He never sent my lug nuts his incompetent workers lost. He promised he would send it to me. Never did.
Fast forward a year and the wheels have a defect with emblem. I asked for help (I would pay for the new part if he had one which they do.
And they said go find on eBay we can't help you. Once I asked again he said call back in a hour. Never answered the phone and ignored all messages and texts.
I then reached out by the marketplace add and they are now extorting me for Good reviews before he helps me and ships me a new 2$ emblem.

First off I requested replacements that I would pay for multiple times and was told to go find it online elsewhere from the beginning they lost my original lug nuts and I had sent them my address because they said they would send them back to me fast forward one year goes by never received them I followed up with the owner multiple times and never was replied to.
I gave them another chance and ended up getting my lug nuts from the dealer just texting them saying hey I lost this cap Can you help me out they said no find it elsewhere so that's why I left the bad review and when I brought all of this up to them they said if I left a good review then they would send that back to me that's extortion and I don't trust him to send me anything since they failed to deliver on my original lug nuts that were left out of their case at their shop
Horrible service would not go back. Understaffed and very unresponsible. Went in for a lift kit for my bronco to this day still trying to fix the problem. They did not install my steering stabilizer which was included in the price and service, I caught it a week after the initially completed the job. Louie has been giving me the run around.
I went to this place to have the suspension on my Ram leveled, but the experience was terrible. Customer service was extremely poor: the manager was very rude and disrespectful, and an assistant in a wheelchair was even ruder and very unpleasant.
Worst of all, they did not do any of the work they were supposed to do on my truck. I wasted my time and was treated very badly.
My son, bought a set of four tires and wheels from this company in Bellflower, CA for almost $3,000 and NEVER GOT THEM! They delivered them to an auto shop in Florida instead of where he lives in Indiana and they convinced Ebay that they delivered them to us. We got proof from the carrier but would have had to fly to CA to fight them in court. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. No photos since he never got them.
This place is horrible my friend took his truck to get the suspension fixed they would tell him that there was parts that needed to be replaced and that the parts were on there way and give him the run around at the end they just did a really bad job and Louie would get mad if my friend would call to ask about his truck in total the job was done in approximately 3 months
They may be a little slow when calling but they do respond probably due to being busy in store but I did receive my rims in same condition as I would at the store . Shipping was great and no damages whatsoever. The wheels were wrapped very well and delivery went smoothly even stacked them in my garage because I was not home and my sister was there for me to receive. Thanks West Coast Tires and Wheels.
To start off, I wouldn’t recommend this place. The Guy that helped us is very disrespectful towards woman. He says one thing then tries to play victim that he did not say that I went in for new tires and wheel alignment. He first told us the wheels will be coming in three days ended up taking more than a week. We told him if he could check if the wheel alignment was possible with the tire rods once he checked it He came back and told me it would be possible. He just didn’t know how long it would last after the mechanics kept trying. They couldn’t get the other wheel aligned. so the mechanics ended giving up and told me once I fix the tire rods I can come back and get the other wheel aligned no charge. I went into the office and asked if he could write that down in the receipt just to have it stated once I said that he said it will be an extra charge coming back although he assured me the wheel alignment will be done no problem and the mechanic told me I can go back . He denied saying that, to cut things shorter. I do not recommend going there bad business . I will be posting videos of the conversation on social media.
Went to get a level on my truck and they didnt have the shocks to finish the level and they wanted to charge me to take everything back off. Ridiculous. I had to go home (50 min away) with tight shocks and ruined my suspension. Had to drive 10 miles an hour. Big guy also got off the side walk with the shocks tight and slammed my whole truck to the ground. I have missed work bcuz i cant even drive my truck, considering a lawyer at this point.
Super easy to deal with—no hassle at all. The staff was straightforward and helpful throughout the whole process. They offer quality tires without trying to rip you off, which is hard to find these days. Definitely coming back next time I need anything tire-related.
Wheelchair guy gave a price. Promises to send invoice and doesn’t. I come back next day he wants to tack on an extra 300+. Conversation was very thorough. Came back and the guy did not honor his word. Also was in there arguing with other customer. Don’t come here
As other reviewers have mentioned, after you receive your shipment if there are any problems, returns, etc. needed with the wheels or products you purchased you will be ignored until any “return window” is long past. They utilize this loophole by only selling through eBay online unless you are in person. Sal Din is one of the most unprofessional and shady individuals I have ever come in contact with that’s apart of a business. I would avoid this place at all cost and support another place not so money hungry that they have to scam their customers.
Seller was very professional until I received the wheels then he’s been hard to get in contact with. Will not return my phone calls. Received one wheel that was damaged that he tried to be on the shipping company. He packaged the wheels up very nicely so I know the damage had to be done while the tire was getting mounted before he packagers them for shipping. Don’t waste ur money shopping here. There are more qualified and better reviewed companies to buy from. Would have have zero stars but there was no option.

I purchased a set of 26” Snowflake wheels from Saul and needed to get a replacement 26” snowflake wheel because one of the got cracked,they sent me the wrong wheel and when I realized it they basically blamed me and made me feel like I didn’t something wrong, I had sent pictures of my wheels so there was no confusion but still got the wrong wheel. I called Saul several times and he told me that he would send me a return shipping label to correct the problem but he continued to avoid me before eventually blocking me from calling,this is bab business and I’m out of a very hard earned $460 that came out of my social security fixed income that I saved over 6 months,this is sad so just beware people!
If you are NOT LOCAL, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I Purchased a 26" wheel and tire pacakge and the tires they sent were out of round (brand new Lionhart tires).
After getting them road force balanced twice, Sal Din said they would go to the manufacture and warranty the tires for me since I had all the documentation. I even called the tire manufacturer and got all the information they needed, except they told me I needed to go through the place in which I purchased.
I called and emailed back and forth with Ralphy and then Sal Din. Sal was responsive but continued to LIE and say he didn't get the photos and then that he was sending a return authorization and that I should have gotten it. He has gone radio silent and that was three months ago.
Because I could not drive there in person, I got screwed and had to purchase four new tires because the wheels were bouncing like a basketball.
Have email and text proof. This is a real review.

I shopped all the tire shops in Orange and Riverside County before a friend recommended Sal and West Shore Tires & Wheels in Bellflower. Right off the bat I was impressed with selection of both Tires and Wheels they had in stock. Sal was familiar with my make, model and driving characteristics of my EV which was of great help. I already knew which brand and style of tires I needed an Sal gave me a price well below that of the other stores I was shopping including Costco and all the majors. I try to take good care of my vehicles and asked for the new tires to be aligned. It seemed like it only took them less than an hour before my car was ready.
I watched them carefully work on and respect my Audi and when it came time to settle up, Sal told me the alignment was pefect and not needed. I know any other Tire shop would have done the unnecessary work and charged me to run up the bill... I was totally surprised at their honestly and greatly appreciative for helping get me into a new set of times at a very affordable price.
Sal and the guys are outstanding. They won't rip you off and are very up front. They gave me choices and broke down the difference in prices. Never pushy, just up front and honest good ole shop with years of knowledge.
Ordered Rims and tires about a year ago. Rims came damaged and with out two centercaps. Spoke to Sal and he said he would take care of it. He said they have to file a claim with the shipper and he will ship out the centercaps. I have all communication with him. Been going on for a year and he keeps telling me it's the shipping department. Now they won't answer calls and just leave me on hold if they do. Spend 4000 on wheels and did not get everything I paid for. Really bad customer service. I should have reas the reviews before I bought from them. Reviews of the same situation on bbb. Will update if anything changes. But it has been so long I don't expect it.
Only gave one star because it was required to leave a review but I bought a brand new set of 28 inch wheels and tires. Was supposed to have a good tire when I got them. It had the cheapest poorest quality tire that there is to offer. I had the wheels on the truck for less than 24 hours, got a blowout With my kids in the vehicle And the guy blew it off when I called and hung up on me twice because I was upset. Very poor customer service and now I can’t get a hold of them at all. I would not recommend this company
Couldn't find the rims I wanted anywhere but got them here for $1700 less than anyone else when they were "back ordered" elsewhere. Wheels showed up ahead of schedule and ready to go. Also purchased a set of floating caps which didn't show up. 3 calls and messages later I was assured they were coming, but after quite some time I still didn't have them. Bought another set from a different company and they didn't fit. Called 3 places and everyone said "they don't make them for 22's" - ok. Guess I'm out of luck. Low and behold the caps showed up and they FIT! For like a fraction of the price of online (25% of 1 cap for all 4!!!) - Very happy with WCTW - Thanks Sal and Rafi!

This is an unscrupulous business, please read the review and think carefully. I spent close to $4000 on a set of wheels and Andrew provided me with the faulty product, they had a broken center cap and they kept coming off. These covers cannot be purchased from other sources. I contacted them many times, and even went back and forth for 4 hours to negotiate with them. The attitude of their bosses and employees is very bad. This is a business with no quality and no morals. Everyone, don't be fooled.
Bought our new range directly bring to West Coast tires today. We are upgrade to 23inch wheels, and they did very clean job with very friendly service. They clean the wheels and shiny the tires after install, they help us wrap the take off wheels and make a good cover and put in the trunk as well! We will definitely come back for wheel and tire service. Thank you guys!
Very good experience they didn't have mu bolt pattern rims so.they had to order and I got the best M/T tires out there and got a stealing deal.on the package quick and easy process I will definitely recommend them to all my lifted truck buddies. Very clean, air conditioned and nice. New leather sofa's and big screen tv. Offered sodas, coffee. Very kind, felt like I was their only customer. Fast service. Great price for alignment right now.
