The Worse experience at a Autozone, the customer service provided by Cesar and the manager was horrible, they made you feel so bad with their nasty attitude, plus the parts that you drive far to get because supposedly they have it on stock they don't even have them because they're just lazy listening to their wanna be gangster music instead of doing their job doing inventory.
Richard over at AutoZone was fantastic. Answered all my questions and was very helpful even went out and took a look at my car and got it fixed. Thanks, Richard.

I came into the Autozone on Rosecrans and Woodruff because my car was experiencing power dips. Richard was the associate who greeted me right away apond entering the store and he was quick and attentive to my needs. He was super friendly and was able to help me figure out my car needed a new battery. After hooking the new battery up, he even tested my car again to make sure levels were running smooth. Highly recommend his service and this location.
