Thank you Juan! Our VW van broke down and Juan picked us up, directed us to an excellent repair shop (KC Tire Service), and dropped us off at the Best Western. The tow was covered by AAA, which is absolutely worth it and a great value. Kind, courteous, helpful. The world needs more Juans!
Dillon came to save us when we were stranded on the side of the road. I had submitted an AAA roadside request to the closest shop, about 30 miles away, but Dillon called to check in and let me know that shop only worked on semi trucks. He suggested another shop in Lost Hills, and I took his advice and called them.
Just 15 minutes after my initial AAA request, Dillon arrived. He quickly got our car hooked up and safely transported us to the shop. Not only was he fast and efficient, but he was also incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. He made sure we were safe and comfortable, and even dropped us off at a nearby hotel while the car was being repaired.

We could not be more grateful for J&D Joshua's towing. We had car troubles after driving 200 miles from home. They were just finishing helping another driver, and we approached them and explained our situation. Thankfully Juan ( I think, don't quote me) was willing to get us towed to a nearby mechanic. We had originally had a mechanic picked out. Upon the advice from Juan, he steered us clear of a potential scam. Thank you so much.
My vehicle broke down about 15 - 20 miles outside of Kettleman. I’m not very knowledgeable about vehicle repairs. It was late in the evening on a hot day. One of the drivers was able to diagnose the vehicle just by looking at it. When I decided to wait on the tow, (as I didn’t have a mechanic lined up), they were willing to provide a ride into town to a hotel, in order to give me time to figure out the shop that was willing and able to do the repair. I wasn’t able to find an Uber, Lyft, or taxi that late at night, in that situation. So for them to come to my rescue, and provide help I couldn’t get elsewhere, well, they were angels that night. And worth every bit they charged!
We broke down on 5 like alot of us and j&d picked us up took us to the toyota dealership then dropped us at a hotel. Went out of there way they are awesome.
I am writing to share our fantastic experience with Danny during our recent towing need. From the start, Danny communicated clearly, keeping us informed about his arrival time. During an unexpected situation where I had to assist my elderly grandparents and leave the car, Danny was not only understanding but also ensured he would locate the car and wait for our return. His patience and support were a huge relief. Once we handed over the keys, he not only towed our car efficiently but also went the extra mile to inflate our flat tire, showed us the puncture, and gave useful repair advice. Our interaction was not only professional but also genuinely friendly.

Was on my way to Fontana , CA.From weed ,CA when I hit a big bump it the road and it made a lound noise i thougt my tire flew off and my passenger rim was on the calipers and it locked ? up. And I was stranded. So I got towed by J and D towing and Jonathan was the driver he was awesome best tow truck driver I've dealt with in my life he took me to a shop where they said they could do it. But when we got there they said it would be a day wait. And Jonathan told them I was far away from home and needed to find a place that could start on it right away so they made a phone call and he dropped us off and they started right away if it wasn't for him helping me I would of been stranded for 3 days
CHP got me on the 5, driving from LA to SF…and these guys towed away and protected my ride (containing a ton of valuables) until I could get back down there. Nothing was missing and may go back to buy another vehicle from them. Good people for sure!!
I got stranded on I-5 by Kettleman in the middle of the dark. It took about 10-15 minutes for Jonathan from J&D to arrive. Upon arrival, Jonathan was very communicative and helpful - clearly a professional. He was able to get me and my car back home to San Jose safely with no issues. Definitely would recommend Jonathan from J&D Joshua's Towing.
About 10:30 on June 10th, 2021 a J&D towing truck pulled onto Hwy 41 right in front of us as your coming into Kettleman City from a side street to my left. There was no place to go and we had to slam on the brakes and try to avoid what should have been a serious crash with a car behind us as well. We had to slam on our brakes, the truck then turned left just up the road off of Hwy 41.
A j&D tow truck company could have caused a gated accident. AAA will be informed of the companies carelessness!
Called AAA (premier membership, 200 mile tow!) and Jonathan from J & D Joshua’s Towing arrived quickly and was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They were able to tow my 2009 extended Sprinter RV Van to West Coast Sprinter in Salinas for repair. Why could have been a nightmare was instead an inconvenience. Highly recommend J&D Joshua’s Towing.

These guys were great. The local AAA affiliate refused the call because I am a premeiar member and they were too busy to go to far but J&D Joshua's jammed out and got me off the freeway and to a great local tire shop to get me back on the road. The driver was not only professional but was friendly and he had a clean truck that didn't smell like a smelly mechanic shop. Thanks a bunch guys!!
We had a flat on I-5 at 11:30 pm. Used the AAA app and the tow truck driver, Jonathan, showed up in 20 minutes. He was very professional and efficient. The truck was clean and comfortable. He got us to a tire shop in Lost Hills and we were able to continue our drive. They obviously contract with AAA, but I would recommend them to anyone if they are in this area and need service.
