I needed to junk my car but I've never done it before and was a little intimidated of the whole process. I called around to a couple places and got many different responses. All telling me pretty much the same thing as the others but Solis Towing from the very beginning made me feel so comfortable that the nerves went away. I realized this when I was asking questions I asked other places I called and would get either rude, short, answers from men talking to me like I was a dumb child. I get it, maybe I asked things I should already know the answers to but I'm not trying to waste anyone's time either so I know I'm not asking unnecessary questions. My situation was a little different since I had lost ALL my paperwork to the car. I didn't have any of it but Solis Towing went above and beyond in helping me. Before we even got to that point I had called, got an estimate, got a scheduled time, they showed up at the time scheduled, they responded quickly and straight to the point all with the best customer service! All of the workers that helped me treated and talked to me with such good energy and vibes. From the caller that I talked to on the phone and the two gentlemen that came in the tow truck. They all never gave me any attitude or made me feel like I was being cheated out of money or lied to. These guys came out to my house for the car like we had scheduled and that's when I mentioned a couple of details about the car. They explained the $$$ I was quoted would be reduced and I didn't feel comfortable with the new $$$ quote and I was so confused to what the details about the car meant for me. Even if I decided to not junk, it would mean a lot of different changes in paperwork for the car. I told them I changed my mind and I felt bad but they didn't act bothered or frustrated with me. Actually, they helped me figure out the problem with the paperwork! They left with no car and a little after they left the company called me and told me what they were able to learn about the cars paperwork. They didn't have to do that but they did and I appreciate it so much because then I was able to make the best choice. They told me they could give me the original $$ quote for the car if I did decide to junk it after all since it all got sorted out. Of course then I felt so overwhelmed by the impressive professional and just plain good customer service. They told me they could go back to my house no problem if I decided to junk it. I said yes and they showed up within 15 mins and they loaded the car, I signed the paperwork, got the money I was originally quoted all in less than 10 mins. Never felt rushed or pressured and I don't feel any regret. I feel good about the choice I made and I honestly can not explain what a surprise I got today from Solis Towing Company. For a female who doesn't know anything about cars this is the exact experience I hoped to have. I literally pray that if I have a daughter one day and she has to take care of these kinds of things that these are the types of people that she calls for help. Such great, professional, decent, helpful, patient, people!Oh and out of all the places I called these guys gave me the highest $$$ quote! So glad I called Solis Towing you guys helped me out so much. Thank you!!!
My car got towed right from my business. No one here called. I asked the towing company to release the name and/or the steps they take to verify is a legit person calling. The lady at the front desk said she couldn’t release the information. A supervisor had to do it. When I ask to speak to the supervisor, she says he wasn’t there. Not willing to work with me at all as the business owner. Very frustrating and annoying. Anybody walking by can call and cars tow away done with this company forever
They like to schedule appointments for pick up for a Tow and then they decide to not reply back and leave you hanging while you waste your day

They towed my car to the location a requested and even did more than that, they helped me get my car keys to the right person at the dealership.
Hands down great business with them they will respectful understand the situation if you in any and work with you and get the most for your car I would recommend them and hit them up if I have another car problem
The driver was very rude! And then when he finally showed up he said I had to get a Uber to where he is taking my car?! I’ve never had to get a ride while my car was being towed. Then he wanted payment in cash! No of the info was told to me before hand. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
First of all I want to say thanks to Oscar, he was really nice and professional and helped me a ton today with what I would call a complicated tow to Carmax in Burbank due to the site's narrow parkways and lanes, that wasn't a problem for him and made my experience much easier than I had anticipated. Would definitely be using Solis Tow Pros for all my future needs.
Very friendly people. The only thing that discouraged me was when they picked up the car they gave me $50 less than the amount I was quoted over the phone. Although they were the highest-paying company for my car.
Awesome service.! My car gave out on me and there was Solis towing to the rescue. Good reasonable price. I would defeintly be saving their number for any time I have car trouble.!
Great service. Called to have my junk car removed they offered me a price they came to look at it they gave me what they offered. My vehicle was really old the guy still managed to remove my car! Thank you Solis Auto Towing for removing my old car from my property. I would recommend to my friends and family.
I have junked my car last Sunday and the money offered gas counterfeit bills. They are now blaming me for not calling them last few days. Please look at the cash being offered. Most of it would be counterfeit,especially 100 dollar bills. I was first off offered an amount on call and later when the guy comes he offers me another lesser price and I still agree and then this counterfeit note.. I’ve reported to people I know and they would investigate but I don’t want you to go through this hassle. Instead go pick your part shops at Stanton. They give same amount but atleast real notes.
Be careful when selling your cars to the Solis Towing #1,because when the person Andres buys cars from someone,he resells the cars to other people under your name.So most likely you will be receiving tickets if the other buyer dont do the paper work.Change of name.This place dont junk cars,they resell them under your name so be very careful.
