they tried to swap my pops battery with an old one. the fact that they really tried playing in my dads face thinking he wouldn't say nothing because of his age. This happened 01/27/2025.

Gave me two batteries, both ended up being bad tried to exchange, said they couldn’t because I didn’t keep the receipt which was connected to the warranty. As far as my experience probably the worst.

Gave me a bad battery that died in three days. I bought a one year warranty. The battery died before one year. Ray's Auto gave me a replacement, which died in three days. Not right. Bad warranty. Bad battery.
I have been going her for over 20 yrs, they sell and rebuild alternator , and car batteries, rebuilt or new , the best price you will ever get, all rebuilt bat.. come with a 6 month wrnty, option for a 2yr wtnty, highly recommended
We came from the valley and when we got there before 2:00 they said they were closed and they didnt have any batteries left & suggested to come back the next day at 9:00 am. It's 10:00 am and they are still closed we called no one answered. No good customer service. We found Jessie's Auto Electric and answered as soon as we called and had what we needed. We highly recommend this place instead.
went in to sell them some batteries, & other cores but they dropped their prices by about half which really sux & made it not even worth driving there to sell then anything. i'll just scrap it all next time.

I went here after my friend told me...was there at 8am. And they got me a battery swapped it & installed it which was alot cuz my car has a computer board on top of battery components very well installed . Was out by 830 & all that for 36$ with 1yrs warranty . Thanks Jay u and ur team are amazing. Will definitely be back and will definitely refer my friends here...
I was recommended this place. I needed a battery. Parking can be found inside if there is one and if you are okay to drive into tight areas. If your not a narrow skilled driver best suggestion to park on the street. Bring your battery to pay for a exchange battery with or without warranty. Prices for standard batteries are visible at the counter and behind sales guy. Keep you receipt! And the sticker on the battery does not count as warranty. Approximate wait was about 10 minutes, when I went and I got there 10 to close. We have since returned for another battery.
Always hook it up with a recharged battery with insurance for a year 20 dollars. . .if u wanna keep your old battery and 40 if you wanna keep yours they also do muffler work and mad cool always giving washers and screws for free make sure you tip . . . .these really good people get there early our your battery size might be sold out. . . Especially if you got a truck like me but this should be the only battery place you have to go to
Location isn't too hot BUT it does give good batteries backed by a good warranty for the price. Just don't lose the receipt they give you or you're in for a headache.

I was referred to this place by a friend. They are my friend now cause they referred me here. I absolutely love this place. They are the best. They are always extremely friendly and helpful with me. This is the place for batteries. They will meet any battery need you could have. They also have more services. You won't be disappointed coming here!
Went into this establishment bc. Was having an issue with my battery and know this place is a good place to geta battery. I was informed the issue was much greater issue than just the battery. Was told it was the brain of the computer. Told me it was a 500$ job but they would repair it for 280$. Thought can't beat that.
Anyhow, the following day never received a call saying to pick up. I called them and was told it was ready. I was so greatful until I left. Went to grocery store and headed home. ( Mind u I live about 2 miles away from Ray's). My car started making a rumbling sound. Then my dash lit up. All of my gages went haywire and couldn't turn steering wheel.
Called but person who fixed it had left for the day. The next morning called and was told I can bring it back. They could've sent their tow guy but would be in Riverside the early part of day so I got the car towed back at my expense. Again left car again. Never got a call again. Was told they'd call as soon as I can pick up. Was getting late so called and was told ready.
Picked car up lasted a little longer this time. Didn't break down til following day. Smh... By this time "Sunday" morning closed. Took Monday morning. Called Tuesday wasn't ready, went down Wednesday morning claiming a whole new problem, would cost another 200$.
Was just through at this point. Told them just put everything back. Went to another mechanic and he fixed the problem they diagnosed for 50$. Still unsure if they did anything in the first place. Please learn from my experience. Get a second opinion if at all possible. Wasted way too much time and money.
My first time here the line was a little long but it moved pretty quick they didn't have the battery I needed but was able to order one and get it the same day for a decent amount
Very good service, and very good prices on batteries. Beats any other place. Go here for a new battery, or sell your old one for a good 15 bucks. Been going here for 6 years, i highly recommend this place to everybody
THIS PLACE IS GREAT IF YOU WANT TO JUST BE QUICK AND CHEAP 20 to 30$ for a battery .......I MEAN THEY GIVE A WARRANTY FOR UP TO 3 years CAN'T LOSS ON EMERGENCY WHEN MONEY IS THIGHT
Good customer service and politely, Fast quick service. I have bought 3 batteries with the one year warranty and to be anest with you I haven't had a problem am very satisfied with theirs products and services. I highly recommended Ray's Auto center.
This favorite parts store is always busy because the prices are inexpensive for most items, especially batteries.
They sell refurbished batteries and offer 12 month to 36 month warranties with the used batteries...so you can't go wrong if you get the warranty.
They also purchase automobile parts for cash, don't expect a lot of cash though...they're in the business to make money.
The parking is not good here and if you park in the store's lot you might get blocked in by someone who just removed their battery for exchange. And you have to back out of the lot onto busy Wilmington Ave, which can be tricky. All in all it's still a favorite for many and worth the drive for parts.
Bad custumer service... About 45 min in line to exchange a 1 year warranty battery that only lasted less than 2 months!! When i got there at least 6 people where there for the same reason. Is really not worth it if you are going to exchange the batteries every 2 month. And as i was leaving the place i looked back n about 5 more persons where coming for the same reason... While i was there a homeless looking guy came selling the used batteries and the owner bought them right away. I suggest to go n buy a battery at any other place. Thanks you. Hope this is helpful.
