to fix it and replace batteries to new ones. There it comes and past over 3days and never hear back from this guys, I finally got hold of him at the 5th. Day and told me he needed an extra 2days and he'll call me back., again never Did..
I then called at the 10th day after our deal and hand me over with Armando (owner) Victor's Dad., same senario, I wonder where from Victor gets his unprofesionalism., come to find out he "Armando" didn't had apparently knowledge who'd I was and tow truck was barely handle to him to fix any other issues., again after beg to find out when to pick up "my truck", no phone call no text nothing, I have to be looking for them both (Victor and Armando) to please be communicating to me anything as I was so Flexible and patient with them, but not luck., Looks like this Casanova Company doesn't care about new customers and they both had just giving the round around each time for a good Month.. Victor shows great lack of professionalism on his part and character/integrity. I thought they were a legit company, but apparently this does not seem to be the case. Would highly advise any potential customers to stay away from Victor/ Armando Casanova and this nightmare they call a business... Not a great company and/or personell to work with.. I ended up to go and ask for my Deposit back instead so they can keep that tow truck for maybe another Month or so with their sheap mechanics... Thanks God I got my money back better...

Don't know if he was being lazy or what, but was not able to take it for a simple test drive. Drove 2hours 1st trip and was promised to come back the next morning with cash in hand ready to go, come to find out he had apparently sold it with us having no knowledge of this, no phone call no text nothing, Mind we had to come all the way from CANADA. And we have been communicating back and forth for over 1 week just to arrange it. Victor shows great lack of professionalism on his part and character/integrity. We thought they were a legit company, but apparently this does not seem to be the case. Would highly advise any potential customers to stay away from Victor and this nightmare they call a business.
They must be making money hand over foot. It has been like pulling teeth trying to get a quote for new towing equipment. They must not need new business. I called on a Tues day around 2pm and I did not get return phone call from sales. I Called Wednesday morning and left a message for sales and no returned phone call all day. I called Thursday morning left a message for sale and nothing. Around 12pm that same day I finally spoke to person named Victor. He sounded very legit and told me he would have a quote by Friday Morning. Here we are Friday evening and still nothing in my inbox. I guess I will call Dynamics and buy a Dynamic slider 601 or call Detroit Wrecker sales and buy there Gladiator unit. Does anybody want to sell me a unit? Funny I have to beg for service when I'm trying to spend my money.
Victor, the owner, was extremely helpful. We were stuck on the traffic on a Saturday. We needed parts really bad, called them, they gave us a great price and were willing to wait after hours, so we could make it. 5 stars service
