The person at the window was EXTREMELY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. He made comments like “learn to drive” and mocked Spanish speakers, even though all documentation was in ENGLISH. His lack of basic communication skills and ignorance were obvious. When I called it out, he denied service. Discriminatory and unacceptable. AVOID.
I had a great experience with this company. I had a peculiar situation with getting a tow, but the company was quick and efficient. I got a quick quote on the phone that was extremely reasonable for the cost (I was super excited about that). The tow truck came within 15 minutes and the worker was very kind and to the point. Overall, I would recommend this tow company and will use them in the future
Car was towed by this company went to take the car out two days later, they went in my car stole my wallet wouldn't care if they take the money and leave my wallet but took it too left everything all over the place looked like if they where looking for things in there because car was a mess so if you get tow by this company hurry of and take it out as fast as you can before all your belongings go missing
Customer service is trash! Called & instead of just not answering the phone the guy answered and replied “we’re closed” to every question i had! Just let it go to voicemail next time
Called for a 9-mile-ish tow before lunch and the driver arrived before 12. The tow was finished with ease and professionalism. Little John the driver was very nice and helpful.

They've been in the towing business for ever. I had nothing but great experiences when dealing with them. Although the monarch of the family "Freeman Fontenot' no longer controls the day to day business Chris Fontenot' his son is a very honest and fair individual to deal with. As they say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. I give this business 8 stars out of 5
I had issue with the tow truck driver get my gear shift stuck n drive when they claimed it was in neutral which resulted in damaging the of my other car. When i contacted the company n spoke several to Liz n they gave me the runaway n still having return my call. So i will be filing a BBB report n submitting a claim for the repairs/ overcharge of the tow
LOVED IT!!! I had a great experience when i locked my keys in my trunk on accident. It was after hours and the owner himself showed up to help. He said he wanted to give his crew some downtime, and he was covering night calls. Chris was very professional and courteous, and he was very gentle with my car. He very quickly opened my door and we were able to pop the trunk. I wanted to write this review because i wish i could give him 10 stars! You see, Chris noticed I may not have been in the best state of mind to drive myself home. YES, he kindly offered to drive my home (almost 30 miles). It was the best experience, and I am forever grateful!! THANK YOU FONTENOT TOW
You guys where great taking care of my mom, she's 85 years old she just had her car stolen and they treated her very nice and even helped install the battery the people took out of her car..... Thank you very much for your kindness and have a blessed new Year...
After a car accident the vehicle was towed to this place by the cops. Came to pick it up next day and the car was in complete disarray, money was stolen, debit card stolen. When we called to let them know this happened they said to call the cops and try to prove it then when we showed up the guy tried to fight us after we confronted him about the missing money. Never in my life have I seen such thievery from a place of business, how they are still around us beyond me and how the cops have not shut them down is miraculous. Worst place ever, if you want to save yourself the headache never come here.
