Made a purchase for a power steering valve, the valve did not fit properly. Try to return it and because they didn’t find my information they denied a return. I had to speak to four different people just to get turned down four different times. It went from the associate to the system manager to customer service representative and to the district manager, Cynthia Castillo. They were quick to take the money and denied the return and didn’t stand behind their product. Cynthia even made the comment about wanting to verify that I purchased the part exactly what was she trying to say?she also wanted me to actually give her as much as information as I could about the date purchase and the location of the purchase, which I did, but yeah, it wasn’t enough for her. It’s something more like she wanted me to do her job. Never had had an issue with any Autozone ever unfortunately Cynthia‘s customer service rated a 4 of 10 attitude very condescending. Have to give props to Napa auto parts for stepping up and getting me the correct valve.Do better Autozone.
I went to Pepboys for a car battery I bought about 1 or 2 years ago, but they didn't want to charge or test the battery and they couldn't find my purchase in the system. Needless to say, I came to AutoZone, thinking I might have to pay to charge and test it, it was free. After they charged it and tested it, the battery was bad. I replaced the battery and I am glad I told my niece to buy her battery from AutoZone. They definitely won me from Pepboys.
Worst customer service ever, if I could rate you zero stars I would. Walk in yesterday waiting in line while this female employee never acknowledged us continues on a personal phone call and to top it off she has it on speaker while we can here all the cursing. So rude and unprofessional no respect.
Customer service at this location was awesome. Chris the manager of the store was patient with me and gave me really good service. I highly recommend this location
One of the best Auto Zone I've ever visit. When it comes to costumer service and knowledge on what I need for my cars this is the one. On the Autozone website it said that they had the item that I was looking in stock for but apparently they didn’t. They have 4 employees working but they won’t help you.
So I live literally down the street and I walk by it everyday to which I personally saw something that I thought was crazy. A Latino man apparently just grab a bunch of tools and just walked out like nothing, I was standing on the sidewalk and I heard an employee yell " hey you gonna pay for that , cerrote " .... Apparently you can just go in there an steal without any repercussion ..
I have to pay for my auto parts and others don't? Go figure
Went in to buy windshield wipers and the gentleman were so helpful and nice. Chris was so helped me replace the wipers. I recommend this store for your car needs
When I walked into the Autozone in the city of Bellflower, Store number 5462 I was in distress kind of like a damsel in distress because I had a light on in my vehicle that I didn’t understand, but as soon as I walked through the door and may contact with one of the associates who identified as Chris he immediately without reservation Offer an exceptional hand of customer service that I’m not used to. He not only made my day. he was genuine in his quest to help which is service we don’t see anymore in our society and I just wanna shout out to Chris at Autozone for doing an exceptional amazing customer service job that exceeded my expectations. Thank you Chris for making my day amazing because all we have is one day at a time.
***Great Customer Service *** Came into Autozone today and right away was taken care of by Christian who helped me choose the correct oil for my Volvo xc90 and he also offered to fill it for me!!!. He was gracious and efficient. Thanks again, I'll be back. I would recommend coming here for all your auto needs.
I needed help with my side view mirror, I accidentally knocked it off, I wanted to tape it back on until I could get it to the body shop. Auto Zone gave me the tape and helped tape my mirror back on.
don't buy from this autozone. I called them but could not hear them well, They told me "hang out a second" and put me on hold for 20 mins, when I use another phone to call them, while still on hold from the other line, they help me right the way instead of help me on hold from the other line. Bad customer service, will not buy from autozone again.
I stopped by to see if they had wheel adapters or spacers for my new car. They had a few options, but unfortunately, they were not the exact size that I needed. The gentleman offered to search other locations and also offered to order what I needed. He was extra helpful and patient with me. Ample parking available.
I wanna give Luis V, a huge shout-out for his incredible customer service. His professionalism and courtesy are aligned with his actions. Luis took initiative in installing a car battery, as opposed to as other employees from different stores unwilling did so. Thank you, Luis. Much appreciate it.
Great prices and most importantly great service. Luis V went above and beyond helping me recharge my AC and saved me from driving away with engine damage when he noticed a small crack in my coolant reservoir which then started to leak overheating my engine. After buying new part and replacing I was back on the road in less than 2 hours. 5 Star Service

Excellent!! Purchased items for my vehicle. The store manager who assisted me was definitely an example of great customer service, professionalism, very knowledgeable, and friendly. He answered my questions precisely and honestly. This is definitely a person who cares about his customers. We need more people like this in our community stores. I would highly recommend this auto store to anyone.

Great service. This lady staff they have there helped me out for like 30 minutes to find a product that I eventually didn't even buy and she was calm and unperturbed. I felt bad I didn't buy the item, but she was all good.
Came in around 9:20 am Wendy asked me if I needed help looking for anything and I told her yes I needed two different types of oils for two different cars. She had no difficulties helping me out. They also had a deal going on which a filter and a certain oil which she then applied at my checkout! She seemed very much aware of vehicles for a young woman. The customer service here is great! I definitely recommend this place.
The manager Wilmer R. By far the best customer service, best way to describe a problem and actually FIX the problem. Came in today to get my battery replaced and as soon as I walked, I got greeted. Second, he recommended a couple of things due to my terminal being busted! He replaced the battery and ran into a problem that nobody could’ve figured but due to his experience and knowledge, he was able to figure it out! I’m super glad I came in today and got helped by Wilmer! Thank you so much and you definitely made my day a lot easier and my life a lot happier!! Again. Thanks WILMER R.
