Cerritos Auto Body did an amazing job fixing the front bumper on my Tesla. The quality of their work was excellent and the bumper looks perfect and you would never even know it was damaged.

Cerritos Auto Body work on 2 of my cars on small dents and damages. Both times they did the work quickly and very well. It is impossible to know where the damages were. The paint was matched perfectly . Very good work.
We took our 1999 4Runner here for work to salvage it from a fender bender. The insurance totaled it, probably because of its age and mileage. (263k). We wanted to keep our Toyota alive because those who know (these go 350-600k) know. After paying for the salvage and budgeting in the costs to inspect and re-register the car, we came up with a repair plan. It came out exactly as we planned, at exactly the price. I even got a little help getting the insurance company in gear. Thanks to everyone there. Who knows, maybe we will have the next 400k 4Runner

Excellent job! Body work is fabulous ? Complimentary rides to and from car rental and car rental discount. AND, they washed my vehicle, shined up my tires; I had to double take to make sure it was my vehicle ? Great job.
We have been to this shop a few times and everytime we need a body repair we always go there for repairs. The quality of repair is always perfect and the people working there are very accomodating and respectful. Aside from a reasonable price they always on time with the repairs. I would recommend this to friends and family.
Here is a shop where in full responsibility happens! I went to to two shops Belflower Collision and Caliber Collision both of whom recommended by my insurance who treated me like I don’t know anything about cars. It took them a long time before I can talk to them and to schedule a time accordingly on how busy they are. That’s a signal that they are not serious about customer service they even said that my 2017 Subaru STI is old and will not be able to repair it! I could not believe what they said. I lastly called and visited Cerritos Auto Body, Jessica answered the call and told me to come over. Marcos welcomed me in and ran through the damage on my vehicle. He stated we will repair the damage for you without hesitation and marked all the damage with his trusty pink marker. I was so glad he took the opportunity to do the repair. He submitted to my insurance agency a supplemental quote to repair the damage. Lo and behold my car came out good as new! Before painting occurred, He even followed up on me to check the bumper fits snugly. On top of that they adjusted the fitting exactly to the size of my front mount intercooler! I am so happy on how this shop has handled the repairs kudos to your workers who contributed to the final outcome of my vehicle. The price and value of the work they did is really outstanding! Did I also say that when I brought my vehicle to them they even offered a ride home! Thank you everyone who works at Cerritod Auto Body for a job well done!

I came in for what might seem like a minor cosmetic repair, but it was a big deal to me, my car had been keyed and it really bothered me. From the moment I brought my car in, Roger was incredible. His hospitality, customer service, and the time he took to show me around the shop truly stood out.
I was referred here by my detailer, and I couldn’t be more thankful. The paint job came out flawless, and they even went above and beyond by fixing a dent and scratch on the same side. My car looks brand new again!

Paid out of pocket for major body work and received very good service at a great price! The team was very attentive to explaining what parts needed to be ordered and what could be reused to save me money and time on my repairs - and the resulting service took only one actual day in shop the car looks like new!
I turned in my car keys on a Monday and had it back by Thursday, such a quick turnaround! Everyone here was very nice and called me right away when it was ready. They were also really open to answering all of my questions, which I truly appreciated. It can be stressful trying to repair damages after a car accident, so having a team that’s patient and helpful really means a lot. My new bumper looks really nice too. I elected to choose Cerritos Auto Body to have my vehicle repaired through an insurance claim after rear-ended. Wow! The service was outstanding ?? Everyone at the shop was friendly and communicated everything clearly, making the entire process blissful. My car was returned to me in a condition better than the factory, without a slight indication that anything had ever happened. If you select this shop, your insurance company can also give you a rental from Enterprise, which works with this shop. I took my truck to here to get repaired and they did the repair in 1 week!. Actually 5 days. I turned it in on a Friday and they are closed on the weekend. I picked up my truck the following Friday! It was only a smashed bumper, but 1 week. Wow! No issues. Everyone was very nice and helpful and quick. They know what they are doing here. If you need a place to take your vehicle for auto body repair don't hesitate to go to this place. I hope I never need another body shop, but if I do, I will be using Cerritos Auto Body.
I was very pleased with Cerritos auto body. My car was hit on the freeway...it is a new 2023. Not many parts available....plus both of my rims were damaged...they assured me this could be fixed like new....I am telling you it is like a showroom vehicle ...
