I personally like that they are friendly and they know there stuff,sometimes yes they have some parts that may be a little more expensive but the quality of the parts arrt are very good. I've had no problems at all.Even the refurbished batteries ,I've had no problem with it.
Excellent customer service, quite friendly, two very nice ladies even stayed after closing to hear my story of how Covid took my mom & dad this past Feb.

Not really a great experience went there to get couple parts and only left with half of what I needed when I originally ordered everything I needed their slip up , I had to wait an extra day so they could fix the goof up ,and they didn't even have the decency to offer an apology. Will not be goin there again
I've been going to them since they opened. I was a lil thing along with my sisters and we would always go with my dad. We have been very loyal with them to this day. I refuse to go anywhere else. They beat any price any day. They are family since day one. Love them all.
I placed an order for 2 car parts. Didn't have such a good experience. After waiting for over an half an hour just for them to skim through their shop they didn't have my part. Took my name and number and said they would get back to me. Hours later i received a call back and was told somehow they sold me part to someone else and who have to re order it. Come to find out the place they normally order parts from doesn't have any more in stock and it would take up to a week just to get delivered back out to me. Not a happy customer.
They're like family to me. Besides I'm a mechanic. When i work a side job the last thing i need is to have to do it twice. I 'm not paying for the part. The customer is. Their competition (Clarks Discount Auto is well know for their 87% defective part rate. NO THANKS. I'm good. I don't need any practice.
Much better than their so called competition. Wanna do the job once? Quality parts at a competitive price. Not cheap parts with high probability of having to do the job twice like Clark's junk. And their very friendly as well as experienced.
You absolutely cannot beat the deals but I always compare Clark's Discount Auto Parts and Amigos. The only thing I would caution is to try and always get the guy to order your stuff he finds the lowest, correct parts and the grade you want. The woman who works at the front desk is friendly and nice but doesn't know squat about parts and will order wrong parts and doesn't find the best deals.
Best price for auto parts, if they don't have it you can order it and they'll have it the same day or within an hour, friendly customer service, that is why is usually busy, a lot of mechanics like this shop. Definitely recommend
First place I call for parts. Yeah, they get busy and have a small place; 1st come/call first served; can't please everyone. But being BUSY says something-loyal and happy customers. Will ALWAYS do business with them!
Quickly needed a bulb for my brake light when my wife showed up to take her driving test at the Bellflower DMV and the testing official pointed out the dead bulb. This was the closest auto parts store, so I ducked in. The staff quickly grabbed the needed bulb and I was out in seconds. Replaced the bulb, right back in line at the DMV, and no need to have to reschedule the test. Grateful that Amigos Auto Parts we’re there to help.
No stars!! Couldn't post without one unfortunately. I called there a few minutes ago to check on the availability of a part and was put on hold for several minutes by a female. I hung up and called back and was put on hold for 8+ minutes by the same female and hung up again. I called back yet again and some other female answers and tries to put me on hold but I ask for a supervisor and am told that he is in the back and apparently can't come to the phone. I advised on how it was ridiculous that no one can assist in a timely manner, how I called several other auto parts stores and was not treated so, very busy businesses like Clark's. This female started yelling at me and hung up on me. I called back one more time and the female who answered it initially answered again, she started yelling at me when I asked for a supervisor and hung up on me as well. My aunt advised me to call this auto parts store (she's a female), so I did. I am a female, and being a female I can say that at times they can be extra and bad for business. Maybe they behaved that way because I'm I female and don't make up the bigger part of the customer base. I still think that it's really bad for business. I don't understand why the supervisor couldn't step in to assist or why they don't hire/ staff enough people to work on a busy day. My bottom line, it's completely unacceptable.
always my first choice when needing parts or when recommending a place to get parts for someone. 9 out of 10 times they have the parts needed in stock if not they get it in a timely manner. i dont bother calling around to check for a cheaper price cuz in the past ive found that there prices cant be beat.
They are a complete rip off... I went to try to get a bearing press on my differential pinion.... It didn't fit and they turn around charge $20 to remove it.... I never do business with them guy ever again...
Tried to rip me off... They tould my boyfriend one price and when I went to pick it up they said a much higher price over 40$ more!!!! once I said they gave my boyfriend a much lower price he started to stutter and I was like you just lost business for being shady and walked out... What jerks to take advantage of women like that.
Family owned parts store... great brands for their parts they know how to look up stuff in different ways. They have great prices and they can get parts fast. They can also machine some parts for you at a great price.
