Rosemary and the other gentleman on shift with her were extremely helpful in helping me get replacement cabin and engine filters for my car and show me how to install them. After the first rain of the season, the rubber on my windshield wipers disintegrated . O’Reilly auto parts not only had a good price but Francisco installed them for me at no additional charge . Great customer service!

I just want to share my amazing experience with everyone. I went in to the store to get my battery tested and I was helped by Francisco what a nice guy and very helpful and professional he checked my battery and sure enough it was bad. He helped me step by step helped me purchase one and then he installed it for me and I was on my way. It was so easy and I would definitely recommend him and the store to my friends and family. Francisco was incredible! I came in feeling completely out of my depth but he took the time to help me with everything I needed. Going above and beyond what I originally came in for. Even though it was about 30 minutes before closing he never once made me feel rushed. His patience, knowledge, and willingness to assist really made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I left with so much more confidence in my purchase thanks to him and I definitely plan to come back.
I love going here! As a woman it can be intimidating walking into this type of store but here I am always treated with respect and made to feel comfortable. I was recently stressed because my car was overheating our of nowhere and Jimmy immediately identified that I had no coolant. He filled my coolant and back up tank and educated me on how to quickly check the status of my fuses directing me to a great product! This is often my first stop when some light goes off in my car!

I went to buy the engine and cabin air filters for my Honda Civic. And George the assistant manager was very helpful, I also had a broken light bulb for my headlights. He was very patient understanding and helping me figure out if it was the bulb or a fuse. And even offered me to help me replace it. I usually go to this store in Burbank. Everyone is helpful, but George went above and beyond.

I had a really great experience here getting a new battery for my car. Angel was a great help at both picking one out and installing it. He was very personable and (as someone who is not the most knowledgeable on car things) showed me things to look out for as my battery gets older. A really great experience and I’d go back again.

My suv wouldn’t start when I left work The dash said battery was low. I got it to start and drove straight to Oreilly Auto Parts. George tested the battery and confirmed I neeeded a new oneHe provided great services. He priced changed my battery for me with ease. He even tested my the alternator to make I didn’t need a new one. The store was nice and clean and the manager even helped him with the installation. I’ll definitely continue to visit this Burbank location .
Top notch service at this location. I've come in there twice in the past couple weeks and they always have what I need. Jonathan went above and beyond trying to investigate a bolt I needed and diligently tried over and over again over a 15-minute period with the car pulled up outside the store to test different ones out, which only ended up being a $5 purchase. This is the level of customer service this place has - they could have easily left me to figure it out, but a $5 sale was important enough for them to care. This is the kind of method that creates customer loyalty. He also helped me understand a check engine light code and helped me with my loose gas cap, which he also didn't need to do. Give this young man a raise - other people in his generation aren't polite, courteous and give good eye contact like he and the other young gentleman that also helped me did.
This is more than a store - it's like they're auto consultants. I love this location, too, with its big parking lot.
Had my battery changed out today by Felix. He was awesome, very helpful and watched as he helped others and multi tasked all while being kind. You have a great employee in that young man!!
I was very frustrated for the price I have to pay just for a single front light bulb specialty design for a Buick Enclave. However, the charismatic and willingness to help from Felix, the sales associate, make up my mind not only for paying the price but adding on the grease extra for 1.99. That action help me the trip to a dealer or my mechanic . I'm really appreciate his effort.

New to town and was using a friend's vehicle. Got a little nervous when the check engine light came on. The tech that helped me was named Angel and he truly was an angel. The kindest, most professional young man. He truly blew me away with his mannerisms and willingness to help on the HOTTEST day. His professionalism and kindness exceeded his age and it was just so much appreciated especially during a chaotic time that moving can be! Thank you, Angel! You truly represent your company well! I love that I know that I can come to O'Reilly for anything down the line. In speaking to others - they also have nothing but nice things to say! So grateful!
I always have a great experience when I go to this location. The workers there are always friendly. Today I went there for them to test my car battery because I could feel it was getting weak. Angel is the name of the person who help me. He showed me on the scanner that it said BAD BATTERY so my intuition was correct. I decided to buy a new one there that he recommended for my Mercedes ML 350. He was fast and effective when he installed it. He seemed very qualified for the job and happy while doing it. I highly recommend this location. Great prices and service :)

Staff very friendly. Truly a reflection on Jimmy .I was overly nervous about having my brake lights gone out my AC not cooling and my windshield wipers gone bad. I'm completely grateful to Jimmy who manages this location here. Assisted with my AC helped change my brake lights and changed the windshield wipers. For me, honestly, in all of The Times I have shopped in O'reilly's and I was not from the area. I've never been offered help even when I have purchased widshield, wipers, in the past. I'm so grateful that Great human beings still exist and go above and beyond for a company they believe and work for. He was such a kind human. Very savvy.
