The worst. Believe me, they aren't worth your business. I get here and employee says were closed. I'm here at 4:35pm. So I let him know ow that it's not 5pm yet and that's what the hours say both online and on site at the location. And guy is being so rude about the whole situation and doesn't even speak any English he doesn't listen don't want to even understand. NO PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER DURING CLOSING HOUR. HAS TO HAVE A GOOD EXCUSE OR SOMETHING. I GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO AND NOT A POINT MORE. IF U READ MY REVIEWS, IM FAIR AND MAKE SENSE. AND HERE IS ANOTHER ONE.
I say DO NOT GO HERE — Great and friendly customer service BUT they don’t even come close to giving you the amount you paid for the recycling for each aluminum can you purchased at the store. Not good.
You will be robbed, you will make more money at Burbank Recycle Center, I had 7 industrial size bags of recycled bottles, aluminum cans, and I only made $45, I thought for one second that this was not worth my time, but then a friend told me to take my recyclables to Burbank recycling center and I did again took the time to gather 7 more industrial bags and I made a whipping $71 dollar's, I have NEVER BEEN BACK, take my word for it
The worst place to sell recycling, I brought the same thing that I take to a place in Panorama City, there they give me $25.00 and here they gave me $11.00
False advertising I went at 4:52 and he could not help me they were closing at 5 and sent me home with cans all I got to say is false advertising .I'll leaves it has homework for Ponce recycling. Thanks for not showing up for me that day hope it doesn't happen again it's only recycling center near me it's ok I know next time show up early.worst part is I thought the workers were friendly before this incident . always listening to Christian music the one day I show up late I guess no Christian brother some support. I hope I have a better day tomorrow
First time here, came around 1 pm on a Friday to drop off a fee plastic bags with of bottles and cans. Was done in 5 minutes, no line, easy service. Will return.
I drive to Ponce Recycling because of the service! Alexander is professional, courteous and helpful! I was happy when this company took over this spot, and I hope the company and the top notch employees will be there for a long time!
