I was in a car accident and my car got towed to A and F, on Sunday and I went to get my house keys and belongings the lady was so rude and had an attitude and rudely told me to tell my ride to hurry up so she can go home. I was already injured and upset from the accident and then to be treated this way while also being charged $325 to grab my own belongings from my vehicle is so inhumane and such a bad customer service experience. I am absolutely disappointed with my experience there. She didn’t even give me her name. But this happened on 2/8/26
Jumpstart my car at 11pm. Norwalk area. I only need to wait less than 5 minutes after making a call to them. He is a friendly guy and provides fast service.
After initiating a service call they sent a tech who stated the problem was not the battery. It was the starter. So he said cancel the call and ask for a tow. So i did. Their driver was not able to fit down a long wide driveway. Which I could have driven myself. So they sent a smaller truck. Unfortunately my husband then decided to use his mechanic in Whittier then changed his mind and so i got the lady to keep the tow the same. I was being harrassed by my husband who Unfortunately I have to deal with. A and F allowed triple A to confirm them as our tow call and then took the initiative to reroute a driver from another company in Riverside county who was 89 mins away. Which put me in a predicament with my personal mechanic who agreed to have my car parked within his locked gate that closed at 5 pm. My initial call was at 2 pm. I as a stranded female should not have been left in this predicament by another female worker from that company.
WOW. Mohammed was the A & F Towing tech who arrived. Janet from A & F Towing office had service to our location in under 10 minutes. AAA A & F Truck was clean! Mohammed had vehicle jumped and running again. Appreciate their kindness and professionalism.
I reached out for a car towing to a storage, and Fernando took care of my car and helped me park it properly, they go beyond and over to make sure their customers are well settled and being taken care of.
I contacted A&F Towing through AAA. My truck needed towing and I was so impressed with their fast response on a busy Monday morning. The process was seamless from first call to delivery of my truck to the mechanics in Long Beach. AAA only covered part of the tow costs and the rest paid to A&F was a reasonable fee. The driver and office staff (so sorry I’ve forgotten their names!) are personable and kind during a really stressful experience. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Had a battery installed by Pedro Mendoza. This guy was a real professional knew exactly what he was doing. Explained everything to me. Outstanding customer service skills. This was on my 1990 Honda Accord Excellent service

A&f towed my vehicle from one repair shop to another all while giving me updates of status and even going as far as sending a video of the vehicle once it was dropped off. awesome service!
The person that came was Mr. Giovanni Henriquez. He was polite and super nice. I loved how he showed us what was wrong with the battery. He didn’t make me feel dumb and explained everything. He even put in a new battery in 5 minutes! Good thing because I was already late for my appointment!! Thank you Mr.H!
