Unprofessional, and Not Worth the Drive
If you’re thinking about selling your car to STG Auto Group Bellflower, save yourself the time and frustration. I drove over 3 hours based on what they told me over the phone, only to find out it was all a waste. There was zero transparency, and the staff had no idea how the car selling process works—even the receptionist looked confused.
After waiting around, they finally gave me an offer that was far below fair market value—completely insulting and not even close to what they advertise online. It’s clear they just want to get people through the door, not actually give competitive or honest car offers.
If you’re trying to sell your car for a fair price, avoid this dealership. The whole experience felt like a scam. Unprofessional, disorganized, and a total waste of time.
STG, Pierre specifically, was attentive, professional, and patient as we tried out a slew of cars looking for the one to be my son's first car. In the end, we found an excellent first car and received a fair price. I recommend STG as an excellent choice to buy a car.

I wanted to share my recent experience at your dealership in hopes that it can be taken as constructive feedback.
I visited your location interested in purchasing a truck that was advertised at a certain price. However, once I was further into the process, I was surprised to find that the actual price presented to me was significantly higher than what was initially advertised. There were additional fees and charges that had not been disclosed upfront, which made me feel misled and disappointed.
I value transparency when making major purchases, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that future customers are treated with clearer, more upfront communication.

We came in on June 14th to sell my partner’s car, and Stephanie assisted us throughout the process. It was a quick and easy transaction from start to finish. Before we came in, we were in contact with George via text we shared photos, the VIN, and the car’s history, which made things seamless. The car was fairly new with low mileage, and STG offered us a great and honest price. In fact, it was $4,000 more than other places we checked.
The process was incredibly smooth: we were in and out within an hour, including checking in, a 30‑minute inspection, signing the documents, and receiving the check. We were lucky to have Stephanie guiding us, she made it super easy and straightforward.

Our 5 stars is full-on for Matthew and his patience and determination in getting us into the vehicle of our choice. He is definitely someone that we hope you at STG value as an excellent asset to your sales team. He was a good communicator and easy to work with.
Just a suggestion to STG and your sales managers; who we know decide whether or not a deal goes through or drags on:
Don’t start at such a high price above the original asking price by “attaching” so many “extras” in your opening negotiating price.
First, it’s a real turnoff because we know you’re just “highballing” to try and finish at a higher price (if not for Matthew, we would have walked out at the start).
Secondly, it just drags on the negotiation time far longer than necessary. “Offer” those additional items from the start as an option and just simply accept (and respect) the customer’s goals and wishes as to whether or not we want those.
We could have concluded the purchase much much sooner and maybe allow Matthew to make another sale for the day; possibly even with someone who wanted those “additions”.
In the end, we love the car, totally liked Matthew as a person. He gets the 5 stars.
As to the time it took to get our business (simply trying to get the vehicle at your advertised price with the “normal” taxes, licenses and fees, etc.) STG gets a 2-3 ⭐ Too bad, because you are no doubt a great dealership with an excellent selection and good salespersons like Matthew Sanchez.

Frank and Alex were very easy to work with. They both really came through for me to make the deal happen on my 2021 Stelvio. There was even a minor scratch which they told me to bring the vehicle back for them to fix.
We went to STG to look for a car for my grandson. Alexis (Alex) assisted us and from start to finish the experience was amazing. It’s SO good to meet people who genuinely care for the customer and their needs. This has been lost in our society, truth be told. Alex was not only professional, but thorough, honest, kind, patient, and very helpful. He maintained this demeanor throughout the whole process. I hate going to dealerships cause my experience with car salesmen has never been 100% satisfaction. Alex changed this for us and I can truly say we were 100% satisfied! The process took less than 4 hours! Would we recommend STG? Yes, as long as Alex will help them. He was actually the only person we met, saw, and spoke to. My grandson loves his affordable 1st car and we want to thank Alex for the excellent service he so genuinely provided!
Went to get a new used car with bad credit and a repossession, Vincent pushed hard to get me approved and financed at the down payment and apr that fit my budget. It was an extremely long process though so be prepared to be there all day.
DO NOT TRY AND SELL YOUR CAR TO THEM! We agreed on a price over the phone. I drove over an hour to deliver my car. They said they wouldnt buy it when I got there. They said the guy I talked to works from home and his only job is to get people to the dealership. I turned down another offer because STG out bid them. Now I have no buyer. EXTREMELY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE.
RECOMMENDATION (I can't believe I have to state this), Do the due diligence on if you will buy a car for a certain price BEFORE you negotiate pricing and before you ask people to come to your dealership and wait an hour for inspection. Why am I getting an inspection and you are not even sure you want to buy the car is crazy. Wasted Saturday morning away from my kids for this "mistake" that they didn't take accountability for. It was YOUR miscommunication not mine .
