I’m not a car expert, but I’m learning as I work on my own vehicle. But what I realized after coming here is that the staff don’t really understand the parts they’re pricing. They rely on what the computer shows and price items based on that, even when it doesn’t accurately reflect what the part actually is.
Because of this, it’s easy to get overcharged. The pricing doesn’t seem to account for whether a part is OEM, how much wear it has, or how much life is realistically left in it. A used part with 100k+ miles can be priced close to new just because of how it’s categorized in the system.
If you come here, make sure you know exactly what you’re looking for and compare prices elsewhere. You might find that buying new costs the same or even less. Especially when the staff don't know what they're sellingDec 31, 2025 -
Can’t believe it, want to buy door lock, they told me that it was Ignition switch, there where no wires and they still keep holding me that this is ignition, it a piece of crap, I would never go there.

Very terrible service! The price is the same as new so I'll never waste my time again. I called before I took the hour drive and they said they had multiple cars of the exact year make and model I was looking for. Got there they didn't have one. I went looking for a door window switch for a car that it has to be from the exact year of car so I took the old one in with me to see if I could possibly find one that matched up never know was feeling lucky so on my way out they took my switch from me and said I can't have it back because they thought I stole it. Smh it was a joke. On the way in the guy glanced in my bag on the way out the guy busted out his flashlight and dug through my intire bag. Then sent me on a wild goose chase to the next spot where he printed up the paper for me saying they had the car I was looking for so 30 min later I get to the next location and notta. Lied once again. Someone should really turn these places in for all the used motor oil being dumped into the dirt. I watched a guy dump a 55 gallon barrel over on its side and oil poured out for what seemed like an hour but was probably 10 min. This place is a joke don't waste your time or money just go get the part new with a lifetime warranty! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! If I could give them zero stars I would.

Pick-n-Pull refuses to take back a part just because a few of their marker stamps got wiped off — even though it’s impossible to remove anything from this part. I don’t remember how many marks there originally were, but they’re claiming there were more and using that as an excuse to deny the return. Very unprofessional and unfair. I won’t be buying from them again.

I highly do not recommend this place, the attitude of the staff and the director towards the client is disgusting. It's a scam, I asked the price of the part showed pictures I needed before in and spend time on dismantling.
I received an affirmative answer that it would cost $55.
As a result, I had to pay $127.
On the Market, this part costs 110-150$
Think twice before coming here.Nov 22, 2025 -
Some parts are a fair deal. Couldn't get rusty old POS rotor off so they charged me 27.99 for it. Could have gotten a new one for 32.00. Won't be back.

I’ve been to a lot of Pick n Pulls and this location BY FAR has the most petty and ridiculous staff. They basically strip search you and your tools on the way in, and then on the way out they want to charge me for every single little thing on the overhead console I got. They want $40 for the rear AC button as a “climate control switch”, $20 for the dome lights, $20 for the air vents, $20 for the built in unremovable volume switch, and $10 for the plastic itself instead of charging me $33 for the complete console like the website says. Ridiculous and INCOMPETENT front end staff, I will never return to this location. They must make commission on their sales, otherwise it doesn’t make any sense why they’re so petty about it.

Staff are helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They do check what you’re bringing in and what you are taking but that is loss prevention no matter how small the item.

Decent place. Cars and parts you need. Get it yourself. Prices are okay for used parts taking off yourself

One of my favorite pick n pull locations in the nor cal region. Clean yard , staff always professional and nice.

Terrible service and zero respect for customers!
I bought a wheel here, but it didn’t fit, so I tried to exchange it. Instead of helping, they kept coming up with excuses. I sent them a photo of the receipt, but they refused to accept it, insisting they need the original! It’s 2025 everything can be verified digitally, but they hide behind pointless rules just to avoid taking responsibility.
Absolutely no customer care, no willingness to solve the problem just take your money and that’s it.
I would never recommend this place to anyone!Oct 27, 2025 -
This location is awful, the staff is so ridiculous. They that people very bad. They check bags like they are selling gold or something precious. They don't realize that its a junk yard. They are selling junk. And bought 3 airbags and one fender but I accidently bought from a different year and brought next day to return it and they just returned the airbags and for fender they said the writing is not matching. And now they made a policy that customer has to go to sme location to return from where they purchased which is also kind of very disappointing bcoz sometimes people go to farther location to buy bcoz of the desired car present at that location and I saw there was another old guy hw purchased a grill from them he said he just wanna check if it fits on my car. The guy didn't said that he could leave his id and take the grill outside to try. The salesman just charged hime and he came back next mi ur to return the grill and he wanted money back but they refused the cashier didn't disclosed to him that there is no refund. They are looting. Guys stop giving business to shitty c9mpanies like this. I would like to give below 1 star but there is no option. The hand washing stations are so dirty with full of trash and flooded water

I sat in the parking lot in my car while my friend went in and got parts for his truck...he was in and out way quicker then I expected and it definitely didn't seem like it was all that much work getting what he needed off the truck they had...I'll be going back in the next couple days to get me a windshield for my Subaru so I'll give another review then aswell

I like this yard and I came here every week but recently one of the workers are being quite mean. I don't know his name he is a long beard long hair skinny guy. I understand his job is stressfull dealing with many people but this is unacceptable. I'll probably go to other yards from now unfortunately.

Looks Like the Tire I Was Unable to Have Mounted in Rim..Found a Shop that did it.. Next time I buy a tire I'm going to make sure to get it stamped so I have the 3-day return clause.. overall I did say $40 from buying the same tire at Walmart for $72..So Thanks

The yard was clean and staff was pleasant but the prices were outrageous.
I came for a side mirror for a vehicle in an accident. Pulled a mirror myself, the guy wanted $52 for it. A new, color matched one is $37. When I complained, the guy working the counter was uncompromising and looked at me like I was the delusional one. Walked out on the spot, empty handed. I don't need your business. You need mine. I'll take a superior product, that matches, delivered to my door, for cheaper. How you expect to stay in business without a value proposition is wild to me.
Update: bought the oem mirror and saved $18 dollars which is a 52% markup from oem's price price of 34. It arrives in a few days. I guess had I been willing to pay a 52% mark up, and done the work myself I'd have a junk mirror in my hand now but thats that.Apr 18, 2025 -
These people were really rude when I came rushing at 4:38 just to get a windshield wipers literally as the rain was about to start and they wouldn't let me in because they said they were closed .I said sir your website says 5pm or else I wouldn't have wasted my time coming. He said we close at 4:30 we make everyone leave we do this everyday.i said we'll is there any possible way to change info on your website so others won't be looking stupid like me and he just shut the door in my face and rolled his eyes.tall white hefty built man with facial hair probably management but there was no need to do that to me especially when all I needed to get was a blade so I don't have to drive in rain with only passenger side working super dangerous.hopefully I make it home.lesson learned don't believe any professional website or expect to get door slammed in ur face in rain.

I really like this place and have found a lot of parts for my experiments. However, there's one thing I don’t understand, which is why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. I’m not sure how they add cars to their inventory. I regularly check their website, and when I see a newly listed car that interests me, I visit the location to dismantle it and take the parts I need. But here’s the issue—if a car is listed on their site as added on, say, 08/12/2025, with a full-car photo, by the time I arrive the same day, half of it is already dismantled. This has happened to me five times. It makes me wonder if they strip the cars themselves first and then sell the remaining parts.

New people take there job way yo serious took 20 min to check in. What was once a great place to get good deals on parts had become just like any other dismantler priced close to new on questionable parts that probably won't work a month or so. Also entry is now $3 and all the other price have gone up since they were bought out.

Most uptight pick n pull I’ve ever been at in 25 years of wrenching. I’ve been to 15 or so PnP yards in that time and the employee attitudes at this place is seriously unpleasant. “Free” wheelbarrows are locked up and require a deposit to use. Had me open my tool box on entry which is understandable, but then made me move all my tools around to make sure something wasn’t hiding, I have never once had to empty my toolbox... Got a stamp on entry and was given the 3rd degree when re-entry even though I showed my stamp while walking in. The manager woman was one of the most ignorantly unreasonable people I’ve had to talk to in a while. To top it all off the car that I drove 100 miles for had the damage intentionally left out of frame. They could’ve just taken a picture of the whole front of car but instead left half the car out of the picture.
You couldn’t pay me to go back to this location. What a joke.Nov 04, 2024 -
I generally like Pick-n-Pull, but this location staff is ridiculous. Sold me a part for $8.99 using totally different part name because they didn’t find the right one. When I asked why is it so expensive the guy told me “I’ve googled the part number and it is $30 online”. I paid and googled it myself to find that it is $10 everywhere. When I showed it to them the only response was “It is our price policy, we can offer you a store credit refund”.

great experience. we were the last ones out at about ten to 6 on a Sunday. could tell they were ready to lock up and go home, but the dude at the counter was patient, answered all my dumb questions. even looked up my phone number and got my account on the computer. still had a couple of minutes to go and got a great deal on some obscure parts that you couldn't tell where they came from and after it was all added up, I asked for a "senior discount" he put it in and gave it to me. made the cost and the trip out there even more worth every penny on time and money. hands down, one of the best pick n pulls in northern California, for sure. but, then again, they're all pretty damned good places to go for less expensive old car parts. so, thanks to the crew for being so patient and not blasting it out on the p. a. that you were ready to go every two minutes. I really appreciate that and I do recommend that this is one of those places you don't forget. just go. check it out. know what you're looking for and get to it. leave a review like this and you just never know what might happen.

I was looking for a couple of used tires, but the kind I needed are somewhat hard to find these days, let alone specific parts for a 30+ year old vehicle, but at least I didn't have to pay the admission fee to look at the loose tires, at the front of the yard. The place would be great, otherwise, they have a general data base of inventory that,'s fre to browse online.

Pick-n-Pull in Antelope is my go-to place for used auto parts. The entry fee is $2.00. Their inventory is expansive and it's easy to check inventory on their website before I even go to the yard. The staff is also very friendly and willing to help locate cars in the yard. With the good selection the only minus is price because it seems to have gone up recently; however, Pick-n-Pull does makes repairing my vehicles affordable. Overall, I highly recommend them for all your used auto part needs!

We had a great time and $2 mission is so worth it we got to walk around and look at all the cars and all the history of their crashes. Makes you wonder the story behind every crash. And then of course I got my $200 blower motor for 25 bucks got to love that.

My first time there I was greeted by a very helpful woman who described the process well and gave me pointers. Prices were decent and the yard was well organized.
