I clearly asked one of the workers for a high fuel pressure pump he gave me a different part🤦🏻♀️ I told my mechanic that the was the part that needed to be replaced trusting it was the correct part, a whole disaster🤦🏻♀️ I was able to provide proof that it’s not what I asked for🥹 but just caused so much issues. I did get refunded, but please don’t trust them. Double check to make sure is what you asked for.

MY HUSBAND SUFFER DISCRIMINATION , FROM ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES FROM The O'Reilly store in Bell Gardens.
MY husband went to the store to look for a charger for batteries.. then then decided to check something else on the next door store that WAS AUTOZONE IN BELL Gardens.
Once he was out of the store he decided to run to the other store because it was raining,
THEN THE EMPLOYEE DECIDE TO RUN AFTER HIM. THINKING HE MIGHT STOLE SOMETHING. HE THOUGHT,
THAT that WAS the Reason my husband was RUNNING 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
THE O'Reilly employee follow him to the AUTOZONE store and TOOK A PICTURE OF MY HUSBAND. EVEN THO HE SAW HE DIDN'T HAVE any Items on him .
HE LEFT AND MY HUSBAND WENT TO CLEAR THINS OUT AT O'REILLY STORE,
ONE OF THE LADIES THAT WORK THERE SAID IT WAS A MIS UNDERSTANDING BUT THE GUY DID NOT ADMIT HIS MISTAKÉ AND DID NOT APOLOGIZE TO MY HUSBAND. HE JUST WALK AWAY INSIDE THE BACK OF THE STORE..
My husband did end up buying something that he need for his car .
But it was VERY Disappointed ABOUT THE EMPLOYEE BEHAVIOR ( the employee had long hair uP to his shoulder around his 40s.
When I need to change the oil of my car or anything I come here because the people are friendly they help you choose the recommended for your car, David recommended me some windshields for my car since I was a little confused.
Need more people. Waited in line to buy tail light bulbs for 10 minutes behind 5 people. The one person was on the phone not helping anyone so I just put the bulbs back and left.
I placed and order for some ne rotors and i asked if i didn't wanted the part if i was going to get my money back? Representative said yes. I no longer want the part and i dint get my full refund as i was told. Gerardo was the helper. I was misguided to purchase this part here.
This place locked up the doors at least 3 mins early. Open sign was on. They saw me and didn’t care. I needed a head light bulb replacement before heading home from work (real work), quick and easy purchase. Guess I’ll just get better deals online now.
Went here because on the radio they say they'll install your wipers if you buy them, there was no one else in the store and the employees almost broke their neck trying to find another customer to avoid helping me install them because they were short staffed, there was 2 of them and no other customers in store.
Plenty of parking, the store is small, service is bad; employees don't acknowledge customers. You need to know what you are looking for so you can try finding it yourself. Pretty good selection on the sales floor.
Was on the run when the car engine starts to sound funny. Pulled over and opened the hood. Very low on oil. Yeah, well that's to be expected. I do a lot of highway driving...a lot. And it's been hot...record breaking temperature hot. And the car is an older model. I immediately pulled out my phone located the nearest O'Reilly's (only 10 minutes away) and drove straight away. There was plenty of parking, the store was clean and nicely laid out. Found the oil quickly at a great price. The staff person was friendly. He even loaned me a funnel to pour the oil in my engine. Done and back on the road. Once again a happy motorist 😁
Walked in with my grandpa asking for some wheel nuts. As soon as we walked to the counter we are greeted by Javier the store manager with an attitude and rude customer service. He wouldn’t let my grandpa explain what he was looking for and expressively yelled at my grandfather. Would suggest to go elsewhere.
everytime I come wether busy or not always great help. Polite insightful and go extra mile for you. Seem to act as if they knew all their customers.Always a great vibe my go to place nearby thanks all of you! Yall are amazing!

Great customer service knowledgable and down to earth. They ordered a part for me and did not require a deposit. Avoid the guys across the street Auto Zone arrogant and rude.
