My tire was leaking badly north of Yreka and I stopped at a gas station that only had an old air hose. I couldn’t figure it out but luckily a friendly helpful humble driver from Black Butte came by and generously helped me. There are good people in this world and he was one.
Quite possibly the most reckless driver behind the wheel of a truck that I have ever seen. Not sure how these people stay in business when their drivers give the impression that they’re inside a video game.
We unfortunately got a bolt in our tire on our road trip from SF to Portland and could not drive to the tire shop to get it replaced because you could hear the air leaking from where the bolt was. Butte towing got to us in time and made sure we made it to the tire shop before they closed. Before unloading the car the driver made sure they were able to work on our car before leaving us. Super friendly and super helpful. We are so thankful to this towing company.

We got towed a couple days ago by Bruce after out radiator blew close to weeds California, and Bruce was great ! He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and they towed us for a great rate. I would definitely recommend their services

Black Butte Towing was incredible! They came and got my teen son and I within 25 minutes of our call. We were on the side of the road off 89. The driver Zack was kind and helpful and towed us to an amazing shop in Mt Shasta, Bjers Auto Repair and even got us to a motel. Would recommend 100%.
Black Butte has Rescued me a few times over the years. Today 4/3/25 , my Company called them, Black Butte called me & within an Hour they showed up, hooked my Truck up & off to Kenworth. Excellent Service & Professional. Awesome People
I work for a commercial trucking company and we had a driver jackknife during a terrible snow storm. Black Butte Towing took care of our truck and loaded trailer with care. This happened on a Friday, and they charged us for the tow at a very reasonable rate. Because there was a storm, they knew we would have a hard time getting to their location from Salt Lake City, so they worked with us on finding a safe day to recover the truck and trailer. The trailer also needed a repair and they were able to complete that quickly and at a great price! I highly recommend this company to any commercial company in the area. Thank you for a great job and being a truly honest company in the industry. It is rare to find these days.
Amazing service in an impossible (or so I thought) situation. Running boards deep on a muddy track I shouldn’t have been in in the dead of winter, hours spent on the phone with AAA and other towing companies, and within 5 min of calling them they sent a rock crawler with a tow frame. It was absolutely spectacular watching that thing, lights blazing, crest the hill and pull me out. The price was reasonable all things considered, and the driver was proficient. Best off-road rescue in Siskiyou County.
What a professional and refreshing company to deal with. After our insurance company left us on side of road for 2 days in class A RV we decided to hire our own tow. Not only did Black Butte keep notes from my call, but when we spoke to Bryan he offered ideas to fix it or find us a Mobil mechanic. But we still decided to tie into a shop, within an hour after speaking to Bryan, the driver Zach called us to arrange pickup and within 45 minutes he arrived to save us. This was so easy and the price was fair!! I hope I never need them again, but I would refer them 10x over. Thank you Black Butte
Really nice people to work with on my flatbed load was shifted they restack the load work about 8 hours on that price was really low. We need more people like them in trucking companies. Really appreciate the help. Thank you

We had a tire on our trailer blow and tried to go through insurance and were waiting for over an hour with no luck of them finding anyone to help. My husband called black butte towing and within 30 min they were out and tire fixed and we were on our way. Thank you so so much for the help and being so nice and quick to get to us. Would for sure recommend them.

I got my semi truck stuck in deep snow and a tow truck was on scene in 20 minutes pulled me back onto the road and charged us $250, I couldn't believe it, so I know who I'm calling if me or any of our other drivers need help. The tow truck driver was great, a really nice guy very professional.

Best towing experience-- Jeff was our driver, and he was utmost professional, had great communication, and was genuinely kind and thoughtful. I got an irreparable flat tire and required a tow, and Jeff took great care of the car and us.
While cruising along the 5, my journey came to an abrupt halt as my vehicle suddenly malfunctioned. To my dismay, it appeared that a piece of road debris had managed to tear my radiator in half. Thankfully, the California Highway Patrol swiftly arrived at the scene and suggested contacting Black Butte towing for assistance. Without hesitation, I dialed their number and within no time, a friendly gentleman named Jeff was dispatched to aid us. Jeff's courteous and polite demeanor instantly put us at ease as he skillfully towed our vehicle back to their yard, providing a temporary solution until we could arrange for repairs. I wholeheartedly endorse this company for all your roadside assistance needs, as they not only provided exceptional service but also at a reasonable cost.

These guys were great. They knew what I needed to do with my insurance and gave me great advice. They came out quickly to the scene of the crash and were quick and efficient. I spoke to them at the yard and again, they were great.
Jeff is a lifesaver! Our car broke down near Weed at the beginning of 4th of July weekend so most places were closed and things were looking dire. We needed to be towed to Medford to get fixed at the dealership there. Jeff was there in 30 minutes and happy to have our dog ride with us (a relief!). A safe, pleasant ride to Medford at a fair price with a bonus sunset on our way. Thank you, Jeff & Black Butte Towing!!
These guys are awesome. They arrived fast. Almost same time it took troopers to arrive at 3am in the morning. They were able to hook up my truck and haul my 14 ft cargo trailer. I was hours away from home and really just wanted to get back to Salem oregon and they took me all the way back home. Very polite and wonderful service all around. Can't go wrong with these guys. Hopefully i will never need a tow again like this. Highly recommend.

These guys saved our butts! 2am on a 2,000 mile road trip and our trailer axle breaks 2 hrs from home. Towed our trailer to their lot on a flatbed and we came and got it the next day. I highly recommend the guys at Black Butte Towing! Great guys to help you out of anything situation.
