Horrible towing service would not recommend. Driver Murillo was in a hurry to leave even thought he was paid for an hour of his services. Had to pay $340 for a 5 minute drive to my drive way. Driver was being rude and pushy. I had to this use this towing company but if you can use an other one I would 100% suggest you do.
This place is a complete scam. They screw over people with ridiculous fees and they are notorious liars. My car was in an accident Friday night, this tow company towed my car to their location at 9:30pm. Monday morning, I called them (even though they claim to be closed on Saturday and Sunday to rack up more money from people), the guy who answered stated that I could pick up my car and said that the fees would be $745 total, my car had only been there a few hours, not even a complete day. I drove an hour just to get my car out of there before any other fees were charged. We got there at 12:30pm, the guy stated that I was "too late", mind you, he never specified a cut off time to arrive. I asked to at least get my belongings and take pictures of my car, he said no. Then, he proceeded to say that I was able to come back at 5:00pm to pick up my car. I had to kill 4.5 hours of time because I live far and couldn't go back. 5 o'clock comes and goes and the guy never showed up. I came back Monday morning and he was oblivious to the fact that he made me waste my time on Saturday. When he gave me the bill, he charged 4 days, I refused to pay for something that he intentionally caused. I asked to speak to the owner or a manager and he said no, I asked again and he said, "well he's not here, you can wait until 7pm to speak with him." He claimed that his name was "OTTO" i highly doubt it, they dont even wear name tags to confirm his name. I payed the fee to get my car out but I was advised by a lawyer to report them to the BAR. You can file a report as long as you have their name and address. This place is complete trash.
Their tow truck drivers are road ragers and are very dangerous on the road. I will be filing a complaint with the SBCTA & CHP because this company should not be in the rotation as their drivers are not doing a good job keeping our freeways safe. In fact it's the opposite. This drivers road rage is going to cause an accident and cause someone to get injured.
Their fees are enormously high. Part of their fee includes $100 to send out a letter to owner notifying them their car is in impound (like they don't already know). Stamp is what, 66 cents, takes 5 minutes to fill out form, hmm. $100 to put a lien on car, why, to insure they get their money? Plus they pay the police department half of what they collect, even though the police department charges $120 to $240 just to get a released form. I call that double dipping. Bunch of crooks and hypocrites!
I had a minor accident the other day, Norberto from Royal Coaches Towing and Recovery arrived to help me and saved my day. I was impressed by the level of professionalism and expertise displayed by him. He handled my situation with care and definitely new what was doing

Mine was not free but Robert came super quick, handled business and went the extra mile to wrestle my car that wouldn't roll off the bed with a jack and still only charged me for the original hour quote even though I think he went a little over.
Hourly rate probably seems a bit high to most people, me included, but that's from where I'm (you're) sitting. They have to run a business and pay for all sorts of overhead we don't see. I'm pretty sure their tow rates are the normal price too so although that may seem high to some, it's usually the same across the board for the most part.
Luckily I didn't have to have my car sit in the lot and get charged for that, but that's something all yards do too so just get your car out soon, because its on you!
Anyways, I don't know about anyone else there personally but if they're half as rad as Robert then they should be super fair and helpful.

I sold my car 97 Gray Saturn to Carmax of Duarte a year has passed. I received a notice from the Baldwin Park police department and the towing company that it had been impounded… I went to the Baldwin Park police department very lazy also the same day carmax also lazy, AAA very Nice then the towing company.. The guy at the desk was very understanding. Also explain the next process he explained to me that it was just a mixup that I am not responsible!!!!!!
Went to get my belongings outta my vehicle because couldn't afford to get it out & i thought the last day was the 26th but it was actually the 25th they said & they still let me get my belongings out of my vehicle even though they didn't have to. 5⭐'s to them outstanding customer service. I received a mail from this business at my residence. I did NOT recognize the name of the person they were trying to reach. They had all kinds of stamps on the envelope ,such as: 'Contains important dated documents', 'Legal notification per Cal Civic code...etc...'. I could've easily thrown it in the trash, as it's got nothing to do with me. I've never heard of this business before, but since the letter seemed to be important for THAT unknown person, I took the time to call the company to let them know about it. This extremely rude individual picks up the phone. He identifies himself as 'Auto'! As soon as I started explaining the reason why I was calling, he cut me off multiple times asking for a license plate number. When I told him I wasn't their customer, he said if I don't give a license plate, he's gonna hang up! Then with an angry tone I said why don't you even ask me the right question? Why you're not asking whose name is printed on that letter? Why you're not transferring the call to someone within your company who can look into the matter? Only then he puts me on hold for while, and then says the woman who takes care of this is not here...etc...and he wanted me to call back next week. As if it was my job to spend more of my time to help them! He didn't bother to write down the info so he could pass it to the right person. Imagine if I actually was a customer and had to depend on this business to do something for me!!! They don't even understand mistreating people is the worse thing you can do these days. Their low rating is there for a reason. Before we ended the call, I asked him if they had a YELP page. He conveniently lied and said NO, they don't. They do have an official page indeed! Why would you lie about it? The search option is only a click away!
Jessie and the rest of the guys were great and extremely helpful when it came to getting my car out from the tow yard. Lots of respect for them taking care of my car and being able to tow a lowered car correctly with no issues. 10/10
Someone had abandoned their vehicle on my mom's property over a month ago. Baldwin Park PD couldn't help because it was on private property and the car wasn't stolen (I get that, so I have no issues with BPPD) So, I called four tow truck companies and Royal Coaches was the only one who would come out to tow it away. The driver was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name. I would highly recommend Royal Coaches.
Do not trust hector! I had turned in my vehicle here on March 5th to get it fixed. I had to get it out of the shop today on may 4th because hector has been lying, and gave me fake dates when the vehicle would be ready! He took more than 2 months with my car and nothing was fixed but just worse now on the car! I had to get the cops involved to get my vehicle out. My car left in even worse conditions than the accident. I had it towed and taken to caliber collision to get it fixed. Beware if this company and hector. Royal crooks more like it! Im still shocked on the whole situation. The amount of stress this company and man did to me is a crime!!!
Hector and his team were very professional. Very easy to work with. They delivered as promised and were accurate on completion of work. My truck was pretty beat up and Hector and his team made it look brand new. Extremely pleased with their services. I highly recommend this body shop for anyone who wants the job done right.
After vehicle accident the only place BP police dept.uses. oh...they encourage you to get your insurance company to release the car to them..oh u won't have to pay the impound amt. We will bill the almost 500 dollar amt. So your insurance will cover it and we can fix it (they conveniently have an auto body shop)..we said no we just want to pay the fee...then the guy said why would you want to..then he said okay where would u like it towed, it isn't running..i had called the night before..a young lady told me it had a scratch and was operating...what a scam....i said I want to see my vehicle....sure enough it had a couple scratches and thats it..ran fine....these guys are not on the straight path..get ur car and get out of there!!!
Still waiting on paperwork that was suppose to be given to me when I picked up my car after they “repaired” it. Although my car was involved in an accident the driver side door was working perfectly fine. I received my car with the door broken and me having to pull on it several times to get it opened. The rear driver side tire was completely damaged so I assumed there would be tire replacement for that tire AT LEAST. Unfortunately I am losing PSIs on all tires and I hardly drive but 2 miles a day totaling to about 10 miles max since I have picked up the car. I shouldn’t be losing so many PSIs. I will take the paper work to Hyundai and ensure that parts replaced on my vehicle are in fact factory bought and not parts made outside of Hyundai. The insurance company involved paid them a lot of money to do such a snotty job on my vehicle. If the parts don’t match I will take them to small claims court.
A friend had his car towed by this company and when he got it back, all of his personal possessions were gone. Laptop, camera, lenses etc. This company may not be corrupt as a whole but they definitely have some shady people working for them. Would not recommend
Got my car impounded/towed here on Friday at 1pm thanks to BP detective for a warrant that was 18 years old so don’t believe the story about warrants should drop off by a certain time. Anyways I couldn’t get my car on Friday cause they were closed by the time I got the money since they don’t open on Saturday “officially” you can go pick up your car on Saturday with a $130 after hour fee plus your towing expenses. So $400 dollars later I got my car and no personal belongings were taken not even my loose change. The 2 staff members I dealt with were both nice and friendly. So besides the amount I had to pay (it’s just business) which I give a 1/2 star. The company and staff 5 stars.
The company did their job. I had no tag so they towed my car. When I went to pick it up it cost 1000.00 dollar. They were professional and nothing I'm mean nothing was taken from my car. I had money in my car. I should be mad but it was my fault.
My dads car my dads car was taken here and when we went to pick it up we paid and then we went to the back to see what was going on with the car. When we got there the car was open but the guy told us that the key would not turn in the egnition. I noticed it looked like the sanded down the key and the nissan symbol was no longer silver. So i asked my dad for the spare and it started right up. It was real fishy. We went on our way because it was already a long enough day. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU DEAL WITH THEM IS ALL.
Would honestly give zero stars if I could. Extremely upset with their services all around. My car was towed by them to their location on a Saturday morning at 8:30 am. By the time I figured out where my car was I called them around noon and they were already closed. The man on the phone mentioned to me that they were also closed on Sunday. I was also told different prices over the phone. Monday morning at 8 am (the time they open), I go in to pick up my car and was told that they would be charging me for their $215 services and 3 days of storage! My car was only in storage Saturday and Sunday yet they still charged me for Monday! The front desk worker Jesse, was extremely rude and no help when I was concerned about paying for the extra day. He sarcastically told me “you can come back at 5.” Which I thought was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
If you need towing services avoid them. They are both a waste of time and money.
Legalized robbery...car towed to this location Sat morning and was told they were not opened weekends. My car was stored for 2 days and charged for 3 in addition to their 215.00 hourly fee. My car was in for 2 days. Jesse at the front desk very sarcastic when asked about fees and confronted with additional charges. This is a scam, felt like I was in a third world country with no rights. Cost me 400 dollars to get my car from this place.
Had my car towed twice from these people. They are very nice and professional. My wheel came off the first time and had suggested the problem and was right. Second time had asked what the problem was and wanted it towed to a family friend who is a mechanic and no questions asked and did the task :) would recommend.

One of our Company truck's stopped and I called them.. they ran someone right out to help us to find that both batteries we bad.. so they ran to get two new ones.. they were super helpful on this the only bad thing was that they said one price and raised it on us. again they were very helpful and got the job done fast. I just want to note watch your wallet to make sure they don't charge you more than they start with. yes commercial trucks cost more for everything but I just felt it should be noted for all
Royal crooks! Honestly the worst in the business. I'm surprised their still around with all these reviews. Extremely disrespectful, someone better report these guys to the BBB. Lied about pricing over phone and when i show up there's damage to the vehicle that is blatantly there. His response was " those are scuff marks, if we wanted to rip your bumper if we would have." I didn't even want to give them a star. That's how terrible it was. If you want a loose bumper come here. It is very evident that there is much corruption in terms of their linkage with law enforcement. How sad. I'm sure the city turns the other way with all this money flying around. Who's to say there isn't some embezzlement scheme.
