  After having great customer service and great professional service provided by ALL O’Reilly Auto Parts, I was visiting my parents and had my grand kids with me. My Grandson needed to use the restroom and I went into this store, one of the staff members had allowed me to use the restroom and another staff member came out and said NO. I don’t want to ever do business at O’Reilly’s if this is the way they are going to treat my family “unwelcome”. That is NOT the right attitude to have towards families and they just lost a loyal and great customer who has been shopping at all their stores for over 12 years. This was a family oriented business, but this particular store just left a very sour experience for my family and I. I don’t appreciate to be treated like that. When a little Angel has to use the restroom, there should be NO reason to deny services to anyone. That is just plain wrong.

  The lady that answered the phone this morning just hung up in my face while I was still talking. If you don't like your job find a new one. Called auto zone and they answered my question and gave me suggestions. #autozone for the win. Customer service really matters.

  First off i want to say jorge the asst manager is a fantastic person but nonetheless the co workers at this store can be terrible for instance today jessy was helping me with my parts and as she was looking up my parts the phone rang and she proceded to help the caller instead of putting them on hold she put me aside and helped the phone caller until i finally walked out and chose to go to autozone. I wll never come back to oriellys even after 10 years of using their parts i will never come back.

My Part came the next day right on schedule.(that's important to me Your customer service was just as it should be. Very tentative and understanding. My over all experience with your business has helped me to decide its time for a change. Change of automotive parts store(Autozone) to my new auto parts store O' - O' - O' O'REILLYS ... AUTOPARTS!!

  In the Spanish radio they said all the staff are friendly, and know the guy who does the advertisement in the radio but really this people are not friendly at all. They hardly want to help customers.

  I go there for the better quality oil filters in stock Wix , KandN Royal purple usually not in stock at other parts places , I like that they have a full staff and oil recycling .

  These people here pretty much work with public safety. I stopped to purchase a part before taking my car for it to get smog. They called public safety and had my car towed at 4:30pm for not having a complete registration. Expired tags. This is costing my $356 for the tow plus $146 for police release. And 56 dollars for an extra day I left it for. We try returning the product we purchased after realizing they were working with the safety department and they refused to take it back with the excuse that they didn’t have any money on the registers. To go else where. BAD BAD BAD CUSTER SERVICE Don’t bring your car around if it has Expired tags cause they will call public safety and have it towed.

  Good customer service. Somewhat knowledgeable staff. The store is VERY well kept. The prices are typical to an auto parts store with a few items lower than some other places. But overall good place to shop for items auto related.
