Excellent for ordering parts for your car. Plus the fact that I checked AutoZone for what I needed and the price was almost double vs coming to O'Reilly's. Guess I'll be coming here more often especially if you can get the same parts for less.
If you need something that they don't have they'll order it and it will be there in less than a week. But you do have to drive to the store and pay for it so they can order it for you.
Went in to get a headlight bulb replacement and had trouble replacing it, sought the help of James and appreciated the time and patience he took to see through of the bulb being properly installed. Thanks James!
I just purchased the wrong cleaning product after using one sheet they deemed it un returnable. And I have to keep the item? Poor management. Employees and ownership. I feel bad for the manager and the employees. Sad people feed sad people. I was actually there to make a big purchase... L
My car air conditioner was working.
Tonight, I needed to go to the O'Reilly Auto Parts store to buy the "Oil with Dye" for the car airconditioner.
My mechanic wanted me to buy it so he could check what part of the air conditioning system was not working.
When I arrived at their parking lot, they had plenty of parking spaces.
I went inside of the store. The store was
pretty small and it was very clean.
I found the " Oil with Dye" in the front of
the cashier. The cashier, the young lady was friendly and attentive.
I used to come to this store a couple of years ago. I remembered a young man who helped me when my car radiator cap
was broken. I bought the wrong size of the radiator cap before so it didn't fit on
the radiator. He helped me to find the correct size of the radiator cap. He was
so nice that he went outside with me.
And he checked my car radiator cap.
I found out that he didn't work at the
store anymore.
I liked this store because all the people were helpful and knowledgeable about the auto parts. That is the reason that I
always come to the O'Reilly Auto Parts
store.
I came in to replace my battery, and they had done the job and more.
Unfortunately, the employee had found issues with the hoses while installing, but they brought it to my attention and did the best they could to help, all while still being patient and kind. I had a great experience with them and would continue to come back if I ever needed to (hopefully under better circumstances).
Got some new window wipers for the "catastrophic flooding" (AKA regular rain) in california . The customer service was great as they changed out the wipers on my car for me.
Love the convenience but some of their attitude need a little improvement. They sent us on a wild goose for a hose we desperately needed so you have to take them with a grain of salt
They realllly helped me out getting the diagnostic codes for my check engine light, even looking under the hood and identifying a broken part and low fluids, no cost! James is really helpful and knowledgable. Thanks so much. I bought a cute air freshener and would come back.
Way better experience here than at the 2 auto zones in Carson and the 1 auto zone in Wilmington! Great professional employees and they were knowledgeable.
This specific location has always been very helpful and actually know what they're talking about unlike other companies such as AutoZone i always prefer to come here when i need advise and quality parts from ASE certified technicians

This was a great experience. After leaving Napa Auto Parts on Sepulveda because I couldn't get an employee to let me spend some money I tried O'Reilly.
First thing I noticed is that when I entered the door and employee behind the counter said "Good morning!" I don't usually think too much about something like this but after being ignored at Napa it was nice to know I could at least ask someone about the parts I needed. O'Reilly had the 3 parts I needed and the parts were very reasonably priced. This is a well lit, clean and modern store. I will shop here again and I would recommend this O'Reilly location to anyone

Been waiting in line for about 20 mins with about 5 employees in the store. These two employees saw me at least 3 times and continued to work. Completely ignored me. Theirs two guys in the back cursing not doing anything. This place is ridiculous. Dont ever come here. Do not recommend. No wonder why no one comes to O'Reillys
This is the best store of all time. I shop here at least 2 or 3 times a week. All if there employees are knowledgeable and extremely helpful and friendly. They always find what I'm looking for. If they don't have it. They will by 3 or 4 in the afternoon. You will not find another store like this one. Great job guys.
