I want to say that this is the best experience I ever had at any auto parts store! I been running around to like three different ones who did have what I needed, but this O’Rileys had everything in stock! Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable, and didn’t mind helping me out! Everyone there was nice but, David and Felix went over and beyond to help me! They just don’t know how appreciative I am because I’m a single mom who knows nothing about cars except how to put in gas, so if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t have made it to work tonight! Thank you guys with all of my heart and if anyone needs any thing from an auto parts store please go to the Burbank store if you want to find what your looking for from people with good vibes and know what there doing! Great location, I called asking for something as I was under stress for my Jeep. Jimmy didn’t even hesitate, I showed up and he was kind, attentive and even recommended where to take it after. Thank you Jimmy!!!!! God bless you!!!
David was very helpful. I really appreciate The time it took and his advice and he even helped me get what I needed specifically from designed for my car, even that didn’t keep him from ignoring me when a new customer came in he greeted him created them very professionally asked if they needed something specific and pointed out the aisle in the which it was located in another staff member assisted the new customer. He also got his friend to help other customer which I found very nice that he spent this time helping me with my new car purchase accessories’ I noticed that, even thought they were very busy, even assisted me replacing my car battery and picking the best one that sorted the car not the most expensive one that most of the places would have you by, David and his associate were very professional unhelpful and made my purpose. Today is very simple. I’m extremely happy with my head chosen item that I’m gonna highly recommend everybody that is new to cars to ask if David’s working! I think the team in general for them, taking their time out and helping me carry out some of the heavier equipment as well,

Yesterday, my son's car battery went out at a most inconvenient time and place. He called AAA for a jump (only 6% battery life left). The driver quoted a price for a new battery from AAA, however it was over his budget. At home, he called two auto stores, one didn't install the battery and the other said, they would install battery 'if they had time'.
Finally, he called the O'reiley Auto Parts store and spoke to George, the Asst. Mgr., who quoted the type of battery needed, the price, which included the installation and warranty.
When my son went into the store, he was impressed with it's clean and organized look. George promptly greeted him with a friendly, respectful yet business-like attitude. He again went over the battery's specifics, warranty and additional services related to the warranty. Battery was then installed and my son was on his way. My son thanks you George, and O'reiley Auto Parts for a positive experience.
It had been a while since I had gone to the O'Reilly auto parts in Burbank. I have to tell you, I was amazed by the service. Everyone was professional and friendly. I was greeted as I walked in and was attended to within 5 minutes. I have to especially mention JOHNATHAN. He went beyond the call to help me out. I needed windshield wipers for my old MB and was dreading the idea of having to go to the dealer. Johnathan not only found the right size wipers but I paid only $20 for the pair ! I don't recall paying anything less than $60 for any part on my MB. I would like to thank Johnathan, and all the folks at O'Reilly auto parts in Burbank for their exceptional service.
Jonathan was extremely helpful in fixing my tail light and made sure everything was done properly. He went above and beyond by providing useful information and tools so I would be prepared in the future. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I highly recommend him.
Went to O'Reilly's a while back for my cars battery and the service from the staff was helpful in picking out what would be most efficient product for my car. David was able to provide personal expertise as well as his own opinion which made for a good experience overall.
We had a fender bender (bad one) in the parking lot. AAA were going to tske nearly an hour to get to us (two bumpers jammed together). Jimmy, the store manager, came out and gave great assistance and was calm, gentle and very kind. We will now ONLY go to this branch fir our auto needs. The good folks at this O’Reillys store, Mia and George, greatly helped me out today as I’ve been seeking to get my headlights replaced for a while. I was able to call ahead to determine which lights I needed, do my own little research and they helped me out expeditiously. Other auto part franchises either don’t do it or we charge me an arm and a leg for the labor, but they kindly helped me out in 10 minutes or so. I HIGHLY recommend visiting this store for all your auto part needs
I had such a great experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts the Burbank location today. George went above and beyond helping me replace my windshield wipers and the battery for my car key. He even took the extra step to secure my front license plate, which had fallen off. Highly recommend this location for anyone who wants excellent service
Got off work. Got in my car and it almost didn't start. I knew it was the battery. Quickly got on maps and found this place for which I've been to before for my windshield wipers. Right away I was greeted by Jonathan and his sidekick David whom were both really nice and personable. Jonathan helped me test my battery; it was bad. We got a new one and he installed it, too! Thank you Jonathan! I always come here for my last minute unexpected emergencies!

Jimmy was excellent!! He went above and Beyond to help me. really took the time To check my car. And took care of my battery issue. He seems to be very knowledgeable and experienced.
Rosemary and the other gentleman on shift with her were extremely helpful in helping me get replacement cabin and engine filters for my car and show me how to install them. They also helped me look up some other parts I was curious part and had questions on. I’m definitely coming back to this location if/when I need parts.
This location had a rear windshield wiper in stock that I was having trouble finding anywhere else. Francisco was very helpful in showing me how to install it. Will definitely be returning next time I have car needs!

I just want to share my amazing experience with everyone. I went in to the store to get my battery tested and I was helped by Francisco what a nice guy and very helpful and professional he checked my battery and sure enough it was bad. He helped me step by step helped me purchase one and then he installed it for me and I was on my way. It was so easy and I would definitely recommend him and the store to my friends and family. Francisco was incredible! I came in feeling completely out of my depth but he took the time to help me with everything I needed. Going above and beyond what I originally came in for. Even though it was about 30 minutes before closing he never once made me feel rushed. His patience, knowledge, and willingness to assist really made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I left with so much more confidence in my purchase thanks to him and I definitely plan to come back.
I love going here! As a woman it can be intimidating walking into this type of store but here I am always treated with respect and made to feel comfortable. I was recently stressed because my car was overheating our of nowhere and Jimmy immediately identified that I had no coolant. He filled my coolant and back up tank and educated me on how to quickly check the status of my fuses directing me to a great product! This is often my first stop when some light goes off in my car!

I had a really great experience here getting a new battery for my car. Angel was a great help at both picking one out and installing it. He was very personable and (as someone who is not the most knowledgeable on car things) showed me things to look out for as my battery gets older. A really great experience and I’d go back again.

You can tell he works hard and genuinely cares about helping his customers. am also happy that the store had a car battery for my old car in stock. AAA couldn’t even help me!
Top notch service at this location. I've come in there twice in the past couple weeks and they always have what I need. Jonathan went above and beyond trying to investigate a bolt I needed and diligently tried over and over again over a 15-minute period with the car pulled up outside the store to test different ones out, which only ended up being a $5 purchase. This is the level of customer service this place has - they could have easily left me to figure it out, but a $5 sale was important enough for them to care. This is the kind of method that creates customer loyalty. He also helped me understand a check engine light code and helped me with my loose gas cap, which he also didn't need to do. Give this young man a raise - other people in his generation aren't polite, courteous and give good eye contact like he and the other young gentleman that also helped me did.
This is more than a store - it's like they're auto consultants. I love this location, too, with its big parking lot.
