Not knowledgeable, not professional. Short story: hired them to perform maintenance. After continuous identical issues, I reached out to a different mechanic for a second opinion. New mechanic showed me how much they had neglected to actually accomplish and how much their service had created new problems (installed gasket incorrectly, left out a bushing, worn filter). Long story: I had a few forklifts I would allow them to service. I started asking questions after they had done a complete engine rebuild and I still had the same issues. I called them back up for additional service. Their driver showed up and started trouble shooting. I simply asked if he were me and I had just paid for a complete engine rebuild, would he be concerned that my engine was exhibiting the same issues as before. He got super defensive, said if I was not wanting to pay for the rebuild (I had already paid) then he would take it back & would have them take the engine out. I told him he wasn't the mechanic, he should not take it personally, & to leave the forklift. Received a call a few days later apologizing but also insinuating that I pushed the conversation too far. Finally reached out to a different mechanic. Mechanic showed up, pointed out all of the issues he saw stemming from previous work (directly related to invoices we had), and proceed to give me a quote. Literally at least half off what More Power had charged me. Did not have a great experience. It seems mine was not the norm based on the reviews. But I found a new mechanic that I am super happy with.

Very knowledgeable people that works on schedule to help businesses, not for business owners that think they own every bodies time.

The most unprofessional people I have dealt with in a while. Manny, who I suppose it the technician and also the owner, failed to show up yesterday, today, and then wants to call and say "let's try tomorrow." What?? The Office Manager, who also failed on her part to communicate information to me is at fault for this, and you all should not even operate business if coordinate or follow-through can't happen. Insane that I've been waiting for the last 2 days to get a technician out to inspect my electric forklift, but now it won't happen because of poor coordination.
