Some of the workers are rude. How are you? Gonna put my stuff on the scale and go help someone else for 10 minutes while I wait. At this time, three or 4 people already went ahead
Worst place ever. Service 0 stars. Ppl the go there on a regular make sure you know what you have . One of the workers took my cart just to weighed it and he gave a back. I don’t know why. But then another worker came to ask for the same cart of aluminum cans but his Scale weight was totally different. When I brought it up the guy that first took my cart started getting mad and was saying ( Your Crying over a few dollars). This place needs to be audited Asap. Man in the office checked cameras and knew I was right. I wonder how many more customers have they took advantage of. Make sure you don’t go here. I have picture proof of everything
Hate to add this(08-19-2025); twice I've caught the guy at the teller trying to switch receipts and give me a lower amount. Take a picture of both receipts before you hand them over.
Gets busy but the lines will move fast. Friendly staff. Have your coupon ready when you walk up.
needs new system or lazy ppl I don’t get why I had to takeoff all the caps off the bottles for no reason when they take them just like that every where else smh
I just came by today to try and recycle steel mouse traps I have and one of the workers said they don't accept steel or scrap metal and on their list of things they recycle says scrap metal. False advertising.
My grandma came here to take her recycling and they refused to let her use the coupon on the website because it wasn't printed. When the coupon obviously states that you are allowed to show the coupon on phone. This never happened to her before sounds like false advertising to me.
This place is scam. My first time going there and I had over 10lbs of plastic bottles and I was told by a very rude employee that the caps had to be taken off.. come on! I was not about to spend my whole afternoon under a freaking sun taking the caps off.. I repacked my recycling and take my business elsewhere.. next time advertise your stupid policies in your website, so people can know what to expect.. another customer told me that he had spent over two hours taking off the caps of his recycling on his first time there.. ridiculous.. !!!! Never going there again!
This is one the best recycling centers I have ever had the privilege of getting my recycling taken care of at.

Let me start off with , if you recycle anything as your main hustle DO NOT come here.!!
They will make up policies if they feel like they are paying out too much. They do circuit boards but I would just ship to a buyer than waste your time and gas here. (80c a pound here , 1.50 if you ship)
Sad to get catfished when you think you find a good, honest place. NO ONE who isn’t the actual guy running the e waste recycling knows their stuff. Takes 3 people to figure out the difference between CRT and LED tv’s. The young guy with silly tattoos got told by his dad to re weigh me out with less weight because they have a limited recycle policy on e waste. WHICH IS NOT POSTED ANYWHERE ONLINE OR ON-SITE. This is only after coming three days in a row so I guess I was doing too good.
The son felt bad but then got angry and refused to pay me out after I express this and I was already being weighed out and ready to go.
I know he felt bad at first cuz this is how we make our money and they basically stole from me that day . They will steal from you too , or at least make up whatever policies they need to.

Reply to the reply : you must be the man who knows his stuff. Yes very good exchange with you. I did apply there as it looked like you were in desperate need of help . The bad reviews reflect your quality of staff and most guys didn’t know what they were looking at . My views changed after my THIRD day (if you can read) when policies that are not posted on your website or your location.
I Went Here A Few Months Ago And Did Not Like It There! They Have You Remove Your Caps To The Plastic Bottles You Are Taking. As Far As I'm Concerned, I Bought My Water Bottles ECT.. With The Caps/Tops Then I Should Be Given Back The CR-V!!
If you’re really into recycling, this isn’t the place for you. They want all caps off of plastic bottles. Unless you want to sit there and take all the caps off all your bottles that fill up 6-8 Hefty bags, go somewhere else. It’s cool if you have a small grocery bag of bottles. I don’t know if they do this to reduce weight, but it’s a shtty practice. I won’t be going here again.
Easy going place.. Just grab a basket.. fill it up and walk it over and they weigh and pay. Just remember to go to their website before you go and print out their coupon to ensure they give the highest value for your recycling.
Very busy! Pays well on aluminum and plastic bottles. One of the higher payouts in the area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Get there early, or you will wait approximately 45 minutes to get processed and paid.
I bought good amount of aluminum cans that didn't fill up half way got 30 for a small amount I come in the next time. 2 containers with aluminum cans and plastic half way I got only 10 dollars more which way way i got more the first time with not much cans then the second time barely any off I checked there website 1.85 I called they hit me with 1.66 on a white board they have it at 1.65 I looked at 3 different prices and received a lot less when I bought in a lot more
This place could definitely use a face lift, and a "how-to" guide, but once you figure out how the system works, they do provide a terrific service. Make sure you visit their website and download (or show on your phone) their coupon for the increased aluminum price.
Do yourself a favor and rinse out cans, bottles before bringing in. Bring your own gloves to separate items. Quick and dirty! Bring coupon from their website for more money. Great place to take all your recycling. Remove lids from bottles. Lids typically aren't recyclable. Staff is helpful, extremely busy. Once you separate all your crv and noncrv into bins, tubs or rolling containers at your vehicle - get in line and bring all into weigh station. Workers move quickly, it's loud and fast paced once inside, they'll weigh each container, give you one receipt, take it right then to the cashier window, get Ca$h!
I been recycling here for so many years and I never had a bad experience it always have been really good.
Good customer service, employees are very polite.
I highly recommend this recycling place for everyone to come and do yours.

We went on a Tuesday Around 1:30 or so. Hardly anyone was there. It went fast. This place can get busy. A coupon comes In the press telegram On Mondays or you can check out their website.
It is the greats experience for everyone in one form or fashion or another. They constantly reinforce the MUST wear a mask policy for your safety & there's. And there professionalism is second to none. My 4 star rating is only to leave room for perfection.

They don't accept plastic bottles with the caps on. Each time I have been there I see people having to remove the caps.
The negative reviews enticed me to weigh my aluminium before visiting. I printed the coupon, and calculated what I thought I would be getting back. When I left the Center, I was happy with the result. I can say the scale was accurate for me.

Made a visit today and the scale was still spot on.
Busy, but quick process. Get the coupon from the website and increase your refund! Make it easy and take the caps off your plastic as you use it instead of waiting until recycling day, and just put the caps in your residential "blue" recycler can at home, not the big deal everyone is making it out to be. No it's not clean, in case you haven't noticed, IT'S A RECYCLING CENTER. Some blame falls on the customer, the lot is littered with plastic caps, obviously the employees didn't put those there, just like much of our city, people don't seem to like to clean up after themselves. But there are brooms and dust pans available if you are so inclined to clean up your mess.
I purposely drive in from the south, because making a left in this town is such a hassle. Very large parking lot, with plenty of spaces. Went mid-day during the week, would assume weekends are much busier. Employees were quick to keep the line moving and to quickly replenish their stock of empty bins. We will always come back to recycle here.
Personnel/employees are obliging, kind and friendly. No hustles encountered though.
Customers are well accommodated. Buckets are readily available. I feel comfortable disposing of my recycles coz of the availability of buckets to use. Waiting time is fast.
Dont go there with caps on your bottles, 2 liter bottles take up alot of space so i squish them and put the cap back on, the vacuum keeps them squished. Ive never had a problem anywhere else and think having to remove every single cap off 7 or 8 trash bags full of bottles is ridiculous so i left and will go anywhere else but here.
I gave it at least a 2 for its convenient location and parking BUT what's up with having to remove bottle caps! Deal breaker for me and I didn't see a review that mentioned this. I get separating by color-fine! But removing plastic or metal caps from ALL bottles- I'll go somewhere where I don't have to..
Second time coming here and definitely the last. After filling a bin of heavy glass bottles and waiting in line, they said they couldn’t take it because it needs to be separated by color. I asked if they could show me the sign but no one could find it, and it never mentions anything on the website. How are you supposed to know? The manager, Dave Miller, was extremely rude and said “I’m the customer, not you”, totally unacceptable. You would think a business that’s been around over 20 years would behave better than this...
A couple of the employees got rude with my son, then ended up at my car harassing me too. They reeked of alcohol! They wouldn't step away from us or my car so we could leave. I had to call 911 and get the cops there. Of course they couldn't do anything because they didn't touch us. But I had to literally push the guy away from me and he still wouldn't back off. My son was getting very angry ready pounce them, but he was way smaller than the two men. They are low life drunks. And the owner didn't do one damn thing! We never returned there. I'm late on writing this. It happened last spring. It was a horrible experience I almost thought I was going to make a trip to the hospital because of how my blood pressure was soaring. I would've sued for sure.
