These people are both not very intelligent and shiesty. I was told I was being sent an exhaust manifold that was in good shape. I literally screwed a nut on this thing and edge cracked. Upon telling them to them and asking they had any ideas--they almost immediately starting blaming me. There ARE great Jeep vendors out there, but this isn't one of them.
These guys are right as rain. Always helpful and knowledgeable. I was skeptical about the condition my 85 Jeep CJ7 was in for an upcoming trip and Mark gave me his home phone number to call if I had any issues on the trail. That's what I call above and beyond service. I ended up not needing to call but that stuck with me. I've been going there since 1985 and they've always done right by me. Neil's great to work with too, I just wish he wasn't always wearing that Back Street Boys T-shirt. Thanks guys for a job well done!
If your Jeep has a special place in your heart and you need a part, J&W Auto Wreckers has all the treasures at a great price. Scored on a beautiful tailgate they had for a '98 Wrangler! They're so awesome -- even if they don't happen have what you're looking for, they can locate it elsewhere for you or at least get you pointed in the right direction. Awesome, multi-generational, family-owned business -- I can't say enough good stuff about them!
I had a 79 jeep with drum brakes all 4 wheels. Guys behind counter found compatible parts and guided me toward a diy front disc conversion. Customer service is here. Even on the phone they don’t act like you are wasting their time. Even with stupid questions they field um

If you have and old jeep and a part you just can't find... if anyone can pull a rabbit out of the hat it will be these guys! They're magicians. The best part is when you open your package and it's not just another radiator hose... unless of course that's what you need.
Employees have very bad attitude and they dnt have much knowledge of parts, plus they have a sign of do not touch or place parts on the counter top...lol this is a junk yard NOT A JEWELRY STORE. That just show how lazy and moronic they are! Not coming back to this place. There's more stores with more inventory and better prices. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
Had the Jeep parts that I needed which I couldn’t find anywhere else locally. They pull the parts for you and have them ready when you show up. The prices are very fair, much less than I expected and their customer service was excellent. The office people seem to have a good handle on their inventory when you call. I would strongly recommend this place to anybody looking for older model Jeep parts.
Not a really good experience. Price went up when I took my steering column in and was not ready when expected. Good thing I called before driving another 200 miles round-trip. Not at all like my last visit there.

This is a great place to find all the parts you want for all your Jeep needs. They have reasonable prices. It is also a family owned business that does all it can to help you with your every Jeep project. I highly recommend coming down to see the selections. While they do have many jeeps, they also have other vechiles for the pickin.
I called for a part they said they had it available. They said it would be pulled the following day in the afternoon since they were about to close. They called me first thing right when they opened the following day saying part was ready. I went there got the part then went to put it in. Part was not right didnt even fit in. Seemed they just gave me a part that they had out and not the one specific to my car. Then went to return it about a week later after they told me 100 day warranty they said oh only 3 day money back warranty otherwise store credit even tho they gave me the wrong part they insisted was the right part. Then gave me 25% restocking fee

I Had a awsome Experience with these guy. I was Literally looking for dash harness for 2 montns and they were the ones who had it at a very cheap price. Customer service was awsome shipping was super fast and item quality perfect for being used.

I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and they handle mostly Jeep and Dodge,Chrysler. I needed two tires with wheels and the cost was much lower than I anticipated. When I need parts new or used. This is where I'm going for them. That are friendly and very helpful.
I have had Jeep Grand Cherokee's for years and have bought multiple used parts. Always great service and prices. I now utilize thier repair facility to install also. Just about ready to have them install a remanufactured engine in my 2001 Grand Cherokee. Don't listen to the cry baby reviews of a few whiners!
Great service! Was a bit skeptical after reading 1 bad review. Hogwash, dont let review scare you away. I handed them my list for my cj 5 , they took care of most of it then guided me to taking care of the rest. I wish more people ran thier business like this, I'LL BE BACK
I have bought cylinder heads, fan shroud, skid plate, a/c condensor and each time found the pricing more than fair. In fact cheaper than any other dismantler in the Sacramento area. My last purchase was a transmission and it was cheaper than pick and pull and I didn't have to pull the part! I also had them install it which came out cheaper than having my old tranny worked on by a transmission shop. I highly recommend.
WAY WAY over priced i went therE to get nuts an bolts I cant find for putting my jeep back to gether these ripoffs wanted 100 bucks for like 15 bolts an a couple of nuts go someplace else if you value your money.. too bad Ive been doing business with them for 30 plus years but not any more not with these con men
