You should probably change your huge sign that says you’re open til 4pm!! It’s especially frustrating for someone to waste time to load up there entire truck full with recycling to show up and see that the gates are locked/closed for and it’s 3:00; when you your sign clearly reads you CLOSE M-Sat

On 5-19- 2025 I recycled my cans and bottles. I was handed the cash I aways count it, but for some reason this time I didn't. I put it in my pocket got in my truck and drove down the road. I got to thinking about it and pulled it out of my pocket with the receipt wrapped around the money and sure enough it was ten dollars short! I turned my truck around and went back to complain about being shorted. I didnt think I would get what was due to me. I gave him the money and he looked at it and realized his mistake. He gave me the correct amount and said he was sorry. Im glad he was honest person. So that's why they are getting a 5 star review from me!
The woman that checked me in was super nice and very respectful. The gentleman were also polite and processed my recycled materials promptly. So happy with the information she provided about what is allowed and what isn't. I appreciate them all!
Lady at the main line is incredibly condescending!! I simply told her I was looking for moving boxes. She first responded, coming in hot, "I don't know what you're asking", like I was bothering her. I reiterated. She began to tell me about black bins for blah blah blah. She mentioned twice that if I want FREE stuff I should GOOGLE it. Heavy emphasis. I told her again that I would buy the boxes I just wanted to use donated boxes. Trying to do a good thing you get talked down to for it. I told her "thats how I found you...on Google! Super rude for no reason lady" and I hung up. Disgusting behavior!!
Todo esta bien con este establecimiento, servicio muy amable... Pero hoy fui en "horario laboral" 08/Julio/24 quizá sea por el calor deberían tener alguna nota para estar informadas o número de teléfono.
Normally haven't had any problems, but drove by today, an hour before they were scheduled to close and it was already closed!
No notice, no explanation given.
Very frustrating! Hours are already pretty short so as it is. Would be nice to know if this was because of the holiday. This was on Wednesday, July 3, NOT the 4th itself or because it's "too hot" (i.e. summer...).
We love this center. Now what makes it bad are the folks that do not presort or have garbage in bags. Also they have close before set time because of the garbage people drop on ground and they sometimes have to wash ground because some of you don't drain your bottles. Plus like any business they have to go to lunch on time just fyi for you princesses that do things last minute.
According to the internet it closes at 5:00 I got here at 4:00 and the sign says they close at 3:00. This is not cool man, fix your hours online as well. I came here for nothing, not cool.
They are ripping ppl off by not letting you see the scale spray painting floor "do not enter" the past 3 times we saw them act like they weighed the baskets go do something else come back and not weigh it just bring it off the scale, the last time I told the guy he didn't weigh the last basket,he said yes i did, and I said no I've been watching you and he goes "oh yeah your right ok" they are sneaky with it thinking ppl don't pay attention maybe it's not the owner but the workers for sure are sketchy
Love this place daughter has been going here for "YEARS" they are all so nice and helpful handicap parking spot nice courtesy ect only place we ever will go
