I just wanted to leave a glowing review for Juan, a kind younger Latino worker who showed up when we called Triple A. Turns out, a piece of metal in the dark street damaged both the front & back tire. Juan put on the donut, & when he noticed we hadn't left yet, he pulled back over to check on us. Not only did he notice we were still struggling, he knew of a close gas station, said we could follow him there, made sure we made it by driving slowly & then filled the other damaged tire with air so we could get home. It's not alot of young men who notice things anymore, he deserved to be acknowledged & honored! Thank you SO much Juan for taking such incredible care of us! I hope your company sees this & gives you a bonus or raise! God bless you!
Jose was awesome. He came much faster than expected and got my vehicle towed and to the destination quick. So prompt and helpful. I hope not to get stranded here but if I do I am sure to call them.
Absolute, complete and total crooks. I made a dumb mistake and accidentally parked on the side of a parking lot that was reserved for a corporate building next door. There was literally only one sign and it was hidden in the dark so I did not see it. Santa Clarita rarely has any parking restrictions for sushi restaurants and other cars were parked around so I guess it just was not on my radar that this particular side of the lot was owned by a separate building. That said, according to Google, the average cost for a car to be towed/impounded in California is (on the high end) around $250-$350. My car was towed less than 9 miles and sat on their lot for less than 30 minutes. We basically just followed this tow truck driver with my car to their lot in Castaic. They charged me almost $600 to drive it away. I fully acknowledge my parking mistake and willing to accept a slap on the wrist fee but this was absolutely outrageous and borderline criminal. Especially terrible during the month of December. I'm shocked that this type of injustice is allowed to exist in the city of Santa Clarita. Absolutely horrendous.
Regarding City Santa Clarita Towing response given on 12/26/2025:
The singular sign was absolutely NOT clear and it was apparently only illegal to park in one strip of parking spots in this otherwise PUBLIC parking lot. I have attached a screen shot of my Google search to confirm that average towing prices in California are less than half of what I was forced to pay to essentially follow a tow truck driver 7 miles with my car to this lot and then drive it back for almost $600. Regardless of whether your impound rate is ‘approved by the CHP,’ it is outrageous and you should seriously question doing business with the CHP or representing them in any way if these fees are what they consider to be appropriate. It reflects very poorly on your business. PS I did not pick up my vehicle in ‘the middle of the night,’ it was around 9pm on a Friday but your dispatcher made sure it was after hours as she was ‘required to only allow me to pick up my vehicle via an appointment slot’ that was, of course, ‘after hours.’ So I sat at the front gate of an empty lot for about 45 minutes so you could charge me the ‘late night pickup’ rate. By the way, Google says you’re open 24hrs. Overall, absolutely shady conduct- I’m appalled.
Forgot my truck in front of my condo for the second time, and just like the first I was shown no mercy.
Word to the wise. Do not. ever. Leave your car. Parked unattended while visiting /, shopping at Town Center.

This people flat out stole my car from the driveway... towed away even thou the fire lane sign is about 30 ft away... $375. I will definetely find out if there a legal action I can take against this company. Not because I want my 375 back but to make an example out of them ...
The guy that answers the phone is rude and unprofessional they over charge 2 hours of pick up my car $450 dallors what this is crazy o don’t know why there still in business .plus they don’t want to give me my car back cuz I was been rude to him after he said that they will be open on Sunday at 8:30 and here I I’m and I call and he saids that there not open today can someone please help me
Our employee broke down on the highway - we called a bunch of people and this firm was great. Super responsive, professional, and fast. In these times it is wonderful to have someone answer the phone and solve your problem in one call!
Worst Tow company I've dealt with so far, not in terms of their service, but their pricing. My car broke down on the off ramp, and I needed it out the way so I don't cause traffic. I was charged $120 just to move it, the worst part is they just moved it 40 yards. Would not recommend this place in terms of wanting to save money
Tow driver was called 2x and gave ETA of 35 minutes and never showed. Follow up calls unanswered. Called company next day and spoke with a young man in the office to share my experience and he was very rude. Would never use or recommend.
If I could give this negative stars I would. The guy who works here is a jerk who is robbing his customers. The rates are outrageous and he is unfriendly and unreasonable.
Had my car towed by a difficult HOA but Jonathan was extremely pleasant and sympathtic when I went to pick up my vehicle. Definitely helped in easing the stress of the morning.
My battery went dead early one morning. I called this towing company and he was there within 15 minutes. He was pleasant and professional. I am definitely recommend them!
