Broke down and had to be towed to the nearest mechanic. Thank God I discovered Leo & Son Garage, I was met by Greg who is friendly, down to earth and straight up makes you feel at ease, removing any anxiety you normally feel with mechanics. I was comforted by knowing I had found a ONE OF A KIND , mechanic who really cared about resolving my issue and not just trying to bleed me dry of every penny.
Greg is a unicorn in the industry, trust me they don’t make em like this any more.

Greg's service was top tier from start to finish. I was there in need of tires and he was warm and friendly, He showed me my tire treading with a finger test that we both measured against my vehicle and another for comparison which made it feel very honest in addition to be informative. It felt like a brother teaching a little sister her way around their car. He shared his screen for best pricing and gave some fair opinions on cost and same day availability. Prior to coming to Leo's and Sons that morning I had left two other random companies due to poor service..Greg went above and beyond my expectations. My car rode home like a dream.
All prices are higher than any other auto service shop in the area and so on... They never quote services exact so they can charge ridiculous anonymous amounts or have you finance your expensive charges through a payment plan. Not trust worthy at all!!!
I’ve brought my last 3 cars here. I definitely feel that this garage is honest and does the job well. I’ve always had my car back within a day, so they’re quick too. I’d certainly recommend Leo & Son over a few other garages in the area I’ve used in the past.
This is a really good spot to bring your car these people are very honest Greg the general manager does a really good job at making sure the job is done right everyone here is very professional they keep you updated on everything they even towed my car from another mechanic place for me to their shop highly recommend to check them out for your car needs
Amazing service!!! Quick too. They fixed a problem on my Toyota that the dealership couldn’t even fix. And most importantly, they are honest and do not try to cheat customers nor up-charge them. Definitely going back for all future repairs when needed. Excellent shop! Thanks everyone.
After the diagnostic from Leo and sons, I was told the problem with my car was the transmission and it would be $5,000 to rebuild. After a second opinion, I learned the problem was an engine misfire. The second shop even gave me a vehicle system report where it reads my transmission passed the diagnostic. For an honest opinion on your vehicle, and fair pricing I recommend Victory transmission which 0.5 miles from Leo and sons.
I've been coming here since I moved to the area nearly seven years ago. The place has changed management several times, but the staff has always remained helpful and friendly. I've never felt ripped off or like I was being told that I "needed" repairs just to rack up my bill. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here, and I've been carrying their business card in my purse for years because, if my car ever breaks down and I'm in a bind, I'd want it taken here. Also, thanks Jay and Max! You both rock.
My catalytic converter got stolen a couple of weeks ago. My insurance tried to send me somewhere so far that i just didn’t feel safe driving too with my car sounding like that. So i called Leo’s and sons and Justin answered the phone and thank god for him cause him and the crew made everything so easy for me. They picked up my truck. Didn’t give me the run around. Told me that the catalytic converter for my car was backed order and that it could take a couple of months. But they could install a straight pipe so that i can drive. Of course for a price but not alot. It wasn’t even a week after i no or my truck back. They called me and said the parts canes in! They were able to pick up my truck again from work. And even sent me a lift driver to pick me up to pick up my car. I’m so thankful for how easy they made everything. Thanks guys!
I think they have great mechanics. The prices for their repairs are over the top. In my opinion they charge way too much. My last visit. They wanted to charge me $583 for a starter. I call around and the price range for a starter for my truck was around the $300. I ask them why the starter was so expensive and they said because they like to install good brand but I told him I was going to sell that truck, so they are not doing me a fabor but the new owners for these truck. They don't give you that option, they just default to the most expensive parts they can get. Labor also expensive. I read alot of reviews and the ones that talk good about this place talk about how good the customer service was but they never mention how much they spend. Because of this experience it make me look at the other recipes from other visitations from other repair. It was always a 2 to 3 thousand repair visits. I never really questioned other visitations because I was happy with their work. Not their prices. Because every time I end up here with them was always a 2 to 3 thousand dollar bill. I'm moving on. Will never come back Here. I really don't think they are honest with the prices. Specifically on the parts. Good luck if you end up in this place.
Absolutely recommend this business. They were very fast, extremely helpful and willing to explain all the ins & outs of the issue my car had and even provided pictures so I could see the problem. I am very grateful for their customer service & automotive expertise.
Great experience. Customer service from Jay was totally awesome. He got me in a d out the same afternoon! Not totally pleased with the final cost . However , I was driving my car the next morning to work and didn't have to Inconvenience a friend for a ride. I would highly recommend Leo and Sons after my first visit.
I had a good experience with these guys had an alignment done and then I went for a road trip something g was off car was pulling left I brought it back and they happily check it out and alignment was good but tire pressure on right side was 6lbs lower than the left and now it’s fine. Great guys and gave me good explanations for everything.
Great over all experience! I was referred by my aunt who I trust and they showed me she was once again right! Everything about my experience was great & my car is running smooth even though I have more work to do. I will definitely be back
I took my car in for leak check in gas line. I was told there was no leak since the mechanic could not smell it. However, the smell has gotten stronger. They requested I bring my car back. I don't think so. I paid $171.00 and no resolution. They check my tires, and performed regular maintenance check, but that's not what I requested because I had received that type of service 2 weeks ago when I got my oil changed. Just disappointed to have been taken advantage of as a female.
First impressions says everything. My initial visit was pleasant and I didn't get that feeling of being taken advantage of. I would recommend Leo and Son Garage to anyone needing to have their vehicle serviced.
My hubby and I service both vehicles here. Going to miss them when we move out of state. They are honest and hard-working, and repairs are done in a timely manner.
It can get crowded because they seem to be in high demand, but the turnover rate is great and the service is awesome. We've had them for a little over a year now. The area is very secure, since the neighborhood is iffy when leaving cars overnight.
I'm very disappointed with this place. For one diagnostic it costed me $152. AAA did a free diagnostic in seconds and claimed it was the Alternator. Their diagnosis was not accurate and would charge me $400+ to repair my battery alternator. It's extremely expensive here. I believe as a woman, they over charged me for this purpose. I'm so glad I canceled on them. They already ripped me off with the diagnostic fee and processing fee. I didn't want to get ripped off another $400!!! Please do yourself a favor, please don't come here. I regret coming here the first place!
My regular mechanic wasn't able to perform the service that my car needed. AAA suggested Leo & son's. Jasper was friendly & knowledgeable. The waiting area / lounge was amazing. The staff was professional and I left confident that my car was in good hands. My car was serviced in a timely manner & the quality and value was excellent. I can definitely recommend this garage . Our car was towed here as a AAA recommended shop. We didn’t end up going with their service because our car is older and in our opinion, not worth the investment of top of the line parts.
But, I had such a pleasant experience working with everyone here that I had to leave a review. I worked with Jasper, Monica and I believe Mark. Everyone was friendly, professional and patient. Even after deciding not to use their services, I didn’t get any pressure or a hard sell.
Definitely recommend for high quality service.
I loved my experience there and I would recommend it to everyone needing auto assistance. We walked in and everyone was so welcoming! A guy named Mike helped me out so if you go there I would ask for him. I am young so I had never dealt with fixing a car and I was worried they would take advantage of that and hike up the prices but they gave me an amazing price for four new tires and were so kind in helping me figure out the process. They didn’t have the tries on site but they were super speedy in getting them which I really appreciated. They also had a wonderful lounge to wait in while they got the work done. It had snacks, coffee, and a place for kids to draw or do puzzles. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I am very satisfied with the service I received.
I was very pleased to find this establishment at the last minute right before the holiday. They were thorough and very helpful. The prices were fair and I never felt they were trying to over sell me. They took good care of me and made sure my car was ready for a road trip the next day. I will definitely be back for my future car needs! As an added bonus they have a fabulous lounge to wait in that is complete with coffee, snacks, and comfortable couches. Very well done!

Upon my first encounter with the staff I found that they were very friendly, seemed happy to help and were very busy which is always good in a business such as this. The customer service was great they were very helpful in letting me know what exactly was going to happen to my car and how long it was going to take. And of course when waiting for dreaded car maintenance waiting lounges are always nice to have, Leo and sons waiting lounge is unlike any other I have ever seen they have comfortable seating and complimentary snacks and coffee which is always a plus in my book. The prices for maintenance were good and were backed by a wonderful warranty. Overall I was very happy with this experience, I would definitely recommend to at least visit the shop if you need anything checked to see if it meets your needs.
