I stopped by to get replacement wipers before the rain gets here. I'm not sure of the man's name but he helped get me the right wipers, put them on & even tightened one because it was a little loose. I hadn't been here in a few years since my Pops passed; and the man was so nice, helpful & kind. He reminded me of my Dad & why he always loved to shop here. Thank you Acton Auto Parts!!
Took the time and had the knowledge and experience to see a unique situation, follow leads, and figure it out. Had to order parts, but they came later in the same day. You won't always find people willing to take the time and find something hard...especially at other chains where they hire high school graduates to point to the row for you to look down and give up without trying.

On the way to Mt. High, my jeep wrangler said hot oil, freaked me out, then the light turned off. Still stopped here to check out my transmission fluid (checked the oil myself and it was fine). Jim immediately helped me out, checked the trans fluid for me and I needed to put almost a quart in. He put the fluid in for me and I couldn't be more grateful! Went above and beyond to help me when he didn't have too. Highly recommend!! Thank you Acton auto parts and Jim! (it's not called car quest anymore).
I gave this store five stars because its run by guys that know their job. The owner regularly runs the counter and makes sure the store is run right. They have given me a lot of good advice you won't get from stores run by kids. Shop local, you won't be disappointed.
We are on a road trip and needed a new battery. I called and Dave gave us advice and told us to come on over. Upon arrival he checked our battery and even helped us replace it. He really went above and beyond just to be kind and helpful. Thank You Dave what you did means so much to us!!!!
I never even knew this place existed. It's tucked away, but they have SO MUCH in stock. Not only do they have a huge selection of every auto part possible, they were really helpful and friendly with answering my questions. Plus their prices are beyond fair for not being a huge chain.

I must be the crazy one, but the 2 times I have had to go here I was greeted by different employees and they were both sarcastic arrogant and rude. The price quotes given were also inaccurate. On average their prices are about 20% higher then any other part store in Palmdale and that makes it worth the drive down the hill. Also noticed most of the good reviews are from females. Guess I should have sent my wife. I will never spend my money here.
The folks who work there are always friendly and helpful. They are willing to give advice as needed and equally willing to tell you they have no idea. A great place that is affordable and fast.
My husband and I had to stop there because we had over filled the transmission with fluid. The owner and the red head guy that works there were wonderful. Made us feel comfortable and welcomed. A customer was in there named Troy Azlayum, he went home got his 3 ton jack and brung it to us. He was our guardian angel today, wonderful spirit. He said the world should love everybody and just enjoy the experience. Just as we thought we were in a racist town, o boy but we were o so very wrong. When I say everybody was kind and helpful I mean everybody. Even our first stop to pull into the McDonalds, a Hispanic guy gave us some shop towels. You see Im the mechanic in our house, I told my husband he's luck to have married me. Any other woman would have not known the first thing to do. He just smiled, and I said I just love you bae.
I was greeted by all the employees that was wrking in the am hrs. I asked if they had a start up spray and instead of pointing he stopped what he was doing and walked over and got it for me. Thanks. Store was very nice clean and front faced
Always great customer service, good hours and decent prices make this my go to auto parts store. Not 5 stars because store size prevents stocking of everything one may expect. They do not lend or rent tools either unfortunately. It is however worth getting off the freeway when in a pinch or traveling by.
I had the best customer experience coming to this store. Alex was awesome and he was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I recommend this place to anyone.
