Place is not honest about the price. Came in for an is 300, the car was nice but the numbers were off from listed. When I told them I wasn’t interested because the price was not right, they continued to bring it down. I had even asked before we even started talking numbers if the price was negotiable in which, they said it was firm. After a few times of saying no, they brought the car down 6000 dollars down. How does a firm price come down 6000 dollars? I wasn’t interested in doing business at this point and asked for my id several times and was still getting haggled about price. They then made me wait around 20 more minutes for my id. This place definitely brings the price up of a car then drops the price to give the narrative that they are trying to help you and for you to work with them. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
I walked in around 7p on a Saturday and almost every sales office was full! (Angel) GABRIEL listened to what I wanted and got the paperwork started right after my test drive. I was able to meet Ivan and Mina in the lobby first, and they even have a coffee/hot chocolate machine! Facility is spacious and they have a good size inventory to shop. Gabriel was able to work out a financing option that I can work with for my Hyundai Tuscon. He explained the breakdown and answered my repeat questions. Soft spoken but very knowledgeable. What can I say, I came in with no intentions of pulling out the car I came to see. From the start of my visit Dane made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She had them pull the car out. Saw the car and fell in love with it. When it was time to talk numbers she brought me in to comfy office space and got to work. I explained my situation and she was more than understanding. I was initially impressed with STG Auto Group. I bought a 2017 Toyota Camry from STG Auto in Bellflower, CA. They made a huge problem for me, trying to buffalo me into using their loan and damaging the hubcaps. Lorena the salesperson told me that I could pick up the car one day, after I had sent them the loan paperwork. When my wife and I got there, 100 miles from home, they wouldn't let us have the car. After I got mad, they agreed to deliver the car to us after they got the check. When they delivered the car, three hubcaps had been changed or damaged and a tire may have also been damaged or changed. I also had a tough time getting them to refund a deposit that they had asked for with the assurance that it would be refunded. First they sent some bogus proof, that may have been payment to someone elses account. i reaaly wasn't sure. After a couple weeks of me harassing them, they finally did refund my deosit. Manager, Mo Alalami has refused to replace the hubcaps repeatedly. It's a nice car. I wish that they hadn't damaged it.
I had an amazing sales experience at STG Auto Group in Bellflower, CA. Jimmy Molina and Mina Gad, in particular, were wonderful! I came in to look at a particular model Mercedes-Benz they had in stock, and initially thought it was not the correct fit for me. They then showed me their other inventory and brought out a beautiful late-model Mercedes A Class that was the perfect fit for me. At the right price as well. I originally talked to the original location in Montclair but Bellflower was closer. With any car buying process, just always make sure you do your due diligence so you know what you are getting into. I will say the service was professional and the showroom/waiting area was very welcoming. Having an upscale, inviting atmosphere helps—it shows the company is investing in the customer and in themselves. The inventory manager Jimmy was very communicative from the start and the sales associate Bryan was top notch. They work hard for your business and while car buying is never easy, I feel good about coming back here. Carfax, Experian rating on the car checked out so I felt confident in my purchase. Overall we had a really smooth and pleasant car buying experience. During an Internet search I found the exact vehicle we were looking for at STG Auto Group. The car was like new with very low mileage and priced well below book value. I contacted them and received an immediate response, so we set up an appointment to go see the car.
