They moved out of the location in Carson before May 2025 and have failed to update address to their new location wherever that might be. Have called multiple times but it lands me to their corporate offices but can never get a direct contact to their "Long Beach team" .
Not upfront about pricing. When they arrived they gave me an absurd quote then proceeded to negotiate with me based on my budget. Would not recommend to friends.
Good experience from start to finish. Size of the dumpster was what we needed for the project. Easy online booking. Transparent pricing, timely drop off and pick up, and a helpful and friendly driver.

If I’m remembering correctly, the person who helped me out today may be Elijah! I’m not good with names though, so I’m sorry if I remembered it wrong! He had called around 1:45pm saying he would be there to pick up my futon in 30 minutes. And he did. The whole process once he got to my apartment complex took 10 or so minutes. Seamless. If I ever need my big furniture moved again, I am definitely going to be calling Junk King Long Beach again. Thanks for the amazing work!
Junk King as has always been my experience, was professional and prompt. The team called me in advance of my appointment to discuss the pick up job. I’ve used Junk King on several occasions and have always been pleased with the outcome.

Junk King was available the day after I contacted them and kept me informed about their ETA. When the truck arrived, the junk haulers were very courteous and efficient, finishing quickly.
Andre & Romeo were excellent! They were very professional, worked hard and they had great communication skills throughout the process to ensure they were removing everything we needed junked.
Driver was excellent, customer service was responsive, the reservation process easy and the bind size perfect for my needs!
I only give three stars because the whole reason I booked this service over another was due to their three day rental. They took two additional days to pick it up. I emailed them back and forth for days, they promised they’d come each day but took them 5 days total to pick it up. This was a problem for us as we were having work started on our garage that was time bound.
If you don’t need a specific 3 day window, I’d highly recommend this service. If you are more time bound due to a construction project or something like that, maybe not.
Excellent service! From booking, to courtesy call (text) on the morning of, to arrival and pick-up, these guys were conscientious, organized, punctual, and polite. I heartily recommend them to anyone needing furniture or junk removal in the LA area!

I have some junk lying around and remembering using them years ago. They were very efficient then. They have not changed. The prices are reasonable compared to taking this stuff myself. I couldn’t lift most of it. The gentlemen were courteous and cheerful. Very respectful to my wishes and property.
Quick and efficient pick up, even called me to see if they could come by earlier. Elijah and his coworker were absolutely awesome and I will be more than happy to use Junk king again when I need to get rid of my box spring! 10/10 would recommend.
Needed to remove a bbq grill from my complex. The folks at Junk King came promptly at the time requested. Both employees were very friendly when I greeted them and I paid the quoted price. Very easy to use and I highly recommend.

Superb, highly competent service. My job was executed with ease and professionalism. The two workers handled the job quickly and effectively. The price was very reasonable and much cheaper than competitors. It was easy to set up an appointment and they gave a window to arrive. Next day service. It was not a big job but necessary. I'm very satisfied with the service and would use again without hesitation for any disposal needs. Kudos.
