DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I called before picking up the part and said they had it in stock. I drove for an hour. When I arrived, I waited another 30 minutes to receive the answer that they didn't have it. Unpleasant people with terrible service.
Bad customer service Called three times for a part and the price told me they may have it but to send a photo of the part you need did it but never got back to me to confirm if he had it
Horrible customer service and will close with no notice. Take your business elsewhere. I came during business hours on a Saturday after I called about a part I needed. I showed up, and they were closed. There was another person there wondering if and why they were closed as he was picking up a part he bought on eBay. I called the next business day, and asked about what happened and they informed me they closed early because it was slow then said it was because of the holidays. Which the only holiday was on the previous Thursday. I mentioned it wasnt updated anywhere online they were closing early. I informed them that I spent $20 in gas to get there and home and half the day , and asked if they could give a slight discount for the inconvenience of not being told they were closing early. They said no and gave me excuses as to why as stated above, and were very rude, expressed no understanding or sympathy for customers taking so much time and money to come to pick up a part. After he reiterated that they was nothing they were willing to do he hung up the phone on me. Bad business
They did me good. Was able to get a real end carrier assembly for a 2000 4runner for a good price at quick speed. 1 less part to obtain to rebuild my rear end.
Going home from work I had hit a pothole. Next day went here and picked up new rims for my car as the rims when I had hit the pothole have dented. Got the rims same day and didn't have an issue.
So Far parts that I have Bought here at this place have been good I Recommend it if your in need of a Good used Part the staFF there is pretty Kool people.
I spoke to Henry about a part and told him i am disabled and he told me he will call me when the part will be available for me to pick up. Thank you Henry for that great Customer service
Bassett is one of those places that if you can't find it they. One of the best junk yards in. I have been in the auto repair shop in Pasadena for over 40 years. And Bassett is always there when I need. Thanks again guys.
Their service is not great at all. I operate a business by myself and they said they would not deliver the gas tank because I did not answer the phone I can not answer the phone all the time I cannot always stop what I'm doing to answer the phone. I tried to talk to the manager to resolve it did not want to help.
These guys know their stuff and go the extra mile to make sure the customer gets what theyre looking for. Keep up the good work guys and thanks for all the help!
They had the part that I needed for half the price they changed at AutoZone. A $400 item for $200 great buy and they even explained in detail how to install.
This store is horrible! I took a picture of my car door knob, and the model and year of my car, and I show my car in his parking lot. I do not have knowledge about the car parts and told them that. They give a wrong merchandise and when I tried to return it within a few minutes and replace it with the correct merchandise, they refused to refund me the rest of my money. The 1st merchandise they give me was priced at $50, but the one I really needed was only $35 and they would not refund me the rest of my money back even though they were are fault for giving me the wrong merchandise in the first place. They are taking advantage of the costumers/consumers lack of knowledge.
The merchandise are overpriced, I asked other store for the exact same part and they said it was only $17.
This place has horrible service. I was in here yesterday and saw them interacting with a customer who was returning a part that was not working. The guy behind the counter would not give the customer his receipt back and just tossed his money on the counter and walked off, completely ignoring the customer. Needless to say, I did NOT purchase anything there and left. That guy's attitude was so bad I didn't even want to be there anymore, and I'll be telling my friends not to go back either.

I just called for an air filter box and I spoke to somebody and told them I will call right back to order and when I called back some asian guy answered and asked me what I need and I told him that I spoke to someone already and gave me a price and I told him 50 bucks and I told him I was playing around right after and he said I cant take your order, got butt hurt about it, sorry but I will not give them my business anymore because they are just plain rude and cannot take a joke. Sorry you just lost a customer.
Went in to see about a part for 91 landcruiser but they wanted to see the part to see if they had it. I told him i don't because its in the truck i'm driving. Then i asked for a 99 Nissan sun visor and they didn't have it. Not sure what went wrong here but your better off at Oreillys or AutoZone for your part because if they match by the way it looks i don't know......
