This store may be operated by Scammers…,I came to pick n pull antelope to buy a used battery . They then sold me a battery without plugging it up to the tester instead of giving me my refund I went thru 3 more bad battery’s (untested) for them to give me a store credit. I have now been to 6 different pick n pull locations and no battery . Just wasted gas .and people telling me that it isn’t in the policy to give refund even if they were in the wrong by not having a battery tester. I will never do business here again

Had a 2000 Camry that needed some engine work. 280,000 miles still driving but not worth fixing. Called several places but Cash for Cares had the high bid Pick and Pull $94 Cash for Cars $271 plus $100 if I bring it to the lot. The office was very clean and the workers were very friendly. In and out in less than 15 mins with a $371 check and they take care of DMV.
Went through all the steps to make an arrangement and set an appointment to have my vehicle picked up. Took a day off from work and waited all day they did not show. I called and was told I would get a call back but did not. I thought maybe there was a mixup so I called and made another arrangement to get my vehicle picked up. Took time off from work again and waited. This time I did at least get a call, at the end of the day though, saying they were not going to be able to make it.

It wasn’t bad just dealing with the call beforehand being asked the same question over and over and over again kind of made me feel like they thought I was lying about owning the vehicle. The tow truck driver was nice did a good job. The dispatch of the tow truck company handle it very professionally. She was awesome but the call before that was literally almost an hour of being questioned and then it was hard to understand what he were saying. so I gave five stars Soli because of the actual communication between the dispatcher and driver only I don’t think the ones who handle the calls before did a good job.
Fantastic experience for what I needed. I needed an older vehicle I had sitting to be removed as soon as possible. I was really happy with the service. I called around and other companies were offering a lot less for my car. I told them what I was expecting and what others had offered. We agreed on an offer. I was satisfied. A towing company arrived in 2 days and I was paid on the spot. I hope I'm never in a situation which requires me to sale my car again, but if it happens, I'm heading to Cash For Cars!
