I just want to get rid of my junk car and Andrew owner was very nice and sent a flatbed the same day. Art, who came to my house, he was a super nice, helpful ,and everything went very smoothly. I definitely recommend this company if you want to get rid of your junk car from your sight. Thank you.
The guy who came and took my GMC was excellent he did his job right no questions just work and I'm glad I gave these guys a call excellent service recommending them to any of my people great job:)
Terrible I got a quote and I was scheduled for a certain hr never show up and didn’t have the curtesy to let me know and I text to ask the status and I got a bull reply “Flat Tire” and rescheduled for the following day and again NO SHOW and never got a call or text to let me know again so I just disregarded them completely.
Very rude over the phone and unreliable. Say they can pick it up but once they saw there was some wood/ash they had to move,they couldnt do it because "we would get dirty".And like another reviewer stated,sounded very condescending.
Called to sale my 99 toyota avalon. Got best price after looking around. Some places offered me as low as $70. Got 3 times more from this company. Guy that came to pick up was friendly and knowledgeable. On time and done in less than 15 min. I did have my doubts in calling this place because of the reviews but, I had no issues what so ever. Was able to negotiate a more than fair price considering other quotes. I guess it's just as easy as saying No, if they don't give you what you want for your vehicle.
Sold my 2004 Civic very easy and reliable John send one of his drivers out to check out my car price was a reasonable offer. Thanks for the great service.

These lames can't keep their word! They tell you a certain price then when they get here they lowball you.knowing you need to get rid of the scrap they say one thing and do another. NOT NOWHERE NEAR AN HONEST BUISNESS! BEWARE THEY WILL CHANGE THEIR DEAL FROM THEN TO THERE. #LOWBALLLAMES
Will not recommend this place to nobody! That man name Andrew beside getting there 20 mins late foo was fxkn rude and so unprofessional talking his smack. My husband almost whoop his ass for being disrespectful. Glad we didn't make a deal foo back off on his word. Now i know what these other people meant when they said worst customer service ever.
Worst service I have ever received. I called and this guy hanged up on me . I do not recommend this business to anyone. Please stay away . Rudest people I have ever talked to.
