Overall clean and the guy working there was friendly. I went Saturday afternoon and 2 of the 3 parking spots were full when I arrived. I got $14 and some change which seems about right for what I brought.
We collect recycling from our wonderful community who bring us their recycling to help raise funds for Healthcare for Homeless Animals the nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that funds all the medical for homeless pets at the Agoura Animal Care Center.
We had gotten very backed up with getting our recycled items off property that had been dropped on the side of the Agoura office building and needed an immediate plan to find a place to take everything.
I called Maria who over sees 2 CRV Only Store recycling centers in our area in Thousand Oaks and Agoura who couldn’t have been more helpful in working out a plan for us to get our large load of glass and plastic bottles and cans over to the recycling center behind Ralph’s on Kanan Road.
We arrived with four vehicles stuffed to the brim, where upon Gus, who runs the Kanan Rd location immediately explained to us how everything worked and jumped in to help us separate our recycling into the appropriate bins inbetween other customers. Such a nice guy! We are so lucky to have such a well run organization here in the Conejo Valley to help with recycling… Much appreciation for Maria’s and Gus’ help!
Came over today for the first time and I was pleased with Gustavo and how professional he is. Love how the place is clean and how having a recycling center so close to home benefits me. Definitely recommend anyone to take the time to recycle and see my new friend Gustavo, he will definitely take care of you.
This place was by far the best Iv been too .. the gentleman working there offered to help me carry out the recycle bag when he saw I was struggling to get it out … I will definitely be coming back
Customer service at this location is far greater by comparison. Cleanliness and Rapid service is hard to find when you're taking your recycling out but I have to say I finally found it. 100% recommend coming to visit these guys
I came here over the weekend and I can honestly say this has been the best one I have ever been to. Great prices, great customer service and I didn’t have to wait long. I was even helped get some of the recycling out from the bags into the bin because of how heavy it was for me. This has became my place to go and I am definitely sharing my experience with my family and friends.
the city should shut this place down. they never have money. I have gone 5 times and they never have money. and people just waste their time in that place
The guy working there was calling me names in Spanish under his breath when he thought I couldn't hear him. Dec 30th 2021 at 2pm, red t-shirt, black baseball cap. If you don't want to work at a place then quit.

Mr. Nelson Perez, the operation specialist, is very helpful and friendly. Has excellent penmanship. Lots of marketing ideas for business. Fluent in Spanish and English. Ask him about any local information. Very knowledgeable about tamales. Reduce Re-use Recycle
