  Came in a while ago and was greeted by a young man named Anthony. He was very patient and kind to me about some windshield wipers for my Camry and changed them out for me as well as offered some great customer service when checking out. Definitely will be back to this Auto Zone for any future purchases! :)

  Kalany W, Danilo, Daniel and Juan.. very knowledgeable men. My mom was sold a lower cca from a mechanic and these gents detected investigate and explained how the mechanic put in the wrong battery. Very grateful for them

  I know nothing about cars. So one day my car was overheating I googled what it might be. Once I got to auto zone I ask for the product I needed help I had no idea what I was doing I looked confused and they did not ask if I needed help. Most auto zones ask if I need help and they usually assist me but not this location.

  Definitivamente estuve molesta por un momento con el joven Danny porque en primer lugar no me quiso atender muy bien siempre vengo a esta tienda AutoZone Y de mal manera salió a querer ayudarme con una batería que no servía que tuve que venir a cambiar y que el joven no quería cambiarla porque no quería dejar sola su tienda pero si ese es su trabajo segundo lugar no quiso cambiarme la batería porque no sabía cómo hacerlo había otro joven y le pregunté Si él podía ayudarme porque definitivamente él no pudo no tuvo el tiempo y no quiso tiene una muy mala actitud Y le dije que iba a ir a otra tienda y mi camioneta ya no prendía porque la pila ya no servía le pedí de favor si podía pasarme corriente para hacer prender la pila porque definitivamente estaba mala y de mala manera entra a sacar sus cables Para hacerla prender pero no prendió entonces le dije que si el joven que estaba adentro podía hacer su trabajo que él no pudo hacer y ya yo pasé a la tienda Si él podía ayudarme y si él sabía cambiar una batería o sea una pila que sí por favor me podía ayudar porque mi camioneta ya no prendía y definitivamente la batería no ser Y muy amable me contestó y me dijo que sí que él podía ayudarme y si definitivamente él me ayudó me cambió mi pila la Nueva y con una manera bien de atender a sus clientes cosa muy diferente que el chico Danny no sabe hacer ni tratar a los clientes Lo contrario de Olaf es muy servicial y amable para atender a sus clientes definitivamente con él si quedé contenta Con el otro chico Danny definitivamente no no tiene ni la manera ni la educación ni el carácter para trabajar en una tienda de unos servicios así Sin embargo Olaf muy servicial y muy buen empleado gracias Olaf por ayudarme…

  I came in yesterday to look for some parts for my car and a manager by the name of Danny was extremely nice and helpful to me. I was a little scared and confused about what I needed coming into the store but Danny was able to help me out and helped me find a really good price on the parts I needed. 5/5 star service

  Terrible customer service, only about one guy in there who actually knows what he’s doing and he looks like maybe he’s the supervisor other than that the young fellas in there have no clue what they’re doing and they talk to people like there your outside friends, they also carry an attitude like they don’t want to work there

  I had visited this Auto zone on Bellflower Blvd 3 time and the staff have the worst customer service. They did not acknowledge me when I came in the store, and they ignore me when I was standing in line to check out. My last visit was the last time I ever shop at Auto Zone. The worst customer service. Did not get any help from any staff members. And when it was time for me to check out, I was the only person in line. A staff member looked at me and ignore me and did not say anything or to get somebody to check me out. While on the other side of the counter there was two other associates helping out one customer, searching items on the computer. No staff acknowledged me at all. I had to get the associate attention. The sad thing about this situation was there was only 3 customers in the store including myself. And then when the associate with brown lengthy hair came to check me out, he was very rude and when I reach for my receipt the associate just drops it on the counter. When I address to the associate about what he did he just laugh like it was funny. I walk out the store and not a second later I walk back in the store and return all the items that I purchased. This young generation do not know what good customer service is all about. And that the customers are the ones keeping the business doors open. Another unsatisfied customer and AutoZone lost my business. The only reason I gave a one star because of the location. I live 1 min for this AutoZone. It's time to take that drive where the staff value the customers with excellent customer service. FYI: NO associate had no name tags on so this company will not have any idea what associate that is give their company a bad now. Peace out AutoZone

  I had such a positive experience at this location! Danilo and Olaf were extremely patient, kind, and professional. I was super frustrated because I had been given inaccurate advice at the Cypress location, had an unnecessary repair done, and ended up getting stranded for the fourth time that week since my car wouldn't start. I went to the Bellflower location, and had a phenomenal experience. Danilo listened to my frustrations and helped me through the warranty process. Olaf inspected my battery and switched it out for a new one. Thank you to their team for their excellent customer service!

  There was three sales associates in the store . Not one greeted us. Two were on the phone and one went to do a stock check. There were no trash cans outside . I jokingly told the associate I had a present for him. That bothered him and replied with a very negative attitude, that’s not a present. I informed him there was no trash cans outside to place the trash. He did not care. After I installed. The wiper blades that were purchased I had to return the trash back to him while he was returning change for $100 to my friend. He still had an attitude when I gave him additional trash we had just purchased there. I worked for your company for many years , as a store manager. The transaction that occurred on this visit was absolutely not allowed at any store that I managed. Such a shame you don’t practice stop go never say no anymore. I guess my business will be Oreileys from now on.

  great customer service. came in because my car was having RPM problems. did the OBD2 scanner thing and got the spark plugs and wires to fix it! shoutout daniel for getting me a deal and helping me out. times been rough financially and he helped me out the best way possible. thank you danilo for being a great manager as well. keep up the work yall, you guys are doin great for the people -josh
